Exxon gas price

I filled my gas tank at the gas station on 5428 N. MacArthur boulevard Irving TX and noticed that the gas price changed from the time that I started filling my tank until the gas tank was full. Price was showing $2.17 when I pressed the button to select regular. I noticed that one of the gas station employees went outside to be close to the electronic sign and changed the price for regular to $2.19. Few seconds later I finished my tank was full and I realized that the price on my receipt was $2.19.
This is not correct. Once a customer has started filling gas at a certain price, that should be the price that should be charged to the customer. I went inside the store and explained what had happened but they ignored my complaint saying that I was wrong. I know that I saw the price for regular was $2.17 when I started filling my tank and receipt showed $2.19.
The fact that I saw someone increasing the price made pay attention to that price on the receipt.
I am not going to use this gas station ever. It's not the 2 cents difference, it is the attitude that employees showed towards a customer.
Unfortunately this reflects negatively on Exxon Mobile since employees should never pretend that customers don't pay attention.
An easy solution to this issue is to change the gas price when there is no one filling gas. I can also this of a technological solution for the pump to set the price once gas filling has already started.

Exxon poor condition of a service station

Dear Sirs,

I am writing this in regards to the condition of this particular Exxon Mobil Gas Station located at 29411 Twelve Mile Rd, Farmington, MI 48334.

The fuel pumps at this station seem to very old. Some of the filling pipes are leaking from where they connect to the pump. The pumps themselves are not rigid on the ground and wobble when I press the keys. I had the payment system stalling many times right after keying in the zip code making me wait till it responds again. I cannot leave as the payment authorization is made.

Kindly look into the condition of this gas station. I hope the company sees it fit to upgrade this place.

Exxon customer service

The Exxon station in my hometown which has changed hands several times over the past year has poor service and the operating hours are not consistent. Some days they close very early and some days they open very late if at all. The hours are simply not consistent. There is a car wash which is never open anymore. The present owner to my knowledge won't open it. His gas prices are way out of line with other local stations. Would you please address these issue before I am forced to purchase gasoline and other services elsewhere. The above conditions have gone on for months this year and extend into last year.

Exxon broken gas pump gas grade buttons

On Sunday 5/08/17 @ 4:41:47 p @ 7481 Georgia Av Wash DC 20012.- I paid for gas w/ my credit card @ pump 11. I selected the lowest grade @ 2.35 per gallon but the brken selector switched me to the most expensive grade about .70 per gallon more. I was able to stop the pump @ about 9.5 gallons and went inside to report what happened to the cashier- who directed me to the manager Shibeshi. he acknowledged problems w/ the other side of the pump - pump#12 . He did not refund the difference - but referred me to this website. Please refund my money

Exxon pre purchase charging for gas on my american express account for gasoline

This station's pump would not take my AX card, so as instructed I went inside to do business. They said to swipe my card so they could charge me for gas that I had not purchased yet, and offered to refund the difference between what I would owe them and how much they actually charged my card.
I said oh no, and left. They wished me a "nice day". Had I spent my money there, it wouldn't have been a "nice day".
I am not accustomed to being distrusted to that degree. And so I will not trust the owners and employees of this station, nor will I ever patronize them again.

Exxon unauthorized credit card charges

ExxonMobil at Wood Dale IL (337 E Irving Park Rd, Wood Dale, IL 60191).
I went to buy 4 packs of cigarettes. I wanted to use Planti card and credit card. Peter did something wrong and my Planti points were not used. I noticed that, did not sign, and asked Peter to cancel my transaction. He did (at least he said he did) but my credit card was charged anyway. I asked him to return my money back because I did not authorized this transaction and because I asked to cancel the transaction. He told me he cannot do refund on credit card. I asked him to call his manager and ask him to give me refund. Peter told me he is managed and he cannot give me refund. I told him it is possible because I know it for sure. Peter called the police and at the beginning was trying to tell them I did buy cigarettes but do not want to pay for them. But later he called his boss and gave me refund. I am sure everything was recorded so you can watch the tape and hear all nonsense he tried to tell me.
Complain #1: If Cancel button does not work it is very critical bug and must be fixed as soon as possible.
Complain #2: I do not understand why ExxonMobil cannot do refund on credit or gift card when it is simple purchase like cigarettes. I understand I cannot return gas.
Complain #3: Employee should know how to use Planti card and how to do refund on any card.

Exxon extremely rude cashier

I work for a Company that takes care of electrical problems for all of the Casinos in Robinsonville MS. We have a Fleet account with Exxon Mobile for all of our Fuel purchases. I have been going in to the same Exxon store every morning at 6:30am for the past 6 years. My entire crew takes breaks there, eats lunch at the Subway there, and stops there on our way home. There is an African man that talks on his Bluetooth working there most mornings. He is completely rude ignores me and other customers. I am not sure what his name is, and I know there are two of them. One is older than the other, which he is very rude as well, but this guy he is very tall and dark skinned. I get the same thing every single day- 1 monster and a pack of cigarettes. He rings me up for the monster and I have to ask for my cigarettes about 5 times because he just holds his hand out waiting for me to pay for my monster when I am asking several times that I still need cigarettes. He completely ignores me and just talks on his Bluetooth and holds his hand out like the monster is the only thing I am trying to purchase. This goes on Every Single Day! I know I've about 15 or 16 people that refuse to go to that store because of him. I have had several co workers ask me what's up with that guy he is so rude. I also know of a few people that take their business to shell down the street. I finally had enough this morning and raised my voice after asking for my cigarettes for the 5th! Time! He bows up on me, snatches my monster away and tells me to get the ### out! This store is located at the corner of Casino Center Dr. and Old Highway 61 N. I will never be going in here again even if it's out of the way for me to shop at a different store. And neither will my employees. Unbelievable.

Exxon customer service

I'm disabled and the closest and only place I can walk to is a Mobil station in Yreka, Ca. My habits are only my concern and nobody else's. I went in one day to purchase monsters. The girl behind the counter " Kim " went on to give me a lecture about how consuming this drink is bad and I shouldn't purchase them and went as far as as reading the can to me before she would even ring me up. This was quiet upsetting. Again nobody's concern but my own. Along with having to stand there an extra 5 -7 minutes for a sermon I had to endure 2 homeless people that she told them to wait till she was done with me so that the male she called " Bob " can dump the trash. These homeless people smelled really bad and were far from a condition to work. They weren't in uniform so I doubt they were employed by you. On another occasion " Kim " had this " Bob " filling up the ice machine. I take my son with me and he usually gets a drink but not anymore. On yet another occasion I went in late and this " Bob " was sleeping in a sleeping bag on a cart on the side of Mobil. It's unfortunate it's the only place I can walk to but my purchases are limited now. If I could I would go elsewhere. If I wanted a sermon every time I go in I would go to church. I'm 45 years old and know what I want. It's a sad situation when you have homeless people doing your job/work so you only have to pay them with fountain drinks and nachos.

Exxon cashier

I went in to purchase some items and only had a large bill with me, I asked before I got anything and the lady at the front, Jacky, was extremely rude. She didn't even check the register before telling and told me that I had to spend over $20 to get change back. When I first walked in, she had an extremely disgusting attitude and was just overall rude! Whoever owns this gas station, please reevaluate Jacky!

Exxon gas station employees

I went to the Exxon gas station located at The Peach Stand (1325 hwy 160 Fort Mill, SC). I purchased gas and went to pump my gas when the pump didn't work. It was paused as if I hadn't paid yet. So I went back inside to inform the employee Laura and she was very ride stating she did not know what happened and I had to pay AGAIN. I refused to pay again because clearly I had just paid. She stated that they would refund me for the first purchase but it may take 3-5 days to return to my card and in the meantime I needed to pay again. Well the problem was the first time I paid was the last money I had and my car was on E and I was being punished for their mistake and their pump not working. I then asked for a corporate phone number and she stated I could talk to her manager "Sherry" . Speaking to Sherry was even worse than speaking to her as she was VERY rude and really didn't care. So I took the receipts and left. The customer service was absolutely terrible as well as the fact that their gas pumps don't work and haven't (on multiple occasions).

Exxon gas attendant

I go to this Exxon station all the time. My gas came to $25. I gave him $40. I had no other bills. He yelled at me to look for smaller bills and I should have gone to the bank to get them. I was livid. Of course he spoke little English. He was rude and abrasive. I will NEVER go back to Exxon again!

I would like a personal apology for this rude behavior. I want someone to contact me.

Exxon employee

I come to the exxon mobil on fm 1488 everyday. I have never had an issue and normally employees are polite and kind. Today I came to buy a pack of cigarettes and they're computers were down unable to accept card. The only cash I had was coins (Not pennies but quarters and dimes). There was a line so I took the liberty of separating the coins in bags labeled with amount to help employee out knowing it can be am inconvenience. When arrived at the register the and tried to complete my purchase the woman (Whom I know is the only woman at this location) was extremely rude, embarrassed me in front of a line of people and refused to take my payment. It was extremely upsetting made me cry. I have always been a loyal and kind customer and was appalled by the behavior of this female employee. Im aware it's a inconvenience to take this payment but I went out of my way to help make the purchase easier and was denied and embarrassed in front of the whole store full of people. I understand she could have been stressed by the situation but it is not right to treat someone with that kind of disrespect not just as a customer but as a person. Something needs to be done about this employee, it would have taken less than a minute to complete this purchase I am a business owner myself and that sort of behavior is unacceptable in place of work if. A simple task like this can not be completed she is incompetent, lazy, unwilling and ignorant. She refused my purchase and demanded I step out of line, embarassing having a line of people look at me and believe I am unable to make my purchase.

Exxon customer service at a mobil station

on 1/31/17 at 15:34:47, I visited the Crossroads Mobil station located at 3864 Hopkins Crossroads, Minnetonka, MN 55305 (FE27137789001). I purchased a hot chocolate and was tasting it while walking out of the door. Nearly reaching my car, I turned around and walked back into the store to let one of the cashiers (white lady) know that the hot chocolate was too sweet and that I could not drink it. Her reply simple was "I am not giving you a refund." The tone that she replied in upset me very much; I held down my temper. I then said, "can I have a replacement?" She replied, "Yes, but I am still not giving you a refund." I understand that we have our bad days, and I held my temper just in case that this was one of her days (although she did not treat the male customer in the same tone). Please relay this message to the Owner/Store Manager and train the thin older white lady on how to correctly converse with customers. Thank you.

Exxon gas station on corner of callaway rd and austell rd marietta, ga
I pulled to gas station as i use to know owner of this place. I use to live there nearby. The owners short name (Mesh) , thats how every body called him. So one i pulled in (I tough i am gonna say hi and whats going on, how is business.. So once i pulled in on first pump some car stopped behind me and start honking.? If you need something — get out of the car and tell me what you need.. But jack ### honked another time !, i turn off the car and get out asking what do you want.. And there was plenty of space to go around in any direction, any way, when i came out of restroom, , that negro ### start screaming and calling me names ! Me !, like i own him anything, , of course he didnt expected that i reacted back in same way.. Fu.. K you #### your mo.. M and so on.. I almost start laughing by seeng this show from the side point of view. And ask mesh:— are you going to do something about it ? He replayed : - its my employee. I was speechless and shocked. So he practically kiss his negro ### and showed to to door ! When i said that i am gonna call cops and they will explain this negro ### who is right. To be short - - ### exxon gas station on austell and callaway rd corner ! Keep away from it, something wrong with this owner ### liker. If you need address and more detailed, i will gladly find it out ! I was ready to twist head off this ### negro american, this is what normally ### get in country where i originally from, , but oooo big no no in usa, , can't touch negro, he is mf special.

Exxon service station attendants verbal abuse.

Date of incident: Tuesday, January 17
Time od incident: 6:30 a.m.

At 6:30 this morning I pulled into the Exxon station on Rte 57 in Warren County New Jersey.

The pump before me was occupied by a man slowly pumping his own
gas.

The attendant started yelling at me for stopping at the second pump and
not waiting for the man to pull away.

I explained to him that I was running late for work and I could not wait
for the man in front of me to get in his car and leave the station.

He continued to yell at me until I pulled away from the gas pumps even
after I told him he was being rude, mean, and nasty and he was not to
talk to me like that again. He knew I was a regular customer that filled
up at the station 2 times per week since I have a long commute to work every day.

The resolution I am looking for is an apology from Exxon. I have been
going to this station, but will not return until I get an apology from
Exxon.

Exxon service complaint on a station

This morning around 4:30am, I pulled up to station 8781 sw 72nd street, sunset, florida 33173, near sw 87th place. This is the 2nd time this has happen to me at this location. It's open but no one is there to help me with getting additional merchandise or any issues I may have. On this occasion the pumps were not working properly I went to ring the bell and still no answer? Waited and pulled to another pump and was unsuccessful. I am a plenti rewards member and it's unfortunate I had to go to the chevron near by. I am really reconsidering being a member of mobil and all of its affiliates. My card # [protected]. Exxon the pump for fueling your car

Hell I visited the new Mobil gas station located at 4501 Union Blvd st.louis, mo.63115...At 245pm 12/20/2016 I purchased almost $20 worth of fuel the octain selector was broken the excuse given was I had to juggle it or push the button had.This station has only been open 1 day brand new why such complications.Also the squeegee for cleaning the windows dirty/water not worth my time stopping here again just to be lured towards low price gasoline.

Exxon your manager & cashier @ the greely, co store

My husband and I were layer over... Went in this morning to get a cup of coffee... As always we got a 44 oz. soft drink cup... The cashier wanted to charge us for 2 - 44 oz. cups... We have never had to do that before... So we chose not to get it at all... I told my husband to pour it out... The manager - said you pour it out and your no longer welcome here... So we didn't pour it out... But we did not purchase it for the fact they were forcing us to pay more than we usually pay... Which we normally pay $1.69 + tax...
We went in alittle while ago and ate at the Double Dutch & came out to purchase some from your store & that same cashier came over to us in front of a store full of people & said my manager was not kidding when she said you weren't welcome in here anymore... We said she said if we poured that cup of coffee out - is what she said... WHICH WE DID NOT POUR OUT!...
My husband drives for Interide and we have probably spent over $3000 in your store in Greely, CO just this year...
So we are wondering your thoughts &what will be done...

Exxon unethical discriminating behavior

My name is Gloria and I just had a discrimination issue with one of the cashiers at one of your Exxon Mobil franchise in San Marcos, the address is

The cashier's name is Maks and he says he is in Charge of the Exxon as long as his boss the owner of this Exxon station was on vacation. We had a bit of a tension around 7pm, and he was extremely rude, did not treat me as any customer because I am black! He persistently tune me off by cutting me off whenever I was trying to explain to him the difficulty I encountered when at pump 5 where I was, trying apply my plenty points to buy gas! I encourage you to please watch the video recordings of the store around 7:15pm on November 28th.
I feel very discriminated and offended by his reaction, I came from a long day and encountered difficulties trying to apply my plenty point card when he told me that "he did not know how it works by entering the phone number" and instead of telling me that he had not experienced it in the past, his approach was rude and mean by telling me "there's nothing more I can do for you" and that "he does not have time to argue" when I was not arguing! I was being calm, and bottle every hurtful little reactions and words he kept saying, telling bluntly and rudely how he never argues with his "best of the best of the best...customers", I asked him "so you are insinuating that I am a bad customer?", he simply said "Thank you!", insinuating that I should be quiet and leave since he has other customers to serve. Am I not a customer?. I come to plead with you to do something about it, I am a people person and I never encountered something like this before, please please please, this city does not need discriminating, and regarding a customer as being less of a customer than others. I beg you to please do something about it because I am not feeling safe and I feel that my rights have been violated by simply listening to him disrespecting me as a human being with rights, and a customer.
I beg you to please do something before I call the authorities and sue that franchise for discrimination as the only black customer on this night, to be regarded as less of a customer than others.
