Samsung not cooling

We got samsung 1 ton ac from samsung concept shop murree road rawalpindi, pakistan tel [protected], [protected] invoice # 11474 dated 16 july 2012 and got it installed in my study room. Ref : asu-12ugbx10rt through their rep gulf cooling murree road tel # [protected]. Last year it was not used much because change in weather in islamabad. Now it is hardly cooling and you sweat if you sit near it. The man who came to install it has no clue about it as he was working as labour in uae as per his statement. You are requested to get it rectified.

Samsung disappointing unacceptable customer service

Outcome of Samsung/axiom customer service - customer should live with a product that is giving problems and is unhappy with..!

In UAE, I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S3 mini on 2 march 2013 (2 months and a week today) and I am extremely unhappy with the product as well as the service.
Below are the issues with the phone.. and related response and customer service from axiom telecom & samsung!:
1) phone network goes off randomly everyday once or twice
2) phone restarts randomly daily at least once
3) Phone freezes while on a live call. All activities on phone comes to a standstill until the phone is restarted.

Pathetic experience. Worst phone i have ever purchased. And the customer service i received:
Shopkeeper does not acknowledge replacement at all. Says will repair it. (Repair for him means software reinstallation.)
I go to axiom (warranty holder) 3 times in 2 months. all 3 times they formatted the phone, reinstalled the software. apparently tested the phone and feel that the phone is working fine.
3rd time they agree that another customer before me had the same issue and they could not fix it and they had to and did return the piece to samsung. So i requested them to replace my piece too since they know and agree it is a genuine problem.
One week and 20 phone calls to samsung and axiom - but samsung never checked the piece themselves. Axiom did not return the piece in spite of agreeing there is a genuine problem related to the 3g network and this model. Samsung agreed to the issue too but did not agree that phone had a problem - i don't know how that logic holds true if they know and AGREE 3g network on s3 mini is giving a problem!
All i asked was a replacement since this phone is clearly faulty.
But i doubt axiom or samsung managers i dealt with, understand the seriousness of this for the customer and acknowledge the disappointment faced.

Very Very unhappy. Will never trust Samsung phones or service and axiom hence forth and never never ever recommend it to others.

Samsung display error

i have purchased Samsung galaxy s2 GT-I9100 on 3/11/2012 from a reputed dealer at attingal. after few days of usage i began to experience problems.its display began showing grains in unlock screen after continuous usage. i have showed this complaint in 3 reputed authorized Samsung service centers at Trivandrum and none of them could fix it.for the first service at kazhakoottam its software was re installed as if the problem was due to software.but i found it was not corrected.later i did service at mastro fone service center, pattom and display had been changed as if the problem was due to display.dated 04/03/2013, Bill no:[protected]. since the problem was not corrected i did service at mobile lab, statue junction dated 04/05/2013 Bill no: [protected], mother board was changed and i found the problem still exists.Its disappointing to say that am not at all satisfied with this cell phone and nature of service i was provided. hence i expect your kind attention to my problem and correction it at the earliest.

Samsung customer support/service

We replaced our 20 year old american made kenmore refrigerator to "upgrade" to something nicer. Appearances and features clearly aren't everything when it comes to defining "nicer". We chose a samsung product, and that was a huge mistake, judging from the quality of their product and especially their poor customer service. Two refrigerator bins broke (Da63-02832a) , one a year ago, the other, this year, because the bins clearly weren't engineered to hold sufficient weight ( - which they must have figured out, as they changed the materials they use in the newer fridge bins). I couldn't find the product last year when I called samsung, but admittedly didn't try other places, and just moved stuff around the fridge to accommodate the loss of door space. Now with the other bin having broken, we are in a serious space deficit; so i've tried harder to locate the part yet without success. It turns out that it apparently wouldn't have mattered how hard I tried a year ago to locate the part, judging from complaints posted on various "fix it" and other websites, complaints made from others who've also been unable to locate this replacement part, with some of those complaints dating back to 2010, it would appear that samsung quit manufacturing the replacement part soon after discontinuing that model. When I called customer service after the first one broke the year before, they told me then that they didn't have the part available "yet, " and then put me on terminal hold. I hung up after 30 minutes and didn't bother calling back. I now understand that "yet" should have been "anymore, " and it seems likely that she didn't want to deal with yet another complaint due to their no longer manufacturing a $15 part for a fairly new fridge, the absence of which impairs it's functionality.

When I called call customer service recently and was told the part was no longer available and could be given no reasonable options to assist me, they transferred me to a product support division, and the woman there told me the same thing the other woman had. When I complained that, without that part, my fridge was rendered significantly dysfunctional, the woman asked if I called sears to check to see if they had a replacement part, despite my buying at lowe's and them not having it. Sure, that makes perfect sense: when the manufacturer no longer manufactures the part, i'm supposed to call a third party so they can pull one out of thin air. Well, for grins, I called and of course, they told me that samsung no longer manufactured the part, so they didn't have it; and of course, no one else seems to either, and from what I can determine, and this appears to be a common complaint re: this bin with nothing done by samsung to address the problem. The lack of these bins pretty much makes the fridge useless to a normal family (Or even a family of two, as in my case) such that we now are looking at having to spend another 2000 to replace a four year old fridge - when the previous one lasted 20 years - because we can't get two $15 replacement parts. That's ridiculous and speaks volumes of samsung, the quality of their products and worse yet, their extremely poor customer service after the sale. That is one more reason to buy american preferably; and if you choose not to, at least research the customer service, not simply the product info, before making a large purchase.

Samsung very bad customer service in israel

I have Samsung refrigerator model RS2DAMS for some years and am very satisfied having it.
In the end of 2012 (end of October - early beginning of November) a one of the shelves (a middle one) of the refrigerator door (not of freezer) was broken. I immediately turned to the company that should provide the service for your products in Beer-Sheva, Maor Hanegev, and asked to supply the replacement. As per their claim the shelf was ordered. However until the end of January I didn't receive it. Then in the end of January I called to the Main Samsung service in Tel-Aviv, Miniline, and asked them to supply me the shelf. Since then I'm calling to Miniline from time to time and no shelf supplied yet! During one of the calls I was told that a mistake was done in the particle order...
I was promised to be contacted by the customer service manager but never received any call, explanation, and so on. I'm really shy that in our country Samsung has so bad customer service. I know your company very well from my professional activity, I respect it very much, have most of home appliances of Samsung. But sometime you need a service that is efficient and client oriented. Unfortunately, we don't have it: 6 month since I ordered the shelf I still don't have it and don't have any idea when I supposed to have it!
I very much appreciate you for checking the subject complaint and to take appropriate measures to correct the above falsy service.

Samsung faulty washing machine delivered by cheats @ samsung

Washing m/c model # wa82bslec/xtl; serial # w1445zcca04691t; samsung complaint # [protected]

This washing machine was delivered by solitaire samsung (Bangalore) on 30-march-2013. The very next day (31-march) a samsung authorized installation guy came down to my place to set it up and declared it to be faulty. We immediately registered a complaint by calling up at the call center ([protected]) on the same day. The next day (1-april) another authorized service guy came down to our place and declared the the machine to be faulty again. He also assured that the machine would either be replaced or we'd be refunded the amount. On 2-april the bangalore service center guys asked us for relevant documents and photos of the washing machine which we provided to them on 3-april. It has been a never ending wait ever since then. Every day we've been calling up the call center and the so-called service center guy (Gauri shankar) who keeps on assuring us that we'll receive a new equipment very soon or at least a refund. Nothing has moved so far that elusive 'tomorrow' never seems to be anywhere near. Moreover all these guys (Gauri shankar from the service centre, sonali thakkar from the call center and anuj goyal from the internet complaints section) are utterly rude while communicating and have no respect for either the time or money of samsung's customers. So this is the real story behind the mammoth samsung brand - an organization full of cheats. Right now it's been almost two weeks since the delivery and I have no hope of getting either a refund or a new working washing machine and these guys have obviously robbed me of my money. So guys please beware of buying any samsung equipment. If you have money to spare, donate it to charity but not to these cheats.

Samsung microwave not working

I bought the microwave from ok furniture in malmesbury south africa on 21 september 2012.In january this year it started tripping the power circuit breaker in january this year (2013) the moment I pushed the door-opener. I took it back to ok malmesbury for the first time on 18 january 2013. They apparently sent it to a local company (Swartland electronics) for repairs. This company had to replace a fuse (Which meant something was wrong) but could not find fault otherwise. It kept doing the same thing and I kept taking it back. The fourth time samsung apparently said the technical company had to test it at my house (A farmhouse 20 km from malmesbury). It tripped the power on the first door-opening and the technician said they would have to replace some switches. That was the 15th of feb 2013 and the microwave still isn't fixed. On my further enquiry ok called the technician who said they're waiting for parts and it's now going for three months without a microwave that's under guarantee. It's only worth r550.00 and the cost to samsung must by now exceed that value while i'm without an appliance I bought new for three months. This guarantee is worthless. I am now going to the social media and everyone else I can think of. Pathetic!

Samsung not getting configured with dish cable connection.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased the LED, Model as mentioned from USA in the year 2012 in the month of february. Since I am an Indian citizen, I carried away the same to India-Goa and tried to connect with cable connection.Though the TV got connected it failed giving volume and coloured picture.Tried the settings as per the manual provided by your esteemed company but there was no improvement in the picture quality.(Only black and white picture appeared).Than we tried using Flash memory like Pen drive and found that picture appeared was having the desired quality.(Coloured picture with Volume).
This issue was highlighted to samsung customer care centre in Goa-India, but they failed to rectify the fault.Now nearly One year has passed and I am continuously searching for the solution.
Is it possible that I can get replacement for the same ? Is it that I made a mistake in selecting and buying Samsung product for which today I have to bear so much of burden ?
But still today I believe in Samsung that I will get some help from your side.
I will be obliged if you can respond to my problem as early as possible.
Awaiting eagerly for your favorably reply.

Samsung outgoing voice problem

i had given my for the first time since buying my samsung mobile phone, around 1 or 1 & half months back at samsung service center located at ssi area, rajajinagar, bangalore, for repairing of phone keypad which had got struck in to the phone and some letter keys were not working, it had no other problems. after receiving the phone after repairs, the incoming/outgoing voice levels were not working properly, sometimes it worked properly, sometimes not. now for the past 4-5 days the outgoing voice is not being heard by the person at the other end.so i once again went to the service centre and gave it for repair, but to my disbelief the personel there are saying the mother board has to changed, instead of readying the mike for voice clarity and quoting a repair price of rs.1800+service charges. and service centre is thronged by hundreds of people everyday, that to give the mobile for repair we have to wait atleast 1-2 hours in morning times, and the attitude of the staff is horrible. why can't they repair the voice problem in the phone, instead of changing the whole motherboard of the phone.this open loot of the customers in the name of repair.this is anyone from the company to solve my problem.

Samsung overpriced inferior product

I purchased my refrigerator from Loews on Christmas Eve (the only place open with a refrigerator we could take that day). It was the last one and a floor model, but we had no choice. The price was $2100.00, quite high for a refrigerator but again we had no choice. After three years the ice maker stopped making ice, I did not do any thing about it, then it started leaking water but again did not do anything about it thought it had something to do with the icemaker. Then the freezer stopped freezing, again I procrastinated and did not call Samsung. January of this year it started making a horrible noise and stopped getting cold, at this point I contacted Samsung because there are no local appliance repair men willing to come look at a Samsung refrigerator, there are no parts available to them. I had someone Samsung recommend come out and look at it, they said it is something that should be covered by the five year warranty, I was assured by two people at Samsung that they would take care of it even though I could not produce a receipt (my Loews receipt was completely faded) Now after three months of going back and fourth between the appliance repair company and Samsung they have said they will not cover it unless I produce a receipt. After reading the many complaints about Samsung refrigerators it seems to be the norm that they do not last for more than 3-4 years. They are over priced and inferior products. I would warn people not to buy Samsung because of all of the above and also their poor customer service.

Samsung warranty support and timely repairs

Purchased complete Samsung kitchen package including range/convection oven from HHGregg in November 2012. Glass cooktop shattered during use on 1-12-13. Unit was evaluated by local Samsung repair service on 1-16-13 who promptly labeled it as a non warranty repair. The real problem arose because of no repair parts availabity and no response by any Samsung customer care personnel including the office of the CEO to my plight of not having use of a brand new range from 1-12 to 3-1 (when parts were available) a grand total of 48 days. I'm sorry, but even though they make a decent product their customer care is seriously lacking and I can not reccomend purchase of their appliances for that reason

Samsung poor quality of feedback and service

I bought a mobile of Samsung Galaxy Sii from Jarir book centre a established group at Saudi Arabia on 23.01.13 and on the fourth day itself showing the complaint of incoming and outgoing calls are functioning properly. Several times it was happen like that and pass the infromation at Jarir Service Point, they switch off and on then it work properly for two days. I return the handset on 09.02.13 and they gave me Job Order inform to me they won't open the handset just reinstall the software. But they alreay change the Motherboard of the set and gave me back on 19.02.13. Next day again it show the same problem and returnback to them on 20.02.13. Until now no response from their side. Now the technician are not qualified at Jarir to solve this solution. Never I ask them for new handset because electronic item may be complaints will occur, but it can't be rectified means feels ashamed to entrie Jarir team. Clearly says handset is belongs to Samsung but the Jarir have the certain responsibility for this issue and they have to make their customer satisfaction

With all due respect, I would like to inform your poor service and miscommitment with the client.

I sear if I will be in States or U.K, they will resolve my issue with apology.

I have purchased Gopro Her 5 on 1st Jan-2017 at 11:05 PM, it was last display item, sales guy told me yesterday we kept here for the display purpose, I trust him and brought at my home, next day I left for Jeddah for my official meetings, when I came back and had a time to open, I was surprised that the box accessories were already opened, well I checked camera everything was okay except the camera pixels and opened accessories, so the same day at evening time I visited Jrair Khurais Branch and had a chance to meet Mr. Nawaf and Mr. Mansour from customer relation department, they registered my complaint and provided me the number [protected] and advise me to come tomorrow as our Manager Mr. Fahad Sawailam has off, well next day i visited at evening time and Mr. Fahad told me to come tomorrow evening he will try to resolve the issue.

i called him to make sure his availability in the showroom and got to know that he will be available after Maghrib Prayer.

meanwhile i have received the call from jarir customer care service and informed me sorry sir we can’t help you because you comeback on 6 day.

Customer Service answer and support really disturb me, i don't want to waste my time to follow up and visit again and again for this small problem.

But i would like to inform you, you will never success if you won’t meet with quality and customer request.

Jarir customer service is pathetic. I have never seen any customer service so pathetic. They only transfer calls and I have to wait and listen to the same sentence from the IVR forever. They dont even listen and just transfer calls. Please dont buy anything from Jarir.

Jarir Book store/Samsung S3: I bought new samsung s3 mobile last week in Jarir Book store @Olaya street. After i made payment security people asked moveout due to prayer time so i didnt get a chance to open the phone. But once reach home i open the box then got shock that the phone not having power/lock/rest button.
next day i went to the same store the poor customer care person responed with out any responsiblity and switch is not cover under warenty.
very poor management and customer care also selling defect product. let me know if you need more details about my experiance sudhagarus@gmail.com

I agree with you,

Jarir bookstore quality is getting poor, i bought an iphone 5, 3 weeks ago, the camera was not working, i reported to the seller, he took my appliance for 2 weeks and when i received it, the problem was not solved yet, he took it again, and yet, i have no proper feedback.

I suggest that Jarir limiting their business by the core of books, because they are rubbish for electronics.

Samsung very poor pruduct

Dear sirs
On 21/9/2012 I purchased a samsung notebook from egypt

Manufactured by samsung electronics in china
Approximately after one month the box of the dvd was open once the computer is running, I took the notebook to the maintenance center in cairo egypt (metra) they agree to replace the dvd box but the spare part was not available at that moment and they will bring it from abroad, that will take from two to three weeks so I received the notebook until they bring it, approximately one month later they called me and said that the spar part was arrived, and they replaced it.
A month later occurred the same defect, I took the notebook to them at 14/1/2013, few days later they told me they have to format the windows and they need my approval, I told them to do what needed, after one week I called them (because they didn’t call) they said that they must replace the dvd box (again) and the mother board and they don’t have them as well and they will request them from abroad and that will take few weeks to get them.
Now, after forty days I did not receive the device, and don’t know when i’ll receive it.
Do you imagine that within five months since I bought the notebook I lost it more than two months?, can you tell me how can I trust this product again?, is it possible that the device is sold without the provision of the spare parts? is samsung notebook are bad product?
At the moment I don’t trust this product specially it is so expensive (at least for me) I want a refund if possible and if not I accept to replace this note book with any other samsung product otherwise i’ll be forced to sue you.
I couldn’t find samsung email (the main office) so I send my complaint to you, if you are not competent to respond to the complaint please tell me the email of the responsible person I have to address my complaint

Got a brand new Samsung notebook and only realised that it is a faulty product. Send to Samsung Service and they will not do a 1 to 1 replacement, and instead going ahead to repair the brand new notebook.
This is frustrating as who on earth will accept a brand new product to be repaired. Well probably this is Samsung.
I will not buy Samsung products anymore and will spread my word around to all prospective Samsung users to boycott their products.

Samsung notebook has quality problem. Could you believe a brand new notebook hung up during initial startup? Yes, that is my experience with a brand new Samsung notebook and do you know what Samsung Singapore does? REPAIR, IT MUST BE A JOKE.

Samsung monitor failure

After 14 months, this 27" computer monitor just quit working. Well, this is 2 months out of warranty. Samsung says it needs to be repaired and that is cost is my burden. While I agree it is out of warranty, I am just ticked that a $300 monitor is that cheesy. VERY frustrated.

Samsung’s “wobble” technology washing machine

Samsung’s new automatic washing machine, claiming to be based on wobble technology, is true to its name - it wobbles. I purchased this 90 BWQ model from Satyam/Metro at Bandra, Mumbai, India as per invoice no. 2548 dated December 8, 2012. On noticing a loud sound on delivery, I was assured that this problem would be resolved the next day by a Samsung technician. The technician adjusted the balance and said there would be less noise subsequently. However, as there was no respite in this regard, following an official complaint ([protected]) an engineer attended to the machine on January 8. He clarified that the loud noise was due to a loose belt and tightened it. Some coconut oil was used to silence another squeaky sound.

Later, I explained the continuing noise problem to the dealer who assured me that a senior technician would attend to the machine on February 1 and, if required, the faulty equipment would be collected. Nobody turned up. Such a negligent attitude and a poor product make for sad commentary for Samsung that many feel they can trust.

On writing to the CEO - Samsung India, a service engineer attended to the machine on February 5, as per customer no. [protected] and complaint no. [protected]. He indicated that the suspension rods need replacement. How could there be a nonstop spate of complaints on a brand new washing machine? Does Samsung expect its clients to bear the brunt of manufacturing faults on a brand new machine?

I am surprised that Samsung may be dumping second hand or defective products on to its unsuspecting customers.
