SafeLink Wireless / won't send me the phone.

Everytime I call the give me a new ticket # and tell me that they are out of the phones that they need to send to my son. My Son is the one that gets a phone but I am his payee for all his needs. He has been waiting for a phone since September 2017. Then I was given yet another ticket # to call in 48 hrs. to see how they were going to resolve this problem.

    first thing is to drop them they are tracfone the worst ( like at&T)
    they will lie and scam you they have no accountability there at all
    second got with a better provider ( T-Mobile or Verizon)
