Called last week because phone would not stay charged. After pushing multiple buttons and being disconnected I finally spoke to someone who barely spoke english. Told me to turn phone off and take out battery to look for red. Never called back so I went through it all again. You are sending new phone and it should be here 7 - 10 days. Today they disconnected current phone. Called and could not get person to understand. I am oxygen dependent disabled now without cell. Very unhappy about service and will be changing.
