RN Real.com is where i downloaded some games from Games House Games when I purchased the games they told me that their was a free Fun Pass but their charging me monthly 19.99 for the Fun Pass and their was another pass that they were charging me for. The only thing I can say is cancel your credit card and get a new one. You can log onto their site and check your membership statis. Hope this helps people. Gendre

these people have charge my creit card with out my permission and now over drafted my bank acount.this is is one of two charges theres a self help.com also connected to these guys to they charged 29.99 and rn real.com charged 9.95 plus 36.00 twice for being over drafted so all together this bull has costed me 111.95 wich my bank will fix but it is going to take up to10 days plus i got to get a new credit card to wich costs 7.95 so be warned dont know who or what these web sits are but most importantly i did not authorize any of these and in the long run its going to cost me a fee to replase my credit card and that aint right i live on disablity and i really need every dollar.

If you go to the Game House Web site (www.gamehouse.com), you'll see that you can download some games for free, but that the Fun Pass costs $19.99 per month.

If you have the Fun Pass, you can play games online for free, and you can purchase games for $6.99.

The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time.

Why don't you contact customer support at Game House and explain what happened?

I think that Game House might have acquired Real.com; there's a statement on the Game House Web site that says "Welsome Real.com members."

Why in the worls would you want to cancel your credit card when all you have to do is cancel your Game House membership?!?

I have 2 charges to my checking account. 1 is for $1 and the other is for $10.59, both from RN Real.com which I've never heard of.
