Red Lobster my birthday dinner waited 1 hour for dinner was cold

Always go to Red Lobster on my birthday love it except today was terrible we waited over 1 hour for are food ask why was it taking so long they said cause they had a party of 16 but they were not busy are food came out it was cold called for the manager took it back still came kinda cold no bread for about the 30 mins I order a lobester margrette frozen took 25 minutes to get it then it was all watery I told her take it back cause why did it take that long it had to be sitting there for 20 or minutes I want a new one .I told the manager we deserve a discount she did not here is my ticket# [66407] at kansas city barry rd we spent $139.47 we always spend over 100.00.

Red Lobster environment/service

September 16, 2017 I had the worst experience @ Red Lobster I was extremely disappointed. The behavior the the employees demonstrated was very Distasteful, disruptive & unprofessional. I witnessed two employees running in the restaurant, bickering right in our dining area. It was chaos you had employees dropping dishes breaking them. I will never eat there again or any red lobster.

Red Lobster unauthorized credit card charges

On 9/12/2017 we went for dinner at Red Lobster 2328 Commercial Way Spring Hill 34606. Including myself it was 6 (2 teenagers - 4 adults). We had to wait about 40 minutes to be seated / 15 minutes for server to come to the table / 35 minutes for the food (it was ok - little bit cold). We split the bill (3+3) My bill (check) number was 64786, we were on table 41 and our server name was Ashley L. The total on my bill was $81.03 (without tip) I gave her the credit card to pay ($81.03) and I signed the receipt for that amount...I handle the serve a $20.00 bill as a tip. Few days later I realized that Red Lobster has charge $101.03 to my bank account (instead of $81.03) I called by phone (I live in tampa that is 48 miles away from this particular restaurant) and request to speak to the manager. when she talked to me she acted like is all my fault that I did signed the tip on the bill (that was not true I told her I have 5 witness that saw me tip the waitress in cash) and not only I tipped more than 20% the server did not care, neither the manager I guess...after arguing with her for 10 minutes she told me " Well this is what I'm going to do for you, I will reimburse the $20 back to your credit card...but it is going to be a few days until you see the money in the account, you know because the power failures and the storm, etc etc etc.." ARE YOU KIDDING ME...she acted like she was doing me a favor. I told her I got the copies of all my receipts with me and it shows the amount of $81.03 on it and she says that I signed the store copy I told her I will stop by their restaurant and I want to see that particular bill with my signature on it showing $101.03...and that maybe after the facts someone has added more money to that bill. WE STILL LOVE RED LOBSTER - BUT THIS IN PARTICULAR WE WON'T BE PATRONIZING ANYMORE... we love the one in Tampa anyways

Red Lobster billing and service

my son and I took mom out to eat for her birthday to red lobster. we ordered two appetizers for my son I orderd admirals feast my wife orderd endless shrimp . she finished everything she was served including the rice peloff and wanted more shrimp scampi. 35minutes later they bring her 7 small shrimp in a dish. not willing to wait for more shrimp we asked for the bill that had a charge for 2 orders of asparagus that we were told they were out of, but it was on the bill anyway . my biggest complaint was the way they did the endless shrimp endless only if you want to stay all night.the restaurant only had 7 tables occupied so it was obvious the slow service is their way of limiting your dinner.

i think that the worst part about all of this is that my mom turned against me. my son had to use the washroom, and i was so angry at red lobster that I started swearing at him and when we made an emergency stop I started hitting him, my mom threatened to report this to the police and social services. i told her to mind her own business and that if she does this my so will be living with my stupid ex wife and they probably won't let me see him, she reported me anyway and now i may not be allowed to see my son unless my ex approves and she is so stupid that she will not approve just to be mean.

Red Lobster customer service

On 9/13/2017 my boyfriend and i went to red lobster to get some dinner. It was not busy. We got seated and waited for someone to serve us. 10 minutes passed and nobody had came to our table yet. There was waitresses and waiters walking by us and looking at us and we didn't get any service. We ended up leaving because after 15 minutes we still had no service.

Red Lobster food and service

I have been eating at red lobster for over 30 years, but last night our visit to celebrate my sons 16th birthday on Howe Ave Sacramento, was not the red lobster I remember. It all started as soon as we sat down, I could hear the guests sitting next to us complaining about the food and service. Our server was very late coming to our table, and as she arrived without any delay, began to apologize for the "kitchen" problems. I could tell she was already setting the stage for a bad experience. She seemed disinterested in making us feel relaxed, but rather a escape for what was going to happen. Bad food, and bad service. We put in our drink orders, and also ordered a shrimp cocktail. Usually by now, we would already have biscuits to eat, but we did not receive any at all until we finally had to ask, even though other tables around us were getting them. After almost 15 minutes our drinks finally arrived, and our shrimp cocktail, which was only 3 shrimp instead of the usual 5. She explained that there was a delay in the "kitchen". We placed our orders, and patiently waited for our biscuits to arrive. Meanwhile the complaining people next to us continued to carry on with their dissatisfaction, which was beginning to ruin the mood. When our food finally arrived, usually they bring all the entrees at the same time, but in this instance, they only brought out 2, and the other 2 did not arrive for almost 10 more minutes! It was ackward to have 2 people at our table eating, while the other 2 waited. I ordered the rock lobster, but upon arrival, the lobster was black on the outside, and it only had broccoli. The rice was missing, and our server non shalauntly explained after the fact that the "kitchen" was out of rice. She didn't even come and ask prior to serving my plate, if I wanted extra broccoli or something different. The other 3 entrees in our party were not very good either. Nobody was happy at all with the food. Also, I also almost broke my tooth, after biting into something very hard, which appeared to be a piece of something off the grill that my lobster was cooked on. Usually lobstered are steamed or baked. This was awful to be honest! As our birthday celebration turned worse and worse, we were just ready to end the night and get out of there. We usually order desert and sing happy birthday, but not tonight! Between the complaining people, lousy service, and bad food, we were just ready to get out of there fast! I paid 149 dollars for a lousy meal, and tipped 20 dollars for lousy service. It is safe to say, I will not be back to Red lobster for a very long time! Probably never!

Red Lobster the restaurant on 635 in dallas texas

Last night my daughter birthday we attended Red Lobster for the all you can eat shrimp promotion first when we got there we were not greeted and it smelled like urine in the foyer of the restaurant upon being seated we were not waited on for 30 minutes then when the waitress came to get high drink order she address my daughter as a man if she didn't know the gender she should have just said what would you like to drink after that my drink orders were not put in until about 45 minutes upon making it there and when they came the drink was so full of ice that we could not even drink it had to send it back then I food came out and my order was not what I wanted it to be my salad was dressed in salad dressing and it had nothing but lettuce and tomatoes on a garden salad my baked potato was supposed to be a loaded baked potato he came out with just butter so the biscuits came out and they were cold so we sent them back for more fresh ones and this time they came out wrong at that time I had given up my daughter was so upset about the service that we were receiving that she didn't want to eat there for her birthday so the manager came to the table she assisted us but she was not much help either she reduce that bill but that didn't compensate for the bad customer service that we had the other waitress was not polite at all needless to say my daughter got her meals for free it was a bad experience and I just expected more from that location on 635 I normally go on Northwest Highway and 35 in Irving Texas the service is always excellent there I don't know why this restaurant has fallen off the way they did

Red Lobster food over, salted lukewarm and watery

9.9 .2017, Jacksonville, NC Every single part of two dinners was massively over salted, starting with the cheddar bay biscuits and then all fish and sides. Additionally the shrimp were obviously frozen product rather than fresh and were watery, mushy, and barely heated through. Red Lobster used to be an exciting destination meal occasion with large portions for the price, extensive fresh menu, and high quality seafood; but apparently now the only thing that is the same is the high prices. This was supposed to be a treat for a birthday dinner out, what a disappointment! $50 wasted.

Red Lobster poor management

I could not believe the sad sight I witnessed at Red Lobster on Fm 1960 in Houston, TX. My waitress was very polite, helpful and patient. She took really great care of my family and I. I was just disgusted at the way the manager came to her section, told her to hurry up and clean her section so they can sit her again. This poor young lady was surrounded by people at almost all of her tables and considering that we sat down right after the people in front of us, we were totally understanding, but for this unhelpful and impatient lady to rush her was uncalled for. We were appreciative of her service and we're glad for the experience, but not at the expense of her dignity like that. Serving is a labor of love and compassion. Someone should teach management how to manage without trying to embarrass people doing their best.

Red Lobster plastic in shrimp linguini

My husband ordered the endless shrimp, he got the shrimp linguini and 2 bites in he started choking on a 6 inch piece of seran wrap, he pulled it out of his throat. The waiter was apologetic and immediately said he would get the meal comped. Manager, Jeff, came over and never asked if my husband was ok, just wanted to get him another order of the shrimp linguini. My husband declined. We were charged fully for all meals even though he didn't feel like eating after almost choking. This situation could have been ALOT worse and the manager just came with excuses to the table. This was handled incredibly poorly. I, myself, found a hair in my sweet potato casserole a few months back and we decided to try this Red Lobster again because it was handled correctly and with concern. This time it was not and had he breathed in while taking this bite he could have died or choked more serverly requiring medical treatment. Pictures attached of both.

Red Lobster overcharge

I had dinner at your Harlem location
261 W 125St.N .Y, N.Y 10027.
My bill came to $35.60. I checked
my checking account and we're charged
$42.52.for my check .I made sure to leave
out the suggested 18% Gratuity Fee that were Incorporated to my check.I left the
server tip in cash. This have happen to me
before, as well as my daugher, at this location. I feel total violated by your Company..

Red Lobster i'm very disappointed

Ok me and my children were having dinner and the manager came to me about my kids tablets were to loud but there were no one in the restaurant that was sitting by us. It was either the tablets that keep them quiet or them being loud or misbehaving with out them. I had a issue with this manager before and that was the reason why we don't come here anymore. I'm very very embarrassed and upset. So please reply to me on this matter or it will be on every social media pages. I did record that it was no one in the restaurant.

Red Lobster waitress stole my money

I and my brother went to Red Lobster at Lancaster, Pa and had lunch. The waitress was very impolite and unwelcoming to us, but we decided not to pay attention to her and just enjoyed our lunch. We paid for it and left tips. On the next day, I saw that they charged $70 from my card instead of $58.54.
I contacted them and they said that this employee... has stolen my money!
Why? We did nothing bad and were nice to her.
Sad situation.

Red Lobster my food was undercooked

I went to the snellville location in Georgia I got there at 9:35 I was with my husband he ordered the admiral feast and I ordered the stuffed lobster every was half done I didn't say anything because i knew that they closed at 10pm plus was so disappointed with my food I just wanted to leave. I took it home and put it in the oven I love red lobster and I would like to have a better experience next time.

Red Lobster theft in dining area

After a rough day of cleaning a dead relatives condo we decided to eat here. Little did I know that the people who were at the party behind me were full time thieves. Not only did I get pick pocketed by this lowlife spanish couple, but the smirk given by the manager really had me wondering if they were in on it because they didn't seem to care. Our waiter seemed petrified by the fact that my money was stolen. Although the food was passable, I would advise others to take notice of the area that this establishment is located in and ask yourself if you think it is wise to put yourself in danger. If then genuinely cared about their customers they would of contacted the police & showed them their front door HD CCTV footage or offered a discount which they did not do. They basically do not care.

The Dead Lobster was located at 5950 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
I advise you all to skip this crime riddled town because the police will not show up at all. I was also given a business card from a random manager with a different address on it which is shady. I was sitting at a table in an open walking zone and the [censor] who took the money were at a party at the back of the establishment and decided to pull up a chair, sit at an empty table & not be questioned by the staff as to why they were sitting there. The owners should of questioned that party/family and demanded action from the police, that which they did not do. They are just as guilty as those who stole from me. I don't see why you would even bother having a CCTV system if you aren't going to access the info for records. I was told by the manager of this store that they prey upon people in that area and that cars have also been broken into and followed back to their hotels. The Red Lobster website also does not have a complaint email and instead offers you a text/call system in order to complain. They will not be getting my information to sell for a profit nor my money in the future.

Red Lobster found hair in my food

i was brought my food and fond 3 hair in my soup very disgusting the manger cam and was rude about it and the waitress this happened on 8/21/17 they brought us a new thing of soup.in my opinion the issue could have been resolved way better and the staff could have been more respectful and sanitary. I would probably never go back to red lobster again.

Red Lobster lack of quality food

We had 11 people show up as family get together, all looking forward to the crab feast we ordered king crab my wife and I when it came out and went to taste it the shells where so soft that you couldn't hardly open them when we did get them open the meat was water logged and with no taste, when I asked if they could remake them he told us they are all like that because they leave them in a big pot of water, my wife wanted them so bad she tried to eat them I sent mine back and instead choose another meal linguine with crab and got charged full price, my grandson also said it was the worst he had and only ate half his table number 118118 store number0024 transaction number [protected] with tip we spent 120.52 . On Wednesday, August 16th, my husband took me to Ann Arbor, Michigan to go to Red Lobster for my birthday/. I ordered the 4-course dinner: lobster bisque, tossed salad, shrimp skewer dinner with a dessert. As we were leaving after the great dinner, I realized that I never got the lobster bisque that I ordered. I was so bummed. The lobster Bisque soup is my favorite, and I am very upset that the waiter never served this so me. Is there anyway I can get a coupon for a free appetizer in which I was duped from? Thank you. Red Lobster food

I visited your restaurant located Oakwood plaza in Hollywood fl we order two strawberry lemonade a lobster pizza and a Maine lobster bake when I got my lobster pizza which I order every single time and know what to expect when it came to the table I noticed that it had lemon seeds on it not just a couple a LOT so I told the waitress and she took it back and said she will have them make a fresh one so about 15 minutes passed and she brought out the Maine lobster bake and the lobster pizza so I noticed the pizza slices looked like the old ones and the pizza had way too much cheese on it so as I start looking closer you can tell it was the old pizza that they took they seeds off and just added cheese on top the tomatoes were brunt the lobster was like rubber and the basil was brunt like I said this is the only thing I eat from ur restaurant and I know what to expect and know the Maine lobster bake the lobster was way over cooked it was also like rubber it's sad when a restaurant deceive customers just to save a few dollars.

Red Lobster the cutlery was very dirty

On July30, 2017 My Husband and I visited the Red Lobster on 5010 Expressway Drive South, Ronkonkoma, NY11779-5551
The cutlery was replaced three times because it was very dirty. I decided to ask for hot water, so that I could sterilize the cutlery. this is really bad, I know that this is a fast paced restaurant, however better care needs to be given. The fact that my cutlery was replaced three time is disgusting and appalling. This is just what my eyes can see... I wonder about what I did not see.
