[Resolved] Rak Bank / credit card credit shield charge.

Contact information:

They without asking you would put a credit shield charge on your credit card

and when you request cancellation and reversal they would reverse only

the last month..

Any charge should be communicated clearly to the customer and not

just added to the credit card every month..

On top of that the reversal should include all previous month ..

Now can someone tell me if this is ok?
