I am utterly disappointed with poslaju services. I Have send out a parcel on 7/7/14 to overseas and it was supposed to arrive at destination country within a week. Unfortunately that is not the case. I have been falling thrice a day to enquire about where about my parcel is and none of them could answer my questions. I was told I would receive a phone call from them but that didn't happen. Nevertheless I haven't quit on my parcel yet and still calling them everyday. I wish they will find my parcel as I worked hard for it and it contains personal items.

Sejak dari 3hb barang saya masih berada di Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub). Mohon Pihak Pos Laju ambik tindakan sewajarnya untuk segerakan penghantaran barang saya. Sewajarnya perkara ini tidak berlaku kerana kami sebagai pengguna mengharapkan perkhidmatan yg pantas dan cepat kepada alamat yg dituju.

My items arrived at delivery facility at caw. serahan JB 2 since 28 May 2018, 09:19:00 AM until now i yet not able to get my parcel.

Your services is [censored]ing slow and never have the responsibility to delivery on time.

10 days yet at delivery facility without delivery? no notice given at all!

Calling to customer serivces no one pick up!

Tolong saya cri barang kat mana call customer servis tak pandai angkat2.. menghabiskan credit saja.. sedangkan esok dah cuti tp barang tak ada khabar berita..sarang tak kira musim perayaan ke apa perhikmatan poslaju sangat lambat.. Berkali kali emel masih sama jg barang tak ada update.. cal pula takan pernah nak angkat

Please check the parcel number as below,
totally not uptodate. What happen to POS LAJU?

Almost zero staff manning the collection centre, at Jln Song Kuching. Customers waiting like hundreds, and no single staff attended to them. What happen poslaju?

sebelum ini parcel dh sampai di kulim, tp hari ini kenapa ada di petaling jaya pula sdgkan alamat di bandar baharu kedah...no tracking en 230703839my satu lg parcel masih berada d lokasi yg sama setelah bbrapa hari no tracking er269938455my...call [protected] asyik sibuk shj tlg perbaiki servis

item yang telah dihantar di kaunter tak dapat dijejaki dan staff tidak usaha untuk selesaikan masalah tersebut. semua staff pos laju tak bertanggungjawab. sedangkan semua orang bayar untuk servis pengeposan. bila barang lost track, semua buat tak tahu je.

Hi, it has been a week I haven't got my product from Pos Laju. Lately, pos laju is always slow and bad in service. No.one answers the phone when I called to check. It is very disappointing and frustrating as I urgently needed to use the product for my health purpose. The tracking number is ER2420747083MY

Barang saya diposkan pada 3/7/2018 dan sekarang di Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub)dan tidak ada apa-apa update terkini sejak 3/7/2018. sudah 8 hari di Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub). So rasanye berapa hari lagi pos laju nak perap barang saya? tolong la keje cepat sikit.. EN237835423MY

Saya telah membuat kiriman ke Johor Bharu pada selasa (10hb Julai) tetapi sehingga hari ini parcel tidak diterima oleh penerima. Sistem tracking juga tidak diupdate untuk mengetahui kedudukan parcel.

The sender already post my item to the poslaju balakong since 5th july 2018, and now 16th july i didn't receive my parcel! What a bad service! Did the staff over there didn't do they job? Poslaju become poslambat! Call so many times also no pickup

Call many time but still dont have respond .. I call for 10 more times already.. a male staff answered me but he said to me to wait but wait too long no respond.. they reject my call.. how you all working ?! Cannot service customer dont work laaa.. just asked 1 question but cannot give me responsešŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

Ni no tracking barang (parcel) dr kelantan . dh pos dari 25 julai sehingga sekarang masih tak sampai2 . dh cek barang tu dah sampai pos laju klang 26 julai tapi sampai sekarang tak ada posmen yg hantar . sila cek barang ni . barang urgent ! Thankyou . ER330962495MY

Barang saya yang telah diposkan pada 03.07.2018. dalam sistem"Penghantaran dihantar keluar dari Pejabat Transit - Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub)" hantar keluar ke mana pun tak tau sebab tiada apa-apa update terkini lepas tu. Tolong ambil tindakan segera. Sudah 7 hari saya tunggu. Barang tu saya nak pakai cepat. EN237835423MY.

Hi, i would like to complain a agency ([protected]) from cheras taman putra, i had post a parcel on 18 Nov 15, but until today my customer haven't receive his parcel yet, so i went back to the center on 20 Nov 15. Their boss told me post laju system down and post laju problem so make the parcel delay. After that i went to post laju main brunch to get more info, the final result is this agency account had been banned / block, so all the parcel from his side is not able to sent out. Conclusion is, this agency should tell the truth that not giving such excuse to customer.

Hope you can take action on this prevent still got next case! thanks ..
