I waited the whole day for my parcel to be picked up, but nothing happened. When I checked the status of my order, it said that a pickup attempt had been made and I wasn't at the address... But I was there all day, right in front of the house! Unless their driver turned invisible and managed to sneak past me, knock on the door as quietly as possible, and then sneak back into the van without me noticing... I have no idea how they claim to have attempted a pickup!?!?!

Now p4d isn't responding at all, and I'm guessing no response means no refund... So they're basically a bunch of thieving jerks.

So, I bought this big ol' thing on eBay, right? And I thought, hey, Pallet4delivery seems like a solid choice for gettin' it to me. Little did I know, they're actually a part of p4D. Anyways, I figured they'd be reliable and all that jazz. My collection address was crystal clear, and the delivery address? Well, that was my own place.

I already shelled out nearly ?80, and now they wanna take even more from me? Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

I had been talkin' to the person at the collection address, and they were waitin' around all morning for the driver. Pallet4delivery had all the deets, including the owner's mobile number. So, what's the deal here? Why couldn't they find the place?

Now, tryin' to get in touch with Pallet4delivery is a real headache. They only got this question and answer page, and tryin' to find the live chat? Forget about it. And don't even bother lookin' for a phone number to call. It's like they're playin' hide and seek or somethin'.

Finally, after jumpin' through hoops, I managed to get in touch with P4D through email. They're the ones who handle the issues, apparently. But all they told me was that I gotta pay the fine or they'll snatch the money from my order funding source within 7 days. And get this, they offered to rebook the next day service, but guess what? 'Cause it's almost Easter, they won't even collect the pallet for four whole days! What the actual heck, man?

So now, I'm tryin' to get a refund, but I have no clue how much I'll actually get back. And to make matters worse, I don't even have a proper invoice for the original payment. The info they sent me in the email is as clear as mud, and the folks on the other end seem like they couldn't care less about my troubles.

The communication between pallet4delivery, P4D, and the customer is an absolute disaster. Tryin' to get any sort of useful info is like tryin' to find a needle in a haystack. Expect to waste a whole day just tryin' to get some help, but don't hold your breath 'cause you probably won't get any.
