I've been using the poker hear application for more than a couple of years now, and a year or so ago they added the possibility to customize messages to other players.
Today I got harassed, cursed insulted out of no where by what I believe is a neo-nazi member.
The player most probably saw I live in Israel and started commenting in Italian. saying that all Jews should die. that we should all burn. that but let was right. that I am not part of the human race.
I'm complaining to poker heat because they don't give me the choice to block this person, to complain against him. I don't believe anyone should be harrased while playing a game especially with comments that are so descriminatory and extreamly offensive .
Poker heat keeps showing refresh cannot play I have my VID # I have over 350 million chips
Why can’t I get game to come on all it says is to refresh I have 356,000,00 million I have my VID # talked to support they sent me to someone else they wanted $ 46.00 to maybe get back to my game this is not right what can be done without having to pay for something that is already yours?
My poker heat would not come on last night so I had about 22,000,000 in my acct I restarted game and it gave me some pic and started me all over. I am not a happy camper. I have had to do this on other poker sites and it comes right back up but not this one. I can't remember if my name was idk or poker face but I do not have yahoo anymore my new email is debrabacher1957@gmail.com

I loved playing Poker Heat but recently it really sucks.. Here's why
1. Hand points are not recorded for advancement up the line
2. How can I keep getting 6-9 as my hold cards many many many times.
3. Every every other hold cards contain one of the winning hand high cards.
4. I very often lose a full house to 4 of a kind
5. I very often lose a king high flush or a king high straight to an ace high hand...this frequency is not possible.
6. I very often lose 2 pair to 3 of a kind again..frequency is way to high.
7. Lost 300k $ over night...after shutting down for the night.
7. Seems you guys use bots to keep play down and try to force players to BUY $$.
8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times to see if things would be fixed or at least better.
Disappointing to say the least
Now you can't even complain unless you have access to the app, which has refused to open since the last update on my up to date iPad... Since the "playoffs" started last week ( beginning Feb 22), I can't he in to play, if you can't open the app you can't complain or communicate with the service agents... I've approx 13 million chips there and can't play, plus I'm about half way to getting over 30 million due to playing so often...will never happen...total fix...
I have lost big pots with winning hand to player with lesser hand several times I been playing poker over 49 years I watch each players hand on every game and tonight my piggy bank was full it had 3.7 million in it for 5.99 so I tried to purchase it and halfway through it disappeared so I went to home page touched piggy bank sgsin and it said it had 470, 000 for 7.99. What kind of sham is this. I field out complaint for last 2 hours wrote over 3000 words 5 times cause every time I tried to submit it it wouldn’t go though said it had to had 150 characters so I did that still wouldn’t send For over 2 hours I been dealing with this crap and it still won’t let me send it so I give up Piker Heat you need put me lots of money on my account because of all the crap I been going through with y’all last several months I have gotten over 50 people to start playing Poker Heat. Now what are y’all going to do to help me. I’m WAITING to hear from you ASAP
After reviewing one of your promotions I was dropped directly into an Imperial Dome game where I lost $1M strait away. I had no intention nor way of instigating this. Was this a glitch, or an underhanded way of forcing players into high stakes games to loose chips.
