I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service. It's awful awful awful!!!
Not only that they want me to pay for everything I do, they also make it hard to refund.
My story. I ordered several items and when I received them, they looked terrible. Like a normal person, I decided to return everything (I forgot to mention that the shipping/delivery wasn't free, even though I spent enough to earn a free delivery), so I called them and asked what exactly I had to do. They warned me that I would have to pay the shipping cost which was very expensive to me :(
I gave up on the idea to return everything. I think they are aware of their terrible items and did it on purpose

    Although it is nice when a company is willing to cover shipping costs, I definitely wouldn't expect it. Companies which pay for the delivery, and even would cover the cost of returns, would have to make it up in higher priced merchandise.
