I bought an 18k ring from Carol's Auctions
I bought an 18k ring from Carol's Auctions. She said it was all genuine and legit. I took it to a jeweler and turns out it's not 18k at all. It's a phony. I've been trying to get in touch with Carol to return it, but she hasn't responded to my emails for more than 2 months. I just want my $250.00 back. Thanks.
