Carol's Auctions in Calgary has refused to ship my paid items or provide me a refund after numerous calls and emails. It's been over 5 months.
I bought an 18k ring from Carol's Auctions
I bought an 18k ring from Carol's Auctions. She said it was all genuine and legit. I took it to a jeweler and turns out it's not 18k at all. It's a phony. I've been trying to get in touch with Carol to return it, but she hasn't responded to my emails for more than 2 months. I just want my $250.00 back. Thanks.
I'm the Executor for my brother's estate (***)
I'm the Executor for my brother's estate (***). He passed away in November . He ran a store in *** that closed at the end of June . When the store closed, he consigned all the remaining inventory to ***l's Auctions. It's now the end of October and ***l has only made a partial payment to us (the estate) for the goods she sold at auction. She still has a lot of goods that haven't even been listed for auction yet. I've tried to work out a settlement plan with her, but for the past few months, she hasn't replied to my emails or phone calls. I went to her location today, but there was nobody there. I've attached the latest emails and a spreadsheet of consignment orders showing the unpaid balance for the items already sold.
