The lights are great! I was hoping they would be intense enough to run more than a foot above the plants, and they are. The real telling feature was how quickly most of my seedlings perked up with a single strand of light strung 24” above the planters. I just wish there were two or 3 power cables along with the long spool of lights. Now I have to order more parts before I can run another string of lights.
Used this led strip for indirect lighting on one wall in living room with a dimmer. Great for subdued lighting when watching TV and dimmed all the way down for a night light. I really expected an led strip to last longer without burning out. After a year and a half, one end burned out and a few days after the warranty ran out, the other end burned out, leaving the middle section working. Strip was replaced at 24 months at a reduced cost.
I received all I ordered in a timely manner. I haven't tested them yet since the instructions caution not to turn them on while on the spool. Here's hoping
I received the order as scheduled. I have not installed them yet. Even though I requested they not install power cords they did anyway. Here's hoping I can remove them without damaging rope light. i do like the fact the LED rope light can be cut every 19 inches.

Bought new string lights supposedly better made after first string died 2 years out. They don't work and BirdDog offered only section replacements. I asked for $200 discount. No response.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Just as described and fast shipping. Would shop there again.

BEAUTIFUL lighted shamrock that arrived in time for St. Paddy's Day. We live in a cul-de-sac and, at 24"x24", the shamrock was easily visible from the top of the street. Excellent quality and sturdy. Plan to order from them again. Thank you, thank you!

When taking it out, I was afraid I would have a tangled mess. However, it is so very easy to install. The lights are amazing, vibrant and can be seen from a distance. My neighbors can't wait to see what we put in the front window and they have all been asking where I got this one from as it is large and beautiful. We got the fireworks lights in multi color and really considering some of the other options.

Can't trust the descriptions or the representative. Was supposed to receive a "v2" bike with 3.74 liter tank, got basic 2.4 liter version. Tried to deal with customer service, only to find out after over a month trying to find some resolution alot of people have been lied to evidently. They don't even have those frames anymore and have been selling the smaller model for the larger model price. Shop at bikeberry.com instead. Way better quality, lower prices, customer service, and faster shipping.

~~You can't go wrong With these guys!~~ Wonderful Lights! Without a doubt! I purchased the Merry Christmas sign for 199$. I seen it and really liked it. After purchasing it and hanging it up, I noticed there was, what I was assuming glue smeared on it in a few places. They were rather large smear marks so I took a closer look. I notced scratch marks across the top of the back plate. Like someone was scratching a lotto ticket. So I contacted customer support about it. In all honesty, it was not a huge deal to me, was just more curious about the smear marks. So I took a few photos and they looked over them and decided to send me another one. I really like these lights, they are beautiful and very well done. On top of the very good product they were kind enough to replace it bcuz of the smear marks and the scratches. They gave me no hassle, they said, we will replace it and that was it! It made me smile and it was some good service. Without a doubt will I be continuing business with these guys. Theres a few other motifs I will be purchasing, Thank Birddog! (shipping was fast and free!)

On July 3, I bought a bike engine from bicycle-engines.com for 179.99 plus 19.43 for shipping and handling. I kept in touch with the company, and they promised to give me a full refund on July 14. But, it didn't happen on July 15. So, I complained to PayPal about not getting the stuff I ordered. The company said that UPS would refund them for the product, and then they would start my refund. On August 21, the company said they refunded my account. But, as of August 27, PayPal says they still haven't received the refund from the company. They haven't even started the refund like they said. I contacted the company again on August 27, at 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time. They said they just refunded 179.99, but they won't refund the shipping. I paid for shipping, but I never got the item. They still haven't started the refund like they said, and they won't give me the full amount I paid.
