I went to Cheektowaga Ny location with 2 other friends around 2 pm Sunday March 5 2017. Upon leaving I learned that I lost my handicap placard. My friend called the restaurant the 2 workers at the door that greet people had to two be two of the worse customer service inexperienced I've ever encountered. I called back they knew us the table we sat at and even told us they asked our server if he checked the table. We returned to the restaurant. I asked the 2 at the door if they found it? They said no we looked as well as the server. I asked if I could check only to find it in the seat. If they'd looked like said they did they would of saved us a lot of grief. Needless to say the meal which was salad and soup was bad as well as the employees at the door. Really wouldn't patronize Olive Garden that location especially til those greeters retire or quit. Deeply disappointed
