ordered 75$ worth of to go food took 45 min had to tell her stuff was missing . went back in to ask for a simple bowl of Alfredo thinking it would be offered free for all our trouble but instead got talked to hateful and my husband ended up paying 5 more dollars for a spoonful of alfredo..never again.manager needs customer relations class.they should have tried to make us happy instead of making us mad, eating cold food and being hateful

    Most likely due to your poor English they did not understand you and that is why stuff was missing. Why should they give you something for free because of your poor English? Offering something for free is a gesture of goodwill. Demanding something for free is rude.
