I order and bought 2 “JawBone” headsets from "N 1 Wireless" (N1Wireless.com) on may13 2009 Order #: [protected]
Their website states that it is new and in original manufacturing package.
Additionally pictures on the page show original manufacturing package which is a nice plastic box.
Instead of that I received collection of bubble wrapped pieces in the plastic bag.
I call their Support line explain situation and was forced to get RMA number thru their website.
I was promised full reimbursement. N1Wireless issued partial reimbursement withholding TAX and Shipping.
I contact them again and was promised full remaining sum.
4 days later I found that they reimbursed only Tax.
I call them on June 11 and they told me that they did not reimburse shipping at all even if it is their fault disregarding of their promises.
Overall their business practice reflects pure scam operation:
1) They deliberately mislead customers providing false information about item condition.
2) They overcharge shipping 2 times over the regular price $20(versus when I ship back fully insured, with notification, 2 day delivery $10) with the same USPS carrier.
3) They refuse full reimbursement even trying not to return Taxes and shipping.
4) They did not respond on emails, their voicemail box is full and not accepting any messages and it is almost impossible to get some one online.
5) Searching their company review on the web show that this is their common practice.

Sold a non-authorized phone
They sell brand new cellphones. However, the phones they sell may not always be authorized by the manufacturer and therefore there is no warranty but you don't know that since they don't disclose warranty info on their website.
The display on my Motorola SLVR L7 malfunctioned. Motorola says that the serial number of my phone isn't valid. So where does N1Wireless get the phones that they peddle? As a result, I'm out $127.

Long story short, I ordered an LG GD580 expecting a new product and instead received a used product. There's no information in the product description about the condition of the product.
I sent in a support request asking for a refund or replacement, and I will update my rating based on how they respond. They need to put item condition information on their site!
This is thw orst expericence I ever had, I bought Blackberry bold from them, that was refurbshied one, that they didnt tell me when i asked them latter when i called them they were very rude to me to answer the questions . they even charged $18 for shipping and the phone doesnt look like new also..I hate this company, i will never buy or recommend this company to any one...
I bought a wireless phone from them for what I thought was a good price, it was an LG and I paid 150.00 for it.. I have AT&T as a carrier and they assured me that the phone would work with this carrier. What they DON"T tell you is that the phones are from the U.K and although you can make calls that is ALL you can do. You can't connect to the internet download pics or ringtones...its a scam..Stay away from them!

The only positive thing that came out of my experience with n1 wireless is, I learned a big lesson to do my reseach before I buy on the internet from now on. I bought a blueant bluetooth and when we received it, it was not charging. I tried contacting www.n1wireless, with no response back. I too believe that this is a scam operation because my experience seems to be the same as the people that are above. DO NOT BUY FROM niwireless it is a scam.
Dismayed but smarter!
Stay a way from buying from www.n1wireless.com Bad service, bad phones. Mine arrived with keypad problem and not working charger. Later I found that it was refurbished phone! (as well as probably all of them on their web site) I had to call always to check/remind if they sent, received, had in stock etc. No apology from costumer service. Beside, I paid shipping $15 (regular ground!) + $8 return shipping (they don't send you free return shipping slip even if they sold you not working item) + $10 restocking fee if you aren't ordering anything else from them in replacement of original item.
Rip off. N1 shipped me defective products (bluetooth headset with broken microphone), then ignored my repeated attempts to get a return authorization. The failed to return phone calls (I only got their message machine during business hours), and ignored my emails to their customer service at their website.
They have a 7 day return for exchange time limit. They get by that by simply ignoring you. This is the first company I've ever wrote a negative review on . . . they worked hard to deserve it.
Awful experience
I ordered a phone from n1wireless.com. The total cost was $360.00 which was cheaper than all the other websites I searched. Though I felt unsure about this site, I never did any research on it. I was fooled by all the trust seals they proudly display on their home page. This is now a shock to me, because I've found them to be far from trust worthy. The amount of $360.00 was instantly taken from my account, but I never received the package. I contacted DHL, and was told that they never received a package. I tried calling n1wireless at [protected], but all I got was an oldschool voice message asking me to call back in *a few hours*, or leave a message. I thought about leaving an explicative laced message, but I figured if this is as big of a scam as I presume it to be. The culprits would only get a kick out of it. I even tried emailing them a dozen times. No response. No package. No refund. No reason for anyone to ever do business with this website. Do me a favor, let me be the last one scammed by these crooks.

This company sells junk, used and damaged products. They do not have any customer service. If you are lucky enough to get what you ordered it will be used, damaged or a reject. They have no customer service so you get whatever you get.
I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED - CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT
I ordered an LG V20 from N1Wireless on AUG 12.
On AUG 13 I got an email from N1 that stated the phone was on back order.
On AUG 13 I emailed sales and support to cancel my order.
On AUG 21 I got an email that stated my phone was being shipped.
Aug 21 I again emailed sales and support to inform them I cancelled my order on the 13th.
On the 23rd the phone arrived.
I have called their phone number [protected] more than a dozen times and the system always rings out and hangs up.
No one picks up the phone.
Their office is at 1425 - 37 street in Brooklyn.
I happen to live in Brooklyn and will try to stop in and find out what is going on.
I DO NOT recommend this company.
They make me feel like I was scammed.

This is a terrible co. Does not return phone calls, no customer service. They sent me a different product than I ordered with no explanation. It came in a zip loc bag- not factory sealed, and with no instructions. I spoke with Ashley, x1 she was very unhelpful and they have never sent the instructions. Never do business with this co.
I will never order from this company again.
Their customer service was useless, refused to work with me on a return which I requested via the 'please leave a voicemail and somebody will get back to you shortly' method.
I'll never order here again. I suggest anyone go with somebody else you know and trust.
Be careful while ordering from N1wireless.com. I ordered a bluetooth headset and got a faulty one. I wanted to return it. So I called the customer support. That number [protected] ) looked like a fake one. I ignored the 1, and dialed starting from 347. the number was always busy. The rep would say that someone will call back to resolve my issue. I waited for that someone to call back. No one called me back. Finally, I decided to talk to the manager and close the issue. I called customer support back again. Another rep with a strange accent (Eastern Europe) answered. He was demanding me about what went wrong with the item. Few minutes later the manager showed up. He refused to take my item back for full refund. I complained to BBB New York.
Be careful with this company. Product might be faulty or not original.
BTW the item was not shipped in the original manufacture package.
I ordered a Jabra bluetooth headset from N1wireless. They shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Few days later when I checked online for delivery status, it shows Delivered. I checked my mailbox as well as checked with leasing office of my apartment. I did not found any package with bluetooth headset.
I raised a dispute with USPS by calling them, then promised somebody will call me in 2 days but i never received any call. I also sent emails to N1wireless but never got any reply from them either.
Totally fleeced for $14.

Bad service
I purchased from this company a new H700 blue tooth device, they mentioned on their website that they are the only company that sells original new H700 blue tooth.
I can't argue with that especially when they post picture of the original product.
But the truth in reality they bluff you all the way, because the know you wouldn't do nothing about that, the worse case you'll return the product after you wait a week to get it and u will pay the shipping.
What happened to me, i got a used device which didn't work at all. after i contact them they offered me a new original version C which is better then version B that i ordered.
What do you think happened?
I got another used version B device .

sent the wrong charger cord and now not able to get in contact with them about refund I order it thru walmart so I am going to go thru them too to see with is going to send the right adapter to me so that I can get on the laptop. I order this friday and got it today to be the wrong adapter cord for the laptop I have.
I ordered an iphone 8 256g that was listed as "in stock" and open box. Next day they said it's on back-order and wanted to sell me a 64gb model. I cancelled, waited 2 days and went back and ordered another color 256gb. Same day they pulled the same scam and tried to down sell me. They are scammers and will soon re-emerge as a new company.

Its a low key scam, waited days for it to even show up that it was even shipped and I asked for a refund they said they would and that was a week ago, ordered from a better site and it came in 2 days
Dealing with N1wireless was one of the worst (if not the worst) online buying experience I have ever had. First they sent me a defective phone. Secondly after discovering the phone did not work I spent an entire day trying to contact them by telephone. No one answered the entire day! The following day I tried again and was told a new phone would be shipped out as soon as possible and a return mailer would be forth coming. When neither arrived after 5 days I called the company again and was told that my previous conversation never occurred, with the implication that I was either delusional or a liar. The person I spoke with was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. I will be returning their defective phone and will be buying it from a reputable dealer. Life is too short for this kind of interaction. If you want to have a 3rd world experience this is the place for you. If you are like me and expect a working phone with customer support I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere.
They tell you that things have been shipped and have not. They even tell the USPS that your item has been shipped and it has not been. They will not answer messages or emails. They do this in hopes that the item will finally come into stock without the good grace of marking "out of stock" on their site or emailing the customer of the fact. They refuse to contact the clients on complaints. They also have a habit of bumping themselves up on complaint sites by writing their own reviews on themselves.
I had a horrible experience with this N! wireless.com. I ordered a motorala razer phone, and they mailed me a phone that is not systemized in English. I cannot operate it in the U.S.! And the instruction included is not even for the phone I ordered. Do not buy from this companny.

Instead of Jawbone noice cancelation headset has arrived cheap FAKE which was not fitting into ear. The picture on web site even not close to real appearance except only black color the same.
Damage included shipping $38 USD. Return policy web page opens code 404 - does not exist.
My experience with N1 Wireless was terrible. I purchased a new cell phone. The phone arrived in a box with a broken factory seal (the seal stated “do not accept if this seal is broken”). The phone was packed sloppily, had fingerprints on the keypad, the protective film over the phone display was missing – this phone was obviously not new. Plus, it came with a European charger, which would require me to haul around an adapter wherever I used it, and this was not indicated when I made the purchase. I returned the phone on the strong evidence that N1wireless did not send me a new phone and requested a full refund. Instead, they gave me a refund that is $37 less than the price I paid, holding back the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. I spoke with a billing department supervisor to insist upon a full refund and he became insulting. In the end, N1 wireless got $37 of my money for sending me an item other than what I ordered. N1wireless appears to have a culture of disrespect toward its customers. It's Better Business Bureau rating is “F” because of many unanswered customer complaints, and most of the complaints are over “refund and exchange” and “product” issues. An internet search shows that many others have had similar and worse experiences with N1wireless – there are complaints of items being advertised as new and instead being used or damaged, the work “refurb” scratched off of one product, empty boxes shipped instead of items purchased, and the absence of customer service and willingness to believe customer complaints. Just as with me, many others complain that certain employees of N1 wireless are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to believe customers when incorrect, broken, missing, or used/refurbished items are shipped by N1 wireless. My strong recommendation is to never do business with N1wireless. It is very possible they will not ship you the item you ordered, and instead will ship you a refurbished or used item when a new one is advertised, or the item will be broken or have missing parts. When you complain, you will be met with denial and/or rudeness and will not get a full refund. My recommendation is the check out the Better Business Bureau ratings and internet reviews of other resellers and avoid N1 wireless. N1 wireless earned their BBB “F” rating through a pattern of dishonest and disrespectful behavior. Avoid N1 wireless.
