I had a bit of a struggle trying to purchase from Twinklens. It took me a good two weeks to finally get my payment method accepted on their website. At first, I was starting to think that maybe the company was a scam because my debit/credit card just wouldn't go through, even though I had more than enough funds to cover the costs. I tried reaching out to their management team and customer service, but unfortunately, they weren't much help and didn't take the time to resolve my issues. This caused a two-week delay, and I needed the product ASAP. Overall, my shopping experience was unsatisfactory due to the poor customer service and janky website.
