TeePublic Unique Designs and Excellent Service

TeePublic offers a wide range of unique designs that are not found elsewhere. The quality of the products is impressive, with both Classic and Premium options meeting expectations. Shipping was fast, arriving earlier than expected. The customer service team was responsive and resolved any issues promptly. TeePublic Blown away

I had been looking for something unique for a Valentine's Day gift, and found the perfect starting point in a shirt on TeePublic. I liked it even more that it benefitted an independent artist.
So, I ordered the shirt, and it was on its way within 24 hours. Liked that.
Valentine's Day comes, I arrange everything, she opens the shirt- and I realize that I never took into account her chest size. Let me just say that they are above average, and this shirt would be a TIGHT fit. Very tight. We laughed about it, but I wanted to get the right size immediately. So I sat at my Macintosh to shoot off an email to request an exchange. Keep in mind, Valentine's this year was on a Sunday, immediately followed by President's Day- that being said, I didn't expect any response for a few days. Nevertheless, within an hour, I received an actual personal response from Alexandru, informing me that he ALREADY processed my replacement request, and on top of that, at no additional cost, and to keep the original shirt as well, encouraging me to donate, use or simply keep! I honestly was blown away by this. So often and to an exhausting level, companies grow large, and they lose the human element in the middle of it all- TeePublic does not fall into this category. I gladly would have paid for another shirt if I had to, but they understood the issue, going above and beyond what I expected. In turn, they have earned a lifelong customer.

TeePublic One of the best in customer service

I love supporting Independent artists and smaller companies. I placed my first order with this company about 2 months ago. I ordered a few tshirts for my bf and a hoodie for me. When the items arrived, I felt my hoodie was smaller than a normal size large.It was also a very lightweight hoodie. I wear a med usually but prefer my hoodies bigger and this size large hoodie fit snugger than I liked. On my next order, I decided to go a size up on the hoodies. I was so excited when they arrived and as soon as held one up, I knew these hoodies were going to be way too big for myself and my bf. These were sized more like your typical hoodie and was much heavier than the first. I decided to reach out to Teepublic and see if there was anything we could do. I wasnt expecting or requesting a refund but rather a size exchange. I truly was expecting to be told that SOL, since each item ordered is specially printed at the time of purchase. But much to my surprise, I had a email the very next morning stating they would be happy to exchange for the sizes I needed. I messaged them what sizes I needed and asked them how I would go about shipping the items that didnt fit back to them. Their response... Keep them and donate them to someone in need. Really, I was blown away and very impressed. This is the kind of things I love about this company and the reason I will continue to order products from them! In a very selfish, self centered world, Teepublic, you are a breathe of fresh air!

TeePublic Adoption shirt

I ordered a toddler's shirt for an adoption party that was coming up in a month. I looked at the size chart, which showed another child wearing the different sizes of shirts from which to choose (which I thought was a fantastic idea), so I chose the one I thought would fit correctly. I ordered the size I believed that would work, and received the shirt within 2 weeks (maybe less), which was great! However, when I looked at the shirt (which, by the way, was great -- the colors were wonderful and the lettering was perfect!), it was somewhat smaller than I thought it would be. Ugh. So I attempted to email back on the website my problem, but couldn't get my order number to work after several tries. I then tried another place on the website that allowed me to contact TeePublic about my problem (and how I would go about getting a replacement/exchange for the cute t-shirt I wanted). I emailed two days in a row, because I didn't get a response the next day, but the second time I attempted to contact TeePublic, I received a response right away, with Adam saying he'd already started another shirt order to be made in the bigger size I needed, and would be sent very soon, and even better, said that I didn't have to bother to return the first shirt, but instead to reuse it or donate it, which I will! I thought that was a great "show" of integrity, even though I ordered the wrong size in the first place and won't even have to pay for the second. Great job, TeePublic! I will definitely order more shirts when the need arises!

TeePublic My go-to Tee Shirt Shop

This company has the most communicative and best customer service of any online store I shop at. Before I came across Tee Public, I never was much of a novelty tee shirt wearer since almost everyone wears the same old, standard logos found everywhere. This site has a great selection of topics unique to anyone's personality, created by independent gifted artists who receive a commission when you choose their designs! In a world of big box stores, I truly appreciate a community-oriented company that supports independent artists! An added plus is that Tee Public has a large range of color options so mixing logos you've selected with colors you like is half the fun in making a shirt a true expression of your individuality! After decades of never wearing logo tees, I am hooked now that I can customize tees that reflect my individuality and interests! I've purchased over 20 within the past few months and always get compliments on the them. Their classic tee is quality, breathable, cotton blend, launders well, minimum to no shrinkage, and is very soft & comfortable! One specific tee logo I ordered had an uncommon pre-production typo error which I didn't notice until after the shirt arrived, but I took a photo, notified customer service of the error, and they took care of it immediately within the same day. They even offered to let me make another selection to replace the defective one at no cost! Again, so many fun & cool logo designs that it's likely I"ll end up with enough tees that I won't have to do laundry for months! LOL. I highly recommend Tee Public! Great creative & unique logos, the fun of customizing your own look, quality products and great customer service! What's not to love?

TeePublic Awesome company

I'm taking time to do this review when normally I don't do reviews. But this company is like no other company I've ever dealt with. Exceptional they are is why I decided to write a few words. I bought 2 ladies size US Open tee shirts the first of September as gifts. As it turned out the ladies cut was too snug and my daughter dropped the tees off to me asking if I could exchange them. I thought I could be near the 30 days which is the return/exchange policy for most companies (especially small ones). So I found my email where I originally ordered from this company and the first surprise was their return/exchange time was far from 30 days it was 90! So I sent them a request to see if it would be possible to exchange the 2 ladies tees for 2 men size tees. The next shocker was the speedy reply I received saying they had already taken care of my request and I should be getting the tees in a few days. Well if all that didn't shock me off my feet the next line said "do not return the tees to us please donate them or give them to someone else or just keep them"! I have never heard of such even in the middle of the pandemic we had! I can say with all honesty I have never had this kind of service from any retail company (large or small). If you're reading this review I'm sure your probably thinking no way. So I say give them a try and just see for yourself. This is the kind of business I'll come back to again and again and also share with my friends and family. Just think of what kind of world we would all get to live in if every business was like this business making all of our lives easier when we make a mistake and purchase the wrong size! TeePublic First Class All the Way!

I love my TeePublic shirts!
I also love the TeePublic customer support!
My experience was first class all the way!

My biggest problem was narrowing down my choices to only 2 shirts to stay within my budget, there were so many options that I loved. I'll certainly keep returning to TeePublic to round out my collection of Lego fandom shirts.
I appreciate that such a wide range of shirt types is offered. As a woman with curves I get very tired of being stuck wearing ill fitting men's shirts.

I ordered 2 Lego fandom related t-shirts to wear at a convention.
A couple of days after ordering I received an email saying that the shirt I ordered wasn't available in the color I chose, and offering me the option to change the size or color. I changed the color and got the confirmation back that it would still be arriving within the originally stated time frame. Yay!

Sure enough the shirt in the new color choice arrived and was fantastic... but the second shirt still hadn't shown up as shipped, nor had I received any correspondence informing me of a problem that would cause I delay, so I reached out to customer support to ask about it.
The representative I corresponded with was very helpful and by the end of the day I had tracking information showing it was on its way to me. Unfortunately the delay meant that I wouldn't have it in time for the convention I bought it for, but they refunded my shipping fee and I will wear it to future events.

I understand that unexpected delays happen, it is how the company handles these circumstances that separate a quality company from one I wouldn't do business with in the future.

TeePublic has earned my repeat business both through their awesome products and excellent customer support.

TeePublic Amazing customer service and very comfy hoodies

This is my first time ordering from TeePublic so I didn't really know the sizing yet or what to expect. The website had some very helpful pictures of models in different height and weight ranges that helped, but I still ended up ordering sizes that were too small for some of my family members. I messed up on 2 hoodies, and 4 kids t-shirts. I was dreading the exchange process as online ordering can be very hit or miss depending on the company, and TeePublic clothing is custom printed to your order size after they receive the order. They don't have a warehouse of these things sitting around with the custom graphic that you choose in a different size. They have to reprint these items again to fulfill the exchange. Due to this, I wasn't even sure if I could exchange them and what the cost was going to be. I contacted customer services anyways and filled out an exchange form to see if they could help.

They went above and beyond my expectations. I received a reply within 1 day from when I submitted my exchange request. They immediately put in another order for me with the correct sizes so I could get them ASAP, without waiting to receive the clothing back from me. I really appreciate this as there are shipping issues every where and I want to make sure I have these items ready for the holidays. What put it over the top for me was that TeePublic did not asked me to send back the hoodies and shirts, and they let me keep them for donation. Now THAT is how you do customer service.

Due to this experience, I will be ordering from them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone. They do have really comfy hoodies and t-shirts, especially for kids. See the pictures for a sample of some of the super cute things I ordered.

TeePublic Absolutely, Above And Beyond, One Of The Finest Stores On The Internet

I am immensely impressed with, and grateful to, TeePublic.

I have ordered many a T-Shirt from many a website. Some of them were good. Some were okay. Some sucked. In most cases, a simple request for extra information about a shirt I was interested in (which required navigating an infinite labyrinth of dropdown menus just to ask what material the shirt was made from, or the technique by which the design was applied) was returned with an automated answer, a best guess by someone who had not been provided with training or education about the matter, or no response at all. I have also been stuck with inferior T-shirts, botched applications, or months-long waits for the shirts to be printed or shipped that led me to cancel orders. But, I guess that's the gamble.

With TeePublic, I am a happy customer for life. You are not gambling with TeePublic. You are investing in a high-quality product that they stand by with superlative customer service.

I recently ordered a total of eight carefully selected T-shirts from them. The store is easy to navigate, super-fun to browse, and provides all of the information you need. They arrived quickly and were of excellent quality except for one. I contacted them about the flaw in the shirt and received a personal reply within 24 hours. They investigated the flaw, found its cause, reported back to me, and bent over backward to make it right. They were patient, understanding, kept up continued communication throughout the process and took great care of me. I have never had online customer service that was so personal, positive, and genuine.

Making a purchase at TeePublic does not feel like ordering from a website, it feels like shopping at a locally owned store.

The best part - every purchase at TeePublic supports an independent artist, and their design selection is overwhelmingly glorious.

TeePublic Great quality, even better customer service!

I recently ordered 6 shirts from Teepublic, all are clearly professionally printed on comfortable "modern" tees, as I call them. They had me with the shirt quality, but they kept me with the customer service. Peep this:
I ordered 2 of my shirts on Charcoal heather, which appeared basically black heather in the visual on the site. When the shirts arrived, those 2 shirts were labeled as "dark grey heather" and were just that; dark grey heather. I wasn't sure if this was a misprinted shirt/label or if the physical shirt just looked slightly different from the visual on the site, and it may not seem like a big difference but I actually hate grey-colored shirts and love black-colored shirts, so it did matter to me?which is basically exactly what I said in my email to Teepublic when asking for a reprint either on true Charcoal heather or, if they consider Charcoal and dark grey heather one and the same, a reprint on straight black.
I had very little confidence I would get any response other than "sorry, charcoal is grey, that's what you oredered, bye" and I expected to be stuck with 2 shirts that I could have loved but instead would likely not wear. Instead, Teepublic requested pictures of the shirts/labels and then they confirmed charcoal and grey heather are the same?BUT then they simply offered to reprint my shirts on black free of charge just to ensure I loved the shirts! No argument, no hassle, no loopholes. AND when I asked about returning the dark-grey shirts to them, they basically just said to pay it forward and give them to someone who would appreciate them?which I did?and he totally does! I was floored by this whole exchange, this level of customer service is almost unheard of! Needless to say, the reprinted shirts on black arrived soon after and I love them. I also love the 8 other shirts I ordered a few weeks later! 37 thumbs up. 16 stars out of 5. You got yourselves a lifetime customer now!

TeePublic Exceptional Customer Service and Unique Designs: My TeePublic Review

I recently stumbled upon TeePublic while scrolling through my Facebook feed. The t-shirts they had on display caught my eye and I was immediately drawn to their unique designs. Without hesitation, I placed an order for a few t-shirts as the prices were reasonable and the fabric looked great.

However, I made a mistake with one of the t-shirt sizes and ordered the wrong size for my fiancée. I sent an email to TeePublic explaining my situation and to my surprise, they responded promptly and were extremely understanding. They suggested that I donate or give the t-shirt to a friend or family member and they would send me the correct size t-shirt at no extra charge. I was blown away by their exceptional customer service.

Recently, I ordered two more t-shirts for my friend and his wife who live in California. Before placing the order, I asked my friend for their sizes and he told me an XL for him and a LG for his wife. I sent him a picture of the t-shirts and he was happy with them. However, he later realized that he had given me the wrong size for his wife and asked if I could ask TeePublic to redo the sizes. I was embarrassed to ask them again, but I sent them an email explaining the situation. To my surprise, they responded the next morning and offered to send me the correct sizes at no extra charge. I was overwhelmed by their kindness and willingness to help their customers.

I am completely satisfied with my t-shirts and look forward to purchasing more in the coming months. TeePublic has exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for unique and affordable t-shirts. TeePublic Inconsistent Quality and Poor Customer Support: My Disappointing Experience with TeePublic

I've been a TeePublic customer for a few years now, and I have to say, my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. My first purchase back in 2018 was fantastic - the shirts were high quality, the prints were stunning, and everything fit just right. I was so impressed that I knew I'd be coming back for more.

But then, in 2019, things took a turn for the worse. I ordered some new designs, but when the shirts arrived, they just didn't feel the same. The fit was off, the material was different, and the prints didn't look as good. When I reached out to customer support, they basically told me that I was wrong - that the quality was the same, even though I could clearly see and feel that it wasn't. It turns out that TeePublic had made a decision to let artists and printers supply their own shirts, which led to a lot of inconsistency in the products. I was pretty disappointed, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep shopping with them.

Fast forward to April 2021, and I decided to give TeePublic another chance. I found some designs that I really loved, and I was hoping that things had improved since my last order. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Out of the 9 shirts I ordered, 4 had terrible print quality, and 2 of the colors were completely different from what I had ordered before. I mean, purple is purple, right? But the "purple heather" shirt I got was more like a light lavender, and the "royal heather" shirt was a pale blue instead of the dark teal I was expecting. The prints looked terrible on the lighter colors, and the ones with quality issues were missing chunks of color and looked worse than shirts I've had for years. I reached out to customer support again, but at this point, I'm just so frustrated with the whole experience that I don't even know if I want them to fix the shirts and send them back to me.

Overall, I have to give TeePublic a 1-star review. While I appreciate the independent artists and the great designs they offer, the inconsistency in the products and the poor quality control just isn't worth it to me. I'll be looking for a different site to order from in the future.

TeePublic TeePublic Review: Great Customer Service, Mixed Quality Products

So, I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with TeePublic on my last order. Every single item had some sort of quality issue, which was a real bummer because I had previously sent gifts using them and had never had a problem. But, I gotta give them credit where credit is due - they really worked hard to make it right.

The customer service was top-notch. They went above and beyond what I asked for, processing refunds, returns, and exchanges, and even encouraging me to donate the items to spread some positivity. And they were always polite and helpful, which is more than I can say for some other companies I've dealt with.

Now, let's get into the nitty-gritty. The stickers were a bit disappointing - the designs were super cool, but the print quality just didn't hold up to similarly priced stickers from sites like Etsy. They looked like they were printed on a home ink printer, with a pale, pixelated/grainy finish. Definitely not something I would feel comfortable giving someone to put on a long-term item like a laptop or journal. But, TeePublic was quick to issue an instant refund.

One of the magnets was smaller than described and had off-center printing, but the image quality was great. TeePublic reached out to the artist to correct the print issues and replace the magnet. When they were unable to do so (the replacement was sent without any corrections), they refunded the purchase price even though I said I didn't need that.

One shirt was reprinted because the colors were slightly off and there was some streaking where the ink didn't set. The reprint looked 100 times better, and I was super pleased. Another shirt was "off" due to the art file, so they let us pick a different design. I made a typo in my reply, which led to them sending a more expensive shirt than what we had originally ordered. Unfortunately, it was too small, but TeePublic honored their Holy Shirt guarantee and replaced it with the correct shirt type and size.

Overall, I was pretty stressed because the order was all gifts for people who are hard to shop for. But TeePublic made sure I didn't have to pay for anything that wasn't gift-worthy, and they restored some of my faith in businesses that actually care about their customers. They made sure I was in at least as good if not better standing than I would have been if everything had come through perfectly. I'm extremely pleased and will definitely order from them again in the future.

The only thing that felt a bit odd was that TeePublic doesn't have reviews or photo functions on their main page. It would have been nice to see some actual products, but I understand that it might not be consistent with their fantastic customer support resources and the thousands of designs and product options they offer.

TeePublic TeePublic's Poor Communication and Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience

I recently had an experience with TeePublic that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I uploaded three designs to my storefront on a Thursday night, hoping to take advantage of the 72-hour deal that comes with new designs. However, when I searched for my designs the next day, I couldn't find them anywhere on the site.

I contacted TeePublic's support team and received a response early Monday morning. They informed me that my account needed a profile image, banner, bio, social media links, and at least 10 designs in my storefront to be reviewed for search. I was surprised by this, as the setup process had indicated that these details were not necessary. Nevertheless, I quickly added a bio and a couple of social media links, but I only had three designs ready to upload.

I asked why I needed 10 designs to be reviewed for search, especially since I had seen other designers with fewer designs on the site. Unfortunately, I never received a response to this question. Instead, I received an email the next day stating that my account had been deleted for violating the terms and conditions. I was given no explanation as to what I had done wrong, and my attempts to contact TeePublic's legal and support teams went unanswered.

After doing some research, I discovered that this was a common problem with TeePublic. Many people had experienced random account deletions, and some had managed to get their accounts reinstated by contacting legal. I tried this approach, but it took over a month to receive a response. Even then, all I was told was that my account had been flagged for violating the terms and conditions, with no further explanation.

I was frustrated by TeePublic's lack of communication and poor customer service. If I had actually violated the terms and conditions, I would have expected them to tell me what I had done wrong. Instead, I was left in the dark, with no way to appeal the decision. I would not recommend TeePublic to anyone looking to sell their designs online.

With the national restrictions imposed on all of us due to The Covid virus I like many other people have increased the extent of my online shopping. In some instances I have been told to wait weeks or months for my order to be processed and finally ( if at all) delivered. I have had the misfortune of dealing with less than pleasant customer service personnel who only worsen the buying experience. This is not the case with Tee Public. I was delighted to see that the order I placed was processed and shipped promptly. I was able to track the shipment progress also. When I received my order there was an issue with the fit of my item purchased. I emailed customer service and quickly received a courteous response notifying me that the matter would be rectified. The next day I received an email telling me that a shipment for me was on the way. I was over joyed. This is not the case with many organizations. They seem to forget that satisfying the customer is what keeps them in business and returns or making things right is an extremely important part of the customer experience. I have made purchases before and will continue to do so again. I wanted to reach out to my fellow customers and share my very positive experience and to praise my total shopping experience.

Great products and outstanding customer service. Ordered a hoodie as a gift and it turned out to be too small. After emailing customer service, I got a response indicating they would send a replacement free of charge and no need to send the wrong item back. They even let me upgrade to a premium hoodie for no additional charge. Have successfully ordered in the past and will order again in the future.

This company has the Very Best Customer Service known to man! We received our t-shirts and they were amazing. Only problem was, the hubby ordered the wrong size. He contacted customer service and without hesitation they sent out the correct size. Once we received the second order we had a very minor issue and again, without hesitation sent another shirt. I can not boast enough about this company. From the website, to the order, to the front door, it's all fabulous. I recommend this company to anyone that wants a fair and courteous customer service team!

The quality of the t-shirts is great--soft, durable, vibrant 100% ringspun cotton up through XL. The stickers are high quality and look durable. I have yet to expose them to a lot of elements but they look like they will withstand water and use. I needed both to edit one order after I placed it and exchange a t-shirt for a different size, and the customer service was extremely helpful to me in both situations. I was able to do both for free, even though the products were printed to my order, and even was not required to return the incorrect merchandise, which was a huge convenience. I love the model that seems to allow artists to submit artwork and have it applied to items of the customer's choice on demand. I highly recommend this company, and hope to continue to come here for more printed t-shirts and stickers in the future, and expect quality from their other items as well. My only slight issue was with the sizing charts--they are very thorough and have lots of pictures of models of various labeled sizes wearing them, which is super helpful, but I could use a lot more dimensions on the actual size chart, especially of the full bust circumference and sleeve dimensions. I think that would prevent future sizing surprises in my orders. But they made it good, so I am fine.

I placed an order for 3 sweatshirts which were too small (my error). I inquired about an exchange and customer service sent out 3 new sweatshirts, no questions asked, and told me not to bother returning the first shipment. That was AWESOME of them! As far as the quality is concerned, the shirts themselves were of a good quality, not too thin and the designs were exactly as the website showed. The colors are vibrant and the detail in the designs are amazing. I will definitely come back and order more!

Both times they quickly resolved the size issue by directing me to keep the shirt and that they would immediately send me another one that was the correct size. This company is amazing! I ordered about 15 shirts from this company and received them in a timely manner. The shirts were of good quality but several of the shirts run a bit small. I contacted the company and received a reply stating they would replace the shirts. To my surprise there was no arguing or negative feedback. Thank you *** and *** for your awesome customers service. I ordered several shirts for Christmas gifts this year. Once I received the shirts, they were clearly smaller than expected. I contacted TeePublic and within an hour, received feedback from them that they would fix this for me and send one size up. I was super happy for that. I ordered 3 t-shirts for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately all three were too tight for the recipient. This was my first time ordering from TeePublic so I was concerned about the process. I went to the website and followed the instructions for exchange. They started by asking me to send a message with my concern. Of course, I checked the boxes and typed in my issue, but was very concerned about how it would be handled. They were inexpensive shirts bought during a good sale, so I thought Id just see what happens. Well, what happened to as immediate response via email that they received my message (automated Im sure). Then that was followed by another email explaining that one T was out of stock in the color I had originally purchased. He included a link to the item on the website with options for another color or style. I decided on another color and replied to his email with my choice. The next day I received another email with the updated order that said they were sending three new shirts in the proper size and that I could just keep or donate the originals to a local charity. While Im concerned about the future of email/digital communication vs good old fashioned conversation, if your going to do it, this is how it should be done. Great *** in a modern world.

I ordered a shirt for a Christmas present but the material was more see-through than expected. I contacted Customer Service to see if it could be replaced an within the day a new shirt was on its way, no charge. And they let us keep the original shirt to use or donate! Unfortunately they ran too small for me so I contacted them via email and received an email the next day with an apology for any inconvenience and they had already reshipped out the right size after I went to their website and requested the exchange. WOW! I was told to please keep the shirts and please give them to someone in need or do what ever I wanted to do with them NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I am in the hospitality business and we approach any customer issue in the same manner. The guest is always correct. The difference being they are sitting right in front of us. Without rambling on what a great company and great business ethics. Great customer service and they sell a GREAT PRODUCT! Everyone wears *** and *** shirts and the are OK don't get me wrong. But the shirts TeePublic sell are not only HIGH quality but are extremely unique and One of a kind. I am a Charter boat Captain and I get so many great comments on how really cool the shirts and graphics are. TeePublic is a fantastic company and sells really cool shirts. ( all mine are obviously fish related. ) Thank you TeePublic for your great service and look forward to buying more cool shirts in the near future.

I ordered 2 tees, plus other items for Christmas, and all came very quickly. One of the tees for my husband was too small (I ordered small, based on reviews and the sizing chart). So I contacted TeePublic to exchange for a medium. This process could not have been easier! Even in the after Christmas 'exchange rush' I had an email from them before the day was through. At no charge to me they are sending a medium size, AND they told me to keep the small one, didn't need to send it back. I am super pleased with their products, and now am even more pleased with their customer service!

For Christmas I was given a t-shirt that was too small. I contacted Teepublic in the morning and by the afternoon I had a email from them with how to handle the issue. They are sending me a new t-shirt, the size I need, and said to keep the original one that was too small to gift to someone else! I am excited for my new shirt to arrive so I can wear it and tell everyone about my story. The shirt I have is not my size, but the quality is top-notch, so I expect my replacement will be as well. Teepublic has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 54 years! I will shop with them for all my t-shirt needs in the future!

I was amazed at the level of service and compassion that I had received from Teepublic. There is a story behind this review!My Sister-in-Law recently passed. She was only 54 years old and she was learning disabled. A very kind, loving, giving, and innocent person and she loved everything Bon Jovi.*** entered the *** care unit on August 2 and remained there under sedation until her death on Sept 12. When *** entered the hospital her nephew bought her a *** mug and we set it aside until she woke up but she never did. We couldn't bring ourselves to open the box because of our grief and left it where it was for 3 and a half months.This morning Dec. 4th We were going to put it on her grave but when we opened the box we found that the handle on the mug was broken. I wrote a email to Teepublic and received an email about a half hour later. I was shocked.Here is a copy of the email I received:I'm so sorry to hear about this, and I am so sorry for you loss. I just let the third-party fulfiller know about this issue and they'll be sending a corrected replacement. We also went ahead and upgraded the shipping to our fastest shipping option, so hopefully the mug gets to you ASAP.I can't say enough about this company's service. I ordered 3 Tshirts: one for myself and two for my daughter. I know that my size is a s large (L) and my tshirt was exactly right-sized upon receipt. My daughter's tshirts were a little too tight on arrival. I checked the TeePubic website and they mentioned that sizing issues can be exchanged (and they don't destroy the tshirts afterwards, they give them out to charity, etc). I really liked what I was reading. So, I contacted them and they told me that they're shipping out tshirts one size larger (their site has a feature where you can select which tshirt was mis-sized and you can ask for any new size). I did that and received the confirmation that they are being shipped out. Wow, this is REALLY good aftersales support. My emails get answers within minutes. I'd say this is my second best support experience, right after *** (*** support is amazing too). Anyway, I will DEFINITELY order from them again. There's a lot you learn from people/organizations when you run into issues and, let me tell you from the bottom of the heart, these people are awesome. Thank you! Ah, i ordered from Canada (I think TeePublic is in the USA) and there were no issues related to that (as should be). Also, the prices are good and the tshirt printing is of really good quality. So many designs to choose from. I'm sold :) -

TeePublic Random suspension and ZERO SUPPORT

Two weeks ago I uploaded my first designs (3) to my storefront late Thursday night. I did it this way so that the 72 hour deal that is automatic with with new designs would be for the full weekend. The next day I looked on the site and decided to do some searches to see where my designs showed, however neither any of my designs nor my storefront would show up in any searches or anywhere on the site without a direct link to any of them.

Noticing this I sent a message through the form on the site, asking if there was a reason these weren't showing up and what could be done to fix the issue. About 1 AM that Monday I get an email stating "Thanks for reaching out, and before we review your request, please make sure that you have added a profile image, banner, bio, social media links, and at least 10 designs in your storefront. Any account that does not meet these requirements will not be reviewed further for search."

I didn't have a bio or social media links because in the setup of the storefront it clearly stated that these were not necessary details and the focus should be on the designs customers are seeing, however I added a quick bio and a couple social media links. Though I still only had 3 designs because that is all that I had ready to upload.

After making these couple updates I emailed back asking why it was that I needed to have 10 designs in order to further reviewed for search. A big factor in my questioning this (which I stated) was because on the first page of the Newest Designers page, 7 of the 12 designers only had 1 or 2 designs (less than me) and one with 3 (same as me). This made no sense as to why their designs and storefronts were fully accessible anywhere on the site, while mine required direct links.

I never received a response back about this, however the next day (my designs had been live for 4 days) I get an email first thing stating that my account had been deleted for violation of the terms and conditions. Nothing was stated as to what violation was so my only thought was that I had said something wrong in the email, so I went back through the email then completely through their T&Cs and found no rules that would have been broken. So I sent an email to legal, as the notification mentioned, trying to figure out what the violation was. As well as replied to the notification to see if I could get a reply there.

Not a single peep.

After searching online for a couple days I discovered that this is a fairly common problem that people have, and even some that stated they sent a message to legal and got the issue fixed because the platform apparently likes to randomly remove accounts. So I sent another message to legal, as well as one to support. About a week later after no replies, I sent emails again and still have not heard a single thing.

Clearly they have a lot that needs worked on with a platform that randomly deletes accounts for no reason, as well as having support and legal teams that are completely non-responsive. I'm just glad that it happened within the first couple of days and that I had no sales yet.

UPDATE: Over a month after sending emails to both support and legal, I finally got a single reply that stated "It appears your account was flagged for violating our terms and conditions. Please make sure to check out our Terms and Conditions."

Telling me that I was flagged for violating the T&Cs tells me nothing, especially being that in my initial email to them I stated that I had already read through the T&Cs and there was nothing in them that indicated anything that I had done. I told them this in my reply back and that the fact it took a month to get back to me and this was all they could say was pathetic, and that if I had actually done something wrong they should know what it was and be able to tell me.

I then got an email back from another person at legal, stating that if I believed the deletion was done in error to send over original files of the designs that had been on the site to show they were in fact mine. I sent over the originals two weeks ago and yet again, still no replies.

Their customer service is the absolute worst.

Like many others, just had my artist account disabled claiming violations of their terms and conditions, but will not respond with details to try to resolve their concerns. All of my designs are original, with no AI involved.

Waiting to hear an explanation from them but from what I've read here I shouldn't expect to. Very disappointing. Spent a lot of time on the store and designs, apparently for notthing. They claim to rely on the artists they so casually dismiss...

TeePublic Teepublic unethical deactivation of my account and not paying the royalty I made.

Teepublic suddenly closed my account last week on the premise of violation of terms and conditions. However, they didn't inform me about what violation I commited since 1. I hadn't uploaded any art for 3-4 days.

2. All my art is self made with or without the help of AI.

3. I have provided them with evidence of my art was self created as much as I could.

However, Teepublic is neither responding to my mails nor is it showing any inclination of paying up the royalties I've earned and are due to be paid. Please help.

TeePublic TeePublic Review: Poor Treatment of Artists and Unfair Store Bans

TeePublic, let me tell you, they don't treat their artists too well. I mean, it's just plain BAD how they ban stores without any warning or explanation. Like, what's up with that? If they think you broke their T&C, they won't even give you a chance to fix it. It's like they don't care about all the hard work you put into your store. And then, when you try to find out what happened, they tell you to send them an email, but they might not even answer it. It's like they want you to beg them or something. You can find a lot of people complaining about this on the Internet. It's been going on for years, and some artists even say they owe them money. I wouldn't trust these guys if I were you. They need to start treating people better, you know? Like, show some respect or something. It's just not cool to treat people like they don't matter.

TeePublic TeePublic Review: Stuck in Sticker Purgatory - Two Failed Orders, No Delivery, and Frustration Galore

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough go with TeePublic. I ordered some stickers way back in January of this year (2022, for those of you keeping track), and as of today, they still haven't shown up. According to the tracking page on TeePublic's site, they're "staged for delivery", but I'm starting to think they might be stuck in some sort of sticker purgatory.

Now, I'm not one to complain (okay, that's a lie, I complain all the time), but this is starting to get a little ridiculous. TeePublic didn't even give me a USPS tracking code, so I couldn't even try to track down my stickers on my own. When I reached out to them about the issue, they were nice enough to offer me a refund, but let's be real here, I just wanted my dang stickers.

But wait, it gets worse. I decided to give TeePublic another chance and ordered the same set of stickers again in late March. And you guessed it, they never showed up. Same "staged for delivery" status, same frustration. TeePublic offered me another refund, but at this point, I'm just over it.

I've ordered from TeePublic in the past and never had any issues, so I'm not sure what's going on here. Maybe it's just bad luck, or maybe the sticker gods are conspiring against me. Either way, I think it's time for me to find a new place to get my unique stickers and decals. TeePublic, it's not me, it's you.

TeePublic Unreliable Quality and Copyright Issues: A TeePublic Review

This place is alright if you want to buy some cool shirts, but there are some things you should be careful about. They get someone else to print the shirts, so you might not get the same quality and fit every time you order. It's a bit of a gamble every time you buy something. All of their stuff is like that, so don't expect anything different. They really need to make sure that they have some standards for quality.

If you're an artist and you're thinking about selling your designs on TeePublic, you might want to think twice. They don't really check to see if your artwork is original, so any other artist can say that you copied their design and then they'll take it down. They won't even give you a chance to explain yourself. It's like being back in high school and having someone try to ruin your work so that they can get more attention. It's not fair, and it's not a good way to do business.

Overall, I would say that you should probably look somewhere else if you want to buy shirts or sell your designs. There are other places that are more reliable and that will treat you better.

TeePublic TeePublic Review: Great for Customers, Disappointing for Artists

I've been using TeePublic for a while now and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. I even decided to join their artist community and start selling my own designs. However, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I set up my account on a Friday and by Monday morning, it was already shut down. I received a super vague email from their legal team saying that I had violated their terms and conditions. I was so confused because all of my designs were original and not too different from other designs they sell. I sent three emails asking for more information but never got a response. It's frustrating to be punished without even knowing what you did wrong.

The worst part is that during that short 3-day period, nine of my designs actually sold! But guess how much I got paid? Absolutely nothing. It's pretty disappointing to feel like you've been ripped off like that. As a customer, I'd say go ahead and take your chances with TeePublic. But as an artist, I'd steer clear. It's just not worth the risk of having your account shut down and not getting paid for your hard work.

Overall, TeePublic has some great designs and products, but their artist community could use some work. The lack of communication and transparency is a major issue. I hope they can improve in the future and provide a better experience for their artists.

TeePublic TeePublic is a horrible company shadow bans new designers

TeePublic treats designers horribly. Our original custom design was removed for no reason. Just got an email. Then 10 minutes later our account was deleted.

No chance to appeal or nothing. Filled out their online form and sent our AI source code to show it is our design with no response.

TeePublic is a [censored] company. Will never use them again or buy anything from them.

They only pay designers a lousy $1.50 per shirt sold. They don't show new designers shirts on the search results. You have to promote off site. TeePublic also shadow bans all new designers choosing to show old outdated crappy designs.

TeePublic only shows crappy designs that look like a 9. Year old made them

TeePublic is horrible through and through

We will continue to use Amazon merchant on demand and Zazzle

TeePublic They are merely drop shippers. I would beware.

On april 21, I made 5 orders to this company for fit shirts in different variations. They gave me 3 out of 5 tracking numbers, but they don't actually ship. I still don't see any movement on any of the shipments. Why lie about the shirts being "on their way" when clearly, they have not ever been shipped?! This will be my last time I will be ordering from this company.

Desired outcome: DELIVERY OR I WILL FILE 5 CHARGEBACKS!

I was lured into a false sense of safety with this purchase because Teepublic advertised 24/7 customer service. 100% satisfaction guarantee or the fix it for free, AND their website states any defective orders will be REFUNDED.The order I received was DEFECTIVE. On two, the ink was faded and badly discolored. All three had crooked alignment. I immediately, on 8/31 contacted Teepublic via email (the DO NOT offer 24/7 customer service). I provided all required *** of the defects. I contacted the in August. It is now SEPTEMBER 11th. Teepublic STILL has not addressed the issue. I get emails stating that theyre looking into it. It took several DAYS (not 24/7 support) to send that. It is false advertising to state 24/7 customer support yet stall for weeks. It is false advertising to state that defective items are refunded / no worries when yes, worries.I am asking that Tee Public immediately REFUND the my money for these DEFECTIVE items, AND update their advertising to accurately reflect their actual SLOW customer support (i.e. Weeks, not 24/*** this business.

TeePublic On 8/30/22, I joined TeePublic print on demand company to sell my t-shirt designs on their website

On 8/30/22, I joined TeePublic print on demand company to sell my t-shirt designs on their website. I received an email on 8/31/22 from their legal team stating that stating that I violated their terms and conditions by uploading a copyright design entitled "Quarantine Mode" This, however, is false! I only uploaded one design and it certainly was not that! In fact my design wasn't even close to what they had accused me of uploading. No warning email or inquire was sent, they out rightly cancelled my account on a false bases. I emailed their legal team but as with many other sellers, they never responded. I believe TeePublic uploaded this design to my account as a way to terminate me. If this is TeePublic's way of doing crowd control on the amount of people they allow to sell on their website, then this is very unprofessional! Plus they are wrongly accusing sellers on their website of something that is considered breaking the law in *** industry! First time dealing with this awful and really ridiculous company and this is definitely the last for myself. There are other companies out there that truly value their sellers and those are the ones that sellers should go to!

I recieved the three shirts i orderef last week, acouple days ago, and one big dissspointment! All thtee shirts had misaligned screen printing off center, also one shirt had defect runs in the material, and i ordered 2xl size, they look like they are a large in boys size very small, chest is very much off in size as well, these are paper thin shirts very cheaply made. I have been trying to contact tee public for 2 dayz now, without any luck left voicemails on their main phone ,sent multiple emails with pictures of all defects and issues, im just flat out being ignored, i want to get a full refund and be done with this, this was the first time doing business with tee public they claim. On their site, that they resolve complaints promply, thats is the furthest thing from the truth!

I had my account deactivated without any warning or without any reason given since early September. I have attempted to contact TeePublic multiple times but no one has responded to a single email. They have had months to respond but have not. Strangely I've gotten E-mail notifications of people purchasing one of my designs 8 days later. And the strange part? they have blocked me from accessing my original work in addition to refusing to pay me my commissions owed. TeePublic has essentially stolen our stores and has possibly done this to other people.

This is about TeePublic, a website business that sells designs on apparel.1) I opened an account & posted 2 designs in September I have the original designs ***y locked my account for no stated reason I sent several emails to customer service form = ***o response to any of my emails *** account was fixed with no notification from them as to what happened 2) ***n in mid October, I tried to log in to add another design My account was locked again It said *** is not active anymore" I did not inactivate it I received no notice that I did anything wrong I own the design I posted *** design was a simple sentence of 4 words I have sent many emails On 3 occasions, I received a notice that they got my emails ***y did not answer any of my emails - not one I messaged them on *** no answer I emaiied them through your site - no response Also I tried to sign up again, but it won't let me do that either I am on several other sites with the same designs - no problems PS - Please use mail -to correspond, I am changing phone providers & the phone seems to take messages but does not do so Thank you

This is a complaint on order #***, a tshirt (WOMEN'S SMALL) that was bought on August 16th. I tried it on when it first arrived and it fit fine, but it visibly shrank on the very first wash (dryer was on cold water/low tumble). I need a size up replacement (WOMEN'S MEDIUM), since they advertise on their page that they fix any orders that have problems.

I bought a tshirt with them on Aug 23rd, order number is #***. On Sunday, the 28th I received notice from them that the item had been delivered, but not only there is no mail delivery where I live on Sundays, the ring camera also clearly shows that there was no delivery of anything on that day. The shirt was bought as a gift and I would like for it to be delivered as promissed.

TeePublic This is in reference to Tee Public Order #***

This is in reference to Tee Public Order #***. Understandably, COVID-19 is causing delays and I acknowledge that problem, though receipt of their product definitely took longer than others when it came to shipping. Also, other organizations have been far more responsive in spite of the current difficulties and Tee Public's inability to repsond to questions and complaints in a timely fashion is maddening. That said, my problem for these purposes has to do with a poorly executed t-shirt. I ordered their "Vote As If" t-shirt which has a list underneath that heading. The "Vote As If" lettering on the back of the shirt I received begins 7.25 inches below the lowest point of the back of the collar. Another t-shirt I have (not a Tee Public shirt) has letterting on the back and it starts 3.5 inches from the lowest point on the back of the collar. The look of the t-shirt is "off" aesthetically - the writing begins below the armpits - and the full list cannot be read because it disappears at the bottom of the t-shirt as it gathers around the waist. If a person tucked the shirt in, half the list is gone. Someone has clearly botched the fabrication of this shirt, doesn't know how to do it, and/or chose to send a subpar product out the door anyway.

Hello. I have received 3 items from my order (#***, placed on July 27, 2022). However, my tote bag (Memphis *** by *** Designs Quantity: 1 x Tote Small (13"x13") Both Sides Price$14.00)still shows that it is processing and has not shipped yet. Please see the attached screenshot. I TRULY NEED MY TOTE BAG ASAP! I also just noticed that a Fed-ex package with tracking number ***, in my Fed-ex online account shows that a package was canceled by the sender (see that attached screenshot too), which is (Design by *** Designs...which shows the name Nooch Burger Designs when I click on *** Designs name in blue) I believe. I am not sure why my package was canceled, but as I stated before, I need my tote bag please! Can you contact me back ASAP, to resolve this major issue? I really need my bag for an event on August 5th!I hope to hear from someone soon. This is my 2nd message to your company.THANK YOU.

My account was deactivated without cause and without explanation. The deactivation of said account has resulted in my inability to defend against the theft by others of my original content hosted on TeePublic. Additionally, TeePublic has failed to pay the remaining commissions owed from the sale of my original artwork. I have contacted TeePublic numerous times at the requested email address *** To date no one has replied or made any effort to respond to my inquiries. TeePublic has failed to protect my intellectual property and their failure to pay commissions constitutes theft.

I signed up to sell my artwork only to have my account deactivated and an email sent to me stating I violated their terms. I have been emailing LEGAL and no one responds. I see prior complaints respond saying that legal can only answer the violation. Well it would be nice if their legal team actually responded.

TeePublic I ordered 6 shirts for $101.30 a few weeks back

I ordered 6 shirts for $101.30 a few weeks back. I ordered the same size and style I've always ordered from them. But every shirt I recieved is significantly too large. I'm not sure if they switched shirt brands or gave me the wrong style, so I'm not sure how to get the same quality of product I received in my past orders of these shirts in this size. Also, two of the prints are uneven on the shirt. I messaged them a week ago asking for a resolution, either the brand or style of shirt I received before (that fits) or a smaller size if there is way of getting the same shirt I have gotten before. I have received no response. I messaged them again a few days back. Still no response. I messaged their *** page. No response. Not even read. I'm baffled by what has happened with their product that I have ordered several times and was one way but now different, and I'm baffled by their lack of reachable customer service. The last message I sent I said if they aren't going to answer why my shirts fit completely differently than they have in the past and either replace them with the same ones I received before or at least a smaller size then I need a redund. What I received is completely unwearable, unless I'm throwing a pajama party. My order number is

TeePublic I ordered a shirt from them and they sent me the tracking info

I ordered a shirt from them and they sent me the tracking info. I checked it about 2 weeks ago and it was 4 days over what *** said it would be delivered. I have filled out the contact form on their site and after receiving no email after a week I sent them a message of Facebook. I got a auto response with a link to the form on their site. There is no phone number listed so I posted on their Facebook page since sending a message through the form didn't work. After finding the posts from other customers I found out this is a very common thing with them. After commenting on another post about the same issue they replied back they would email me by the end of the day. They didn't. I commented again where they said they would get in touch with me. Finally I got a vague email about how my order was delayed and hadn't shipped yet. I had ordered more shirts in a 2nd order weeks after my 1st. Thats the order they were talking about. I specifically told them it was my order that had shipped and that I need the info on it. I cant call *** because I dont have the tracking number. Thats all I was asking was for the tracking number or for them to check the status of what had shipped already. The message they sent about the second order didn't have any of my order info at all let alone being about the order I sent 3 forms about.

TeePublic I originally placed an order with teePublic back on June ****

I originally placed an order with teePublic back on June ***. Which contained the following items: 6 Juvenile (Ages 4-7) T-shirts. 3 of one design and 3 other separate designs. I received two emails in between order placement and delivery, stating my order was delayed but, should arrive within the time frame I selected (10-25 business days). On July ***, I received "my" order from TeePublic. However the contents were nothing close to my order. Enclosed in my package was 1 XL adult sized t-shirt, clearly someone else's order. The enclosed packing slip fully stated the exact order I placed, however, the order number on the packing slip did not match the number assigned to me in email confirmation. Immediately (7//20), I sent an email to TeePublic explaining the situation, my displeasure and asked for a response to understand how I could get the merchandise I ordered. I provided my original order confirmation email, a picture of the item I received and a picture of the packing slip. I sent another email the following morning (7//20) and even left a voice mail on their toll-free number...no response. Later this afternoon (7//20), I sent yet, another email asking for confirmation of my emails being received and how we can work towards me getting the actual merchandise I ordered...still no response. My total order exceeded $100 and the item I received lists for $28 on their website.

Same story as other complaints here.I had a storefront. On Jul 5, 2022, I received a notice that the entirety of my account had been deleted for some unspecified violation of terms and conditions. I emailed their legal *** asking what my violation was - because I know I did not violate anything - and was refused an answer. Instead I was told that I must provide all of my source material (everything that someone might need to steal my intellectual property) to prove ownership of every single digital product that I had listed on the site. Having no desire to hand over everything to a company that leverages false claims and refuses to provide even the simplest of answers to my concerns, I instead sent screenshots showing all of the source material, which should be more than sufficient proof of origin and ownership. Three weeks and legal has not responded. I sent 5 more messages since then, also met with zero response. I contacted TeePublic support asking for an explanation; I received no response. I sent messages to their social media accounts. The messages show as being seen, but no response. This company is a group of ruthless scammers intent on stealing intellectual property from unwary designers. When confronted about their unethical tactics, or when their attempts to blackmail artists with false claims of violations of terms fails to net them the desired intellectual property, they go radio silent.

I got the sweatshirt on time but their size chart is misleading so they sent me a larger size. I contacted them about the mask yesterday and they tried to pretend that they did send it, but they can't send a replacement because those masks are now sold out. the mask was a gift so this completely ruined my Christmas gift as I cannot order anything else and expect it delivered on time. I asked them to just find the mask they never sent and they said that it's lost and that they can't send a new one due to them being sold out, but they offered to send the basic version of the mask and refund me the 2 dollar price difference. I felt that wasn't good enough considering the emotional stress that came with trying to solve this problem. I told them I didn't want that and I want my mask, they went ahead and processed a refund without my permission, without thinking about the fact that I still Paid a lot of money for shipping, so I feel like they STOLE my money because they never even shipped it. this totally ruined part of my christmas, and I feel like they should refund the entire order and also send that basic mask as compensation for the drama this made. I just wanted the product I Paid for and now I'm out 10 dollars for a mask I never even got! I'm beyond furious and I'm begging for help.

TeePublic I attempted to purchase two hoodies priced at $35 dollars each to be shipped to my father as a gift

I attempted to purchase two hoodies priced at $35 dollars each to be shipped to my father as a gift. The total with shipping was $84.84. I entered my card information, and the page reloaded automatically and said that I put the wrong information in for specifically my credit card. As I began attempting to retype my payment information the page reloaded again, again stating at the top of that page to re-enter my credit card information. At this point, I figured there was something wrong with my credit card, so I opened my banking app to check and this company had charged me $84.84 FOUR TIMES. For a total of $340. Teepublic has almost no resources for contacting them. I had to search through multiple dead-end links on their website and finally, had to find a customer service email on their Facebook page. I emailed them and explained that this was unacceptable and asked them to release the funds, and one of their employees emailed me back stating that this was a user error and that it was either my fault or my bank's fault. AND that it wasn't ever an issue with payment it was an issue with the zip code not matching. Well, the billing address and shipping address are obviously different in this situation because I was sending the items as a gift to my father in a different state. Why would an issue like a zip code mismatch even result in four charges of $84.84? This makes no sense, and their customer service team is offering no solutions citing the issues as user error. This is ridiculous.
