dear manager of Mitsubishi company. I bought this AC for its good cooling on april 2011. but right from the installation I was not satisfied by its performance. I waited because AC being a machine, may require sometime to give best result so I kept it using for a month. during its use it started throwing ice and water regularly. I got it checked from local market and refilled its gas. after winter season in June 2012 I again used it for 4 months but the problem remained the same. so after june 2012 till now my ac is not used much as I bought another AC of generals company. it is not the solution that after spending 55000 rupees (pakistan currency) I still have to shut this mitsubishi AC and use the other. so it is requested that I should be guided to get it fixed from mitsubishi company outlet. as I belong to rural area so their would not be any outlet of your company in surroundings of my house or even in my city where I can take this AC for checking. so it will be highly appreciated to detail any of your person to contact me and fix this problem. my mobile phone number is +[protected]. my name is shaharyar. please reply me on my mobile phone number. thankyou. a request for kind consideration please.

    Dear sir,
    I purchased one ton Mitsubishi Mr slim dated10June 2014 but split is not working I am tiring Since yesterday for complain on this Numbers 080011635 and 32700325-7 but the are not pick up the phone
    It is 3rd complain on email
