I purchased two full mattresses, Sealy Posturepedic with frames, on Sept 25, 2015. I called the store to tell them of a problem with said mattresses sagging, October spoke with sales person who sold merchandise to us. She stated we would have to call back when the supervisor was there. Shortly following this call, my husband had a stroke. We were traveling back and forth to the Arizona Heart Institute, where he was operated on. With all this going on the mattresses were forgotten. Once he was recovered, I once again called the Mattress firm store. This time I spoke with a man, who told me it was to late to replace the mattresses, and referred me to the customer warranty dept. I feel the people in this store are taking advantage if the public with defective merchandise and deceptive practices.
