We purchased a mattress on Tuesday, and selected Thursday as the preferred delivery date. We provided a primary and secondary phone number to be reached between 4 PM - 6 PM, but hadn't received a call. When we reached out at 6:45 PM, we were told they arrived but called what ended up being the wrong phone number and we'd have to wait until another day that worked for their delivery schedule. Our receipt shows two correct phone numbers, we did not provide incorrect information. Completely unacceptable, no effort at all to get us the mattress tonight, even though it is 8 PM and we were told deliveries go out as late as 10 PM. We work all weekend, this was the only day we had to receive the mattress, and now we'll have to wait until next week to have something to sleep on. Extremely poor customer service.
