We bought a full size Talalay mattress from Saavy Rest and we absolutely love it! It's been over a year and it still feels brand new. This mattress is definitely superior to what we were used to. Now, we're thinking of getting a queen size mattress for our other bedroom as well.

He was so patient and understanding, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. He really knows his stuff and made us feel confident in our purchase. We can't stress enough how much we appreciate the quality of our Saavy Rest mattress. It has truly improved our sleep and we wake up feeling refreshed every morning. We're excited to have another one in our home soon.

I went to Savvy Rest on September 30, 2015 to try out their beds. I asked the salesman for advice on which bed would suit me best based on my preferences. He told me about one option, which I tried, along with some other bed combinations. The first choice turned out to be the best. But, before I made my purchase, I wanted to check out another organic bed store. After doing so, I realized that Savvy Rest beds were much better in comparison. So, in October, about three weeks later, I went back to Savvy Rest to buy my bed. The salesperson was always helpful, not too pushy, and gave me space to try everything out. They were really nice too.

After just a couple of nights on my Savvy Rest bed, I noticed that I was sleeping better and the bed felt much more supportive than my old memory foam bed. I didn't realize how much of an improvement a Savvy Rest bed would make in my life. It's like magic and worth every penny. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

Product and service from Savvy Rest are top-notch. The sales team knows their stuff and provides great support without being too pushy. They really care about helping you make the right decision and take the time to educate you on their offerings and what will suit your needs. I've had some back trouble and GERD, so I needed something to keep me from rolling onto my side while I sleep. I used to use a wedge, but that just twisted my back when I turned. Thankfully, I discovered that an adjustable frame could put me in a neutral position, preventing my hips from rotating during the night. Now, I sleep on my back with an elevated upper torso, which has been a huge help for my digestion and sinus issues. For the first time in years, I can sleep through the night without any interruptions. I ordered my mattress from a store in California while I was visiting family, and it arrived in Texas in four separate boxes. Setting it up was a breeze, even with my bad back, thanks to the assistance of one other person.

I went to your Berkeley store when I first started looking for a natural latex mattress. The salesperson was really honest with me about the products that other stores sell, and they seemed confident, which was a good selling point.

After checking out other stores and products, I decided to go back to Savvy Rest. The price and quality of the product were great (it was the only one I could find made of 100% natural latex). I was even able to take advantage of a sale that was going on. The same salesperson and an assistant came to deliver and put together my mattress.

The only thing I wish I had known was that the mattress came with a set of sheets. I had actually bought a set at the time of purchase, but I wouldn't have if I had known the mattress came with one. As soon as I started sleeping on the mattress, the body pain that my partner and I had with our old one went away. Plus, there were no weird smells with this mattress at all.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend the store and the mattress to my friends and family.

We had a really good experience with SavvyRest. First, the website is great and gave us a lot of info before we went to the store, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted when we walked in. The store manager in Vienna, VA answered more questions as we tried out the different mattress combos. We knew we wanted a firm mattress and also wanted it to be as low as possible because of our platform bed, so two layers sounded good to us. The manager told us all the good and bad things about two layers so we could make a smart choice. In the end, we went with two layers, a firm and a medium Dunlop, and it's been really good since we're both kinda average weight. The mattress is super comfy and we're sleeping way better than before. The wool pillows are also really nice. Plus, it's cool to know we're not breathing in a bunch of chemicals when we spend a third of our lives sleeping. I would totally recommend SavvyRest to others who want a good, healthy mattress. It's definitely worth the price!

First, I want to mention that Dominick was really helpful and made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond for us. However, I do think it's important for customers to be informed about the "no refund" policy right from the start. We were considering buying a European sleep works mattress, and the salesperson mentioned that if we didn't like it, we could get a refund. But, after we made the payment, we were told that refunds were not allowed and the unused mattresses could only be used as showroom mattresses. This came as a shock to us (Dominick did mention he would refund the difference for one mattress), but now we have to live with our purchase whether we like it or not.

I've been trying different mattresses to find the best level of comfort. One challenge I faced is that the mattresses in the store feel different from when they are fresh. They tend to be firmer. So, what I liked and tried in the store wasn't the same when it arrived at our home. I'm sharing this because I believe these two points are important for you to know.

Since we had been snoozing on our Saavy Rest mattresses for a solid 7 years and absolutely adored them, we decided to go straight to the source this time. And boy, oh boy, the customer service was out of this world.

Whenever I had to call up Saavy Rest for some extra help, this guy named Taylor was always there to lend a hand. And let me tell you, he knew exactly who I was and remembered our order like it was yesterday. Not only that, but he was so dang helpful, thoughtful, and intuitive. You see, back in 2008, we bought a twin serenity mattress for our little 2-year-old son. Well, that little guy ain't so little anymore. He's almost 9 now and growing like a weed. So, we decided to order one of the new mattresses in an XL size for him. And guess who helped us out with that? You got it, Taylor! That guy is a real gem.

This mattress buying experience was the best, hands down. My wife and I went to the store and Paul was the one working. He knew a lot and paid close attention to what we wanted. He didn't watch us like a hawk like other salesmen do, but he was there for info and questions. When we finally picked a mattress, he helped us find options within our budget. He even gave a discount on shipping and delivery to make sure the bed was moved in without any trouble to our home.

We also ordered pillows from the store, and they let us exchange them for a different kind of pillow later, even though that's not what they usually do. They even helped us find a natural/safe cover for our mattress to protect it from our kids' accidents!

They email back very VERY quickly after you buy something to give updates or answer questions about your order (sometimes within minutes), and they're always happy to help. The delivery company was really helpful and set up the whole mattress without any trouble.

We've been using the bed for about three months now, and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Savvy Rest to others. I know it's more expensive than a lot of other options, but the quality of the product and the customer service is way better than the competition, making them number one in my book!

I got my bed from a local Savvy Rest store and it was a really great experience. The person at the store was super smart, patient, and helpful. I'm so happy with what I bought. I was looking for an organic bed and I found Savvy Rest right away.

Before I got my new bed, I used to wake up every morning with a sore back because my old bed was causing me problems. But now, I don't have any backaches and I wake up feeling refreshed. I used to hate going to bed at night because I knew I wouldn't be comfortable and I'd end up with a backache at some point during the night. But now, I actually look forward to going to bed every night and getting some sleep. It's something I've never felt before!

We ordered the three-layer bed and got the platform to go with it. We kept the platform in its natural color so we could stain it later if we wanted to. But honestly, it looks so nice as it is (kind of like a whitewash color) that I'm not sure if I want to change it now. The platform is the perfect height and we're really happy with it. I was a little unsure about the platform at first, but now I love it just as much as the bed. It's really pretty and it makes the bed the perfect height.

I also got some organic pillows and they are amazing! They're so comfy! We also bought an organic mattress protector to keep our pets from messing up the mattress.

I seriously can't say enough good things about our bed or our shopping experience with the awesome person at the local store. I just wish I had bought this bed sooner.

The description said it was supposed to be firm, but it's definitely not firm at all. I'm really disappointed because I can't return it. I wasted $150 on something that doesn't live up to the description and isn't as good as the previous version.

We're still trying to figure out my issues with the new mattress 'cause it ain't comfy yet. My sleep experience has been pretty lousy so far. I'm worried it'll never be soft enough. We're giving different layers a shot, so we'll see how it goes.

I recently purchased a vitality topper from Savvy Rest and got it delivered just 3 days ago. Gotta say, it's way too soft for my liking. I called up their customer service to inquire about the ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) rating, but the rep told me they don't use ILD because it can be misleading. After some persistence on my part, she reluctantly mentioned that it falls somewhere between 22 and 26. However, based on my personal experience, I'd say the actual ILD of the topper is way below 14. It's just too darn soft, and I can practically feel myself sinking into the bottom layer.

Our new Savvy Rest mattress is like a dream come true for us. It gives us the most cozy and peaceful sleep we've ever had. We've already told a few buddies about it because it's just that good. Gotta spread the word, ya know?

I was totally taken aback when I found out that I couldn't return the pillow I purchased from Savvy Rest. It cost me a pretty penny, and now it's just gonna gather dust on my shelf. How am I supposed to figure out if a pillow suits me without giving it a go? It's not every day you come across a company that says 'no returns' like it's no big deal. Even though I kinda dig savvy rest, I doubt I'll be splurging on their products again because of this policy.

Overall, we're pretty satisfied with the mattress from Savvy Rest. However, a few weeks back, I sent them an email regarding a broken zipper on the Kpock pillow case. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. It made me feel like they didn't really care about my concern, even though we're fairly new customers. I recently purchased the organic contour pillow from Savvy Rest and boy, was I in for a surprise! This thing was as hard as a rock, making it impossible for me to get any sort of comfort from it. I even thought about giving it to my wife, but she agreed that it felt like a brick and doubted anyone would actually want such a firm pillow.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to their customer service for some assistance. To my disappointment, they acknowledged that they had received similar complaints about the pillow's hardness before. However, they couldn't offer me any real solution other than suggesting I gift it to someone else. Seriously? That's not exactly the kind of help I was hoping for.

In my opinion, Savvy Rest should really consider offering their contour pillow in different levels of firmness. Or, at the very least, they should provide a more accurate description on their website, warning potential buyers about its unusually hard nature. After all, a pillow is not the same as a mattress, and people have different preferences when it comes to the firmness of their pillows.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience with Savvy Rest and their organic contour pillow. It's a shame that such a seemingly promising product turned out to be a major letdown. As a brand-new mom, I was seriously lacking in the sleep department, so finding a mattress that would suit the entire family was a top priority. When I inquired about the return policy at the Saavy store, one of the employees casually mentioned, "You can exchange mattresses, so our customers are always happy." I should've dug deeper, but I let it slide, assuming I'd be completely satisfied. However, truth be told, I wasn't entirely pleased, especially considering the hefty price tag (the mattress edges were too soft, making it a magnet for toys and whatnot). It's cool that you can select the level of firmness you desire and even test out the mattresses in-store, but they should've been upfront about the return policy when I asked.

I would not recommend Savvy Rest unless they come up with a different solution for the filling problem. The Savvy latex pillow is just ridiculous. As soon as I received it, I had a feeling it would be troublesome, so I didn't even take it out of the packaging. I contacted Customer Service, hoping for an exchange, but they refused. I followed their "customization" instructions and unzipped the pillow to remove the filling. And just as I had feared, it turned into a HUGE PROBLEM. No matter how careful I was, I couldn't avoid the incredibly stupid mess with bits of crumbled latex flying everywhere. They would stick to my skin and it was a real pain to remove them from the outside of the pillow and any other fabric they landed on. It was a complete disaster!

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I hope this will help others make a better choice when they're considering spending $100 on a pillow. I'll give them a second star for the quality and comfort, which are actually good if you can overlook the mess.
