I bought this chair as a floor model at Barrett Jackson auto auction in Scottsdale, AZ delivered 1-23-20 from a Trevor phone [protected] he said as I thought 3 years warranty parts and labor. A little after the 1st yr. Chair does not work properly and now they say I only have 1yr. Parts and labor. Have text and phone calls with Trevor that said that he would take care of the problem. Order # s029151467 cust. # c014208790 sales associate Trevor Dupont. I feel chair going bad after 13 months must be junk and should be fixed @ no charge.
Desired outcome: repaired @ no charge
We bought an Infinity Celebrity chair at the Atlanta auto show on 4/14/2021. The Henry dispute above dated 4/6/21 has the same salesman as we had! The chair was delivered Friday 4/23/21 by two young men who brought the chair through the front door and placed less than 10 steps inside. They showed us that the chair "worked" by pushing a button on the control pad and the chair moved up and down and dropped off the paperwork and left. Later we sat in it and found that it was not fully working and shut off unexpectedly often. Then we tried changing the fuse and found the front right leg had black duct tape hiding a crack. To sum up the chair was delivered damaged and not working properly. The salesman Trevor told us today (fourth time speaking with him) that "the wheels turn slowly but we will get it fixed".
We told him we do not want the chair fixed and to have them pick it up and returned.
We also called the credit card company to put a dispute in for this and that the terms are incorrect - Mattress firms web site states
5 years no interest over $2500 - our purhase was for $5382. CC shows 6 months no interest then 29.99%.
