SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Liv Luv Shop / order has still not shipped.

I placed an order on 8/22/2017 for two items. The funds were taken out of my account immediately, but the status on my order still reads "unfulfilled." I have emailed and tried to call. I have gotten no response from the email, no one answers the phone during their quoted office hours and the mailbox is full. I understand that they are still dealing with the aftermath of hurricane Irma, but they sure are able to post on social media, add stuff to their website and email me about purchasing more items.

I would like my items or a refund.
