We ordered shirts weeks and weeks ago and haven't received anything. They won't respond and all we want is to resolve this issue. It seems we are not the only ones who have had this problem. this company appears to be taking people's money without sending a. Product in return. We paid in full and now being played for fools. Please do all you can to shut this co. Down or make them amend their processes. Thank you.
I placed an order for a t-shirt, a hat and a star racerback tank... Only two arrived and I have emailed 3 times with no reply and when I phoned this company this morning, their voicemail said their box was full. I have been charged the $21 for this tank but have yet to receive it. Love their products and have had no problems with orders in the past. I hope they reply to my emails, either credit my card for merchandise not sent or send me the tank I ordered and paid for.
I ordered clothes from LivLuv Shop on May 14 and still haven't received my items as of June 30. My card was charged immediately and have received no updates other than my items shipped on 6/14. Unless it is being delivered by someone walking on foot from Florida to NJ there is no reason it should take this long. It feels like a complete scam! This company should be investigated. Now that I have done some research I see many others have experienced this same problem.
I placed an order for a t-shirt and pants on May 24. I did receive a confirmation email. On June 15 I sent an email to the company requesting an update on the shipping status. I did not receive a direct response but the next day I got a shipping notification email. I have been checking the status of the shipment everyday and as of June 30 it still says it is in preshipment status. 30+ days and no response and no items!! This is unacceptable. Will not support, purchase from or recommend this site/ company to anyone.
I submitted my order on June 11th and I have emailed them in regards this order no answer to emails it was suppose ship since like a week ago as they sent an email with shipping info as pre-shipment and nothing has been sent out. They have horrible
Customer service their Instagram and Facebook is full of complains I really think someone should really look into this company and shut it down they are taking people's money
I ordered two items on may 20th 2017 and still haven't received either items. When i check the status of my items they still have not even shipped. They charged my credit card the day i purchased my items but still have not even sent them. This company needs to be shut down and removed from facebook!
Order number 193788. I have emailed them maybe 6 or 7 times with no response. There is no contact phone number.
I made a purchase on the 10th of june for a shirt and pants. Never received an email confirming my purchase. Said it would be sent in 5-7 business days. Never got a reply back from my emails I sent and there is no number to contact them... To make things even worse on june 26th I had five fraudulent purchases on the credit card I used with the purchase. It seems to me they steal your money and then make fraudulent purchases with your information. This place needs to be shut down and I need my money back. I want any and all charges held against them.
Ordered on May 17th. Still haven't received anything. Never even got a tracking number. Have emailed the company several times and get a reply rarely. Usually saying it will ship by the end of the week. Still haven't received a tracking number or anything. I was very patient for a month. Now I want my money back. This business should be shut down immediately.
I placed an order on 5/23 for a t-shirt and a pair of lounge pants and have not received any type of updates. It should have at least shipped by now but It is well beyond the quoted time for shipment. The tracking number they gave me is a pre shipment tracking number and this has not been updated since I received that initial email. They have not responded to emails. At this point I would like my money back but they are not responsive to any communication. Can someone please help! This is unacceptable.
I placed an order for a tshirt and pants advertsied through fb. I made the purchase june 2 and the money went out of my account the next business day and i still havent received my order. Ive emailed about 5 times and called with no answer ever multiple times and messaged numerous times on fb. I finally received an email after asking for my money back and the person said the order would be shipped next week. Her name was kailey. Thats all she said.
I placed an order June 5th and never received it. I sent 2 emails and finally got a response to my second email which stated I wanted to cancel my order for a full refund. Kailey, the "customer service supervisor" stated that a refund was not possible and I still have not received what I ordered! This company is stealing and I don't understand how they haven't been shut down yet. Additionally Facebook should be a little more choosey on who that allow to advertise on their website.
I placed an order a month ago and I have tried contacting these people since they only provide an email address and no phone number. I have not received a response email back nor the items I purchased! I can't dispute charges with my bank account because they state it was an authorized transaction! I'm not happy! When I logged on to the BBB website to file a complaint I come to know that this company has 300+ complaints against them for taking people's $ and not providing the items people have paid for!
My order totaled $43 and to me that's a lot of money! I'm out that money and no product!
Ordered June 24th, took my money immediately. I have sent many messages and still no product or a refund. I highly regret this purchase! After one email they sent a tracking number that is totally bogus. I keep checking and its just a pre shipment alert. Over a week later and still nothing has shipped. Ive read many comments now where people never received thier orders. So mad!

Still haven't received items even though I was charged immediately. I've waited patiently since it says to expect 10 business days for shipping, now its been over a month. I was hopeful when I received a shipping confirmation over a week ago, but the shipping info shows the items were never sent, and I've still not received my items.
Please provide update, or refund immediately.
I ordered on May 23 and haven't received any items yet. I paid my money and have nothing to show for it. Ive emailed about 10 times by now. Only got one response early on and it was a general response saying to expect the items to ship after 10-15 business days. I received a shipping notification on June 16, however the package is still sitting in their "warehouse". It was never given to usps. I'm beyond annoyed and just want my money back.

I have patiently waited the extra 10 business days, on top of the original 5, as stated on the website, however I still have not received a shipping notice, and there is no contact information on the site. If I do not receive my order by the end of this week I will be taking further action due to fraud charges on my account, as well as contact the Better Business Bureau.

Haven't recieved the peony pants I ordered! I ordered them more than a month ago! I am ver disappointed and just wanted reassurance that they were still sending them. I have contacted their email several times without a response which they say they will respond within 24-48 hrs. That is a lie. I don't know what is going on but I either want a refund or to receive my pants!
This is a federal government serve stating that I will be suing this site over stealing. I ordered, was charged and never received. If I do not receive a refund or, my ahipment within ghe next 14 days, expect a messenger at your offices in florida with papers. We have already taken action through social media as a warning to the businesses misconduct.
