LG Electronics / uhd 4k tv, slow respond from technical support

Purchased on 16th December 2016
Recently the color turn into blue and red.
Call the customer service 1800822822 on 6th June 2018, waited till today 11th June 2018 still haven't received any call from the technical support group.
Have been calling the customer service since 7th June, but received the same standard answer - the tachnician will call me in 3 working days.
Fell frustrated and dissappoited with your tachnical support group, don't they even have the courtesy and responsibility just to inform you the appointment date? I hope this will not be my last purchase for LG product
