FNAC Apple Watch series 5

Scanned by this product online have a written confirmation from apple that it’s a scam and fnac is currently not responding to my constant pleas of a return and reimbursement please help ! I ordered it a week ago on fnac.com in France and after it arrived I was unable to connect it to my apple iPhone. I then decided to visit the Apple Store in Paris where a technician checked out the issue for me. He couldn’t connect the watch to my phone either Basically we just couldn’t set it up so he suggested to me to get a reimbursement from fnac in one of their shops maybe and show the letter by apple . I did go to a fnac shop but they refused to help me and she’d me to call or email customer service. After which I did that too but customer service e inisists that since the product has been bought by a particular seller it is him who must accept that the product dosnt work and reimburse me. At this point I have no solution and just want a quick reimbursement thank you

I ordered the watch online on fnac.com to pair with my original iPhone 14 brought from apple. It’s the first time I bought an Apple Watch to connect with my iPhone though I have been an iPhone user since years I bought the watch now. After it arrived I tried to pair it several times with my phone but it dint work. I also asked many friends who use both Apple Watch and iPhone both to pair it with their phones but it dint work either.

Then I decided to visit the Apple Store in Paris opera. One of the apple technicians there checked out the watch for me. It took over an hour after which the finally I was informed by apple that the product would have to be sent to their factory for further investigation and in case the issue needed to be repaired I would have to pay for it at my own expense and the cost could go upto 300 euros. So they told me go to to a fnac shop and ask for a reimbursement if I wished as I am protected by the consumer protection act the product having been ordered by me barely a week earlier and being under a warrantee for 2 years more. After this I went to a fnac shop in chatelet and they refused to do anything telling me that I had ordered the product online so I must try to resolve it online. Online I spoke to fnac customer service who were rude and dint give me any satisfactory answer when I’m just asking for a simple reimbursement as the product just does not work I even have a letter from apple confirm in this for now I’m in a huge crisis as I’ll be travelling soon and I have no solution how to get my money back yet.
