LBC Express delivery guy didn't give my change amounting to ₱550.00

I ordered for cash on delivery amounted ₱450.00 I gave ₱1000.00 and went inside the house for a few mins to check if I have an exact amount instead. But when I came back outside the gate, the delivery guy was gone. What kind of employees do you have. Very dishonest! I mean, no matter how long you outside if you havent given the change why would you leave! I need that money back and that delivery guy to be fired!

I've seen that most of the complaints here have no actual replies, LBC YOU NEED TO AT LEAST SEND A RESPONSE!
Bakit everytime na gadget or something costly yung ipinapaship sakin o ipinapaship ko lagi nalang may problem
the last time i checked the package, tracker says it's out for delivery, after checking it again tracker says "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."
is there really an issue or is it another case or delivery man tardiness and lies

because i experienced something similar like this before, and found out that the delivery man actually lied, there really was no problem, he just didn't really tried to deliver the item, the delivery man, himself said that, and yes i was too disappointed

Magrereklamo lang po ako sa LBC branch po ninyo dito sa Obdullas Hotel, Dumaguete City..Magpapadala po sana ako ng kwintas kanina dun sa nasabing branch.Tinanong po ako ng agent kung ano daw po ipapadala ko..Ang sabi ko sa kanya na tunay na kwintas..Bigla nlng po nya akong sinagot na hindi na daw po sila tumatanggap ng tunay na alahas dahil daw marami ng incidente na nawala ang parcel ng alahas ilang branch..At may memo daw po na dumating.Tinanong ko siya kung kelan pa ba yang memo nyo?Sabi nya matagal na daw po.Kaya sinagot ko sya, kung matagal na bakit ngayon may natanggap ako na mga alahas galing sa supplier ko?Tsaka LBC ang official courier namin.Tapos sinabi nlng nya na bsta po pam hindi napo kami allowed.Kaya lumipat ako sa ibang branch..Pinadeclare ko nlng kaagad na fashion jewelry para lng mpadala..Inirisk ko nlng po.Ano po ba totoo?Pls I need an answer..Thanks

LBC Express unauthorized receipt of delivery

I Lindley Villegas Ignacio, I have s delivery that was apparently delivered last December 4 2017 with tracking number [protected]. Upon checking a certain Janina Liwanag received the package on my behalf. Just to state the circumstances, December 4 is a Monday, our branch/ office does not open Mondays, we have no employee/ representative that goes by the name Janina Liwanag. As confirm by the sender package was sent December 1 if the receiver intended to return it was supposed to be on your possession by now otherwise it was not returned at all. This package is VERY important to me and I have the right to demand why it was handed not to the RIGHTFUL consignee. I have already called your call center and until now I have not received any update. If I will not be given an acceptable reason for this mishap I will file this complaint to SEC and DTI to addressed my concern properly.

LBC Express service hours

This is happened several times. The LBC branch in Visayas Avenue always closes before 7 o'clock and yet it was posted on their service hours that M-F 9:00-17:00. I arrived yesterday, 31 January 2018 at exactly 18:40 so I believe I still have 20 minutes left to pay my bills. Where is customer service here? Does this mean that they will cater transactions only at 18:00? or is it 18:30? Please ensure to post correct service hours.

LBC Express shopee items

This is I guess my 6th time to reorder my item at shoppee coz my item was not delivered successfully bec of incorrect address. You were able to deliver my items in Dec. and a week after I ordered another item and cancelled it because you could not locate my address. I specifically provided all the landmarks you need but still failed to deliver. I again called your cust service and was told that they will rectify the issue, and guess what you still returned the item to seller. Is it hard for your driver to ask direction? are they deaf? for how many times i tried to reorder my item, and still you failed to find my address, but then again you were able to deliver an item to that same exact address?

LBC Express mail/ documents not delivered

A mail send by nimrod comiling from tagbilaran city with tracking # [protected] last january 25, 2018 on or about 9am for Rufino comiling III. According to LBC antipolo circumferencial on or about 8:30am the mail was out for delivery and I waited until night.
The said documents are very necissary to be submitted on january 26, 9am to 12nn to Social housing and finance corporation. But until now not delivered, my brother put my cellphone number to contack me during delivery. Someone called my number at about 9:11pm last night and said from LBC but the conversation cut, I tried to call ball twice but no answered.
Where is the promise of LBC to deliver within 24hours and now 57hours past not delivered.

nakakairita ung staff nio LBC Bankers... ung ipapadala ko wala pang 3kl pero sa large nilagay... at ang usapan namin idedeliver hanggang ngaun wala pa din... sana cnabi nia sken na walang deliver dun... at bago pa un ang haba ng pinila ko tapos ssbhin hindi pwede magpadala ng walang ID so pina sign up nila ako ayaw pa din... tapos nung nagdala na ako ng ID at ung pina sign up sken nung pagbalik ko di naman pinansin kc ok lng daw... paki sabihan ang staff nio kc nkakainis at ang babagal kumilos paki bigyan ng action salamat

LBC Express this is with regard to the item I ordered from shopee

Just want to know if you have any plans to deliver my package?! You posted a status last January 20 that delivery failed due to consignee unknown. When in fact BLACK ARROW was able to deliver my package last week with the same address. No second attempt or text message to follow up since contact number is provided to you by the seller. I personally went to your warehouse in Bacolod last January 24 to get my package and found out that you are still segregating packages and my package is for delivery the next day. So why posted the status consignee unknown? You insisted that I should not wait for you to get my package since you will deliver it tomorrow as it will take time finding my package and you have lots of shopee deliveries. So I went home just because I was so understanding. I've waited two days already for you to deliver my package! I'm 9 months pregnant and invested time, effort and money in going to your warehouse. Now you tell me if I don't have the reason to file a complaint! BLACK ARROW delivers on time. I don't think your tag line suits you! You should

LBC Express package from cavite overruns item

Hello po..last jan 15 pa po pinadala package ko po ni ms fathima manalo. Hanggang ngaun pong jan 26 hndi pa rin po dumadating. Ask ko lng po saan na po napunta package po sakin na un...pls reply asap po...mlaking amount po ang pinambili ko po dun. Npkatagal nman po ng service nyo. Kung maaari lang po na pkibilisan po pagforward natong messege ko po. At sobra sobra na po pagtitiis ko kaya lng hndi ko nq po matagalan sobrang bagal ng serbisyo nyo po..mdmi pa po akong drting na package kung gnito po ang service nyo ipapafull out ko nlng po.sa sobrang inis ko po at hndi gnito serbisyo na nararapat saming mga client nyo

Hi po, ganito din experience namin. Nag-order kami kay Fathima Manalo from Cavite last March 17, 2018 hangang ngayon wla kami status regarding our items/package. May binigay naman sya POD nka screenshot pru yung tracking number na nandun sa POD ay hindi ma-e-trace sa LBC branch na pinuntahan namin. We also call LBC online customer service pru parehas po sila nang sagot nila. LBC please assist us on this issue. Possible ho ba na hindi ma trace yong item/package if it transacted through Corporate LBC/Cargo? Pa advise nman dyan ho regarding sa problema namin. Anyone else here experience the same issue regarding seller Fathima Manalo from Cavite who sells overruns online? Please share, thanks.

LBC Express returning my orders without my knowledge

I order this item Last January 19 with order ID18011910161UJ9S and 18011910171UKSN from newell.shop here in SHOPEE. Tracking number is [protected]-RNQC and [protected]-VLSW. I haven't received it yet. But the supplier called me and ask me why I did not accept the parcel? No one from LBC came here to ask me about it. The supplier is really mad at me and telling me why i didn't accept my orders.

LBC Express I am complaining about that 2pcs of t-shirt.

I send this last january 23, 2018 at 5:10pm...
The teller ask me if saan ko sya ipapadala..and then i replied sa ever gotesco commonwealth near from my husband house...so ok...i got my cope of transaction slip with the said address... then today january 25 my husband got a text messge from LBC that he can now claim the parcel/documents to LBC SM manila..so i wonder why ist SM MANILA...the adress in my slip is ever gotesco.

I am so very disppointed with this... i trust ur company..

This is what the LBC Tracker says. Nagpaship po ako Saturday then I tracked the parcel kahapon (January 24, 2018). Yung nakalagay ready for delivery and expect it within the day. Nung chineck ko ulit ngayong araw yan na yung naka-display. Ano kayang issues yung na-encounter nila? I paid the shipping fee. LBC Express lost unit

Today yung nanay ko po ang nagreceive ng box ko galing lbc mga bandang hapon di ko alam kasi tulog ako at di ko ineexpect na ngayon darating yung delivery kasi sa tracking ko sa lbc wala naman nakalagay na ngayon daw madedeliver. And yung delivery man/boy sabi ng nanay ko wala man lang pinapirma na kahit ano sa nanay ko na nareceive ko na yung box, nagtanong lang kung dun daw sa address nakatira si Lhey which is ako yun at umalis nalang bigla. Ngayon 6pm ko na nabuksan yung box at wala namang kaduda duda na may sira yung box kasi sobrang sealed naman pati yung mga tape at walang butas so binuksan ko at ayon nga pagbukas ko box at accessories nalang ang nasa box at wala na yung mismong cellphone. Inorder ko kasi online is samsung a9 2016 sa CKVGS na page sa Fb at yung mga reviews naman don talagang 5stars at bago nila ipadala sakin yung order ko may mga proofs sila na pic ng mismong box ko na may resibo na ipinadala na nila galing lbc order ko. Sa halagang 4k yung inorder ko. Nasa photos na din na kasama na iuupload ko dito para malaman niyo na legit yung pinagorderan ko kaya imposible na sila ang may kasalanan kasi mag bibigay daw sila ng copy ng cctv sa lbc na pinadala nila yung order ko na andon yung cellphone ko. Nakakapagtaka lang almost 4days tumagal bago ipadeliver yung box ko galing cainta cargo hub kasi january 20 nagarrived doon yung box and ngayong jan 24 lang naiship. Tapos kinuha pa yung cellphone ko. Sana naman maaksyunan to agad mabagal na nga serbisyo niyo nangunguha pa kayo ng hindi sa inyo. Nakakahiya yung sistema niyong ganyan basta lang makapanloko kayo ng tao umaasa na darating ng maayos sa kanila hari ng padala pero kulang kulang ipapadala sakin? Pag di to na aksyunan agad agad mapipilitan akong mag file ng complaint sa korte o ipatulfo kayo. Sana man lang maibalik niyo yug Cellphone o kahit bayaran niyo nalang ng halagang 4k!

Fyi sa mga taga lbc lalo na po sa taga cainta cargo wag nman sana mag imbento keso sasabihin house was closed eh kita nman sa cctv na walng pumupunta, kawawa yung mga seller na namumuhunan kasi hindi makarating on ime kaya yung bang buyer kinakansel si order hay naku nakakaistress na din minsan mas malalapa pla yung cod kasi parang mga tamad ang mga magdedeliver, huhu nasaan ang hustiya, sana nman po lbc gawan nyo ng paraan almost 2 weeks na po aq kinikuntak ng buyer ko kung nasaan na si item inerequest ko na cop nlng kasi sa branch na sinabi ko bakit nsa warehouse pa din please action this kasi kung hindi sa law of iresponsiblity na po yan natin gagawin thats all pag may naisip pa ko na gusto kong sabihin habol ko nlng kasi naiistress aq ngaun lalo na hindi pa rin pumapasok yung cod ko sa bangko in what wrong of that hay

Napakahusay! Yung for delivery na daw yung item tapos ilang oras yung lumipas may note silang house are closed daw kuno at walang tao. Seriously?! Nagbabayad kami ng maayos at ang customers niyo ay matinong nakikipag transact sainyo tapos ganyan service niyo? Ilagay niyo sarili niyo sa kalagayan ng naaabala niyo. Ano kaya mararamdaman niyo?

LBC Express lazada delivery

Its been two days since the last due date arrived from my delivery but my package was no yet arrived I checked in in the tracking page but I got this "we tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." I have been using that address for a long time now and it delivered my orders properly but this is the first time this happened and we are in a hurry to buy this product, "we would like to cancel our order" very dissapointed

LBC Express broken printers

Good Day,
I would like to complain regarding my Air Cargo arrived at Cebu Philippines Last 17th January 2018.All Broken including spare parts of the printer before we ship that printer we ensure that we put it safe inside the box and paste some cautions outside the box FRAGILE.but sad to say when the printer arrived, receiver open it all was broke like a trash.This is not the second time happened in our freight I myself will not tolerate with this kind of service you have.Please settle it as soon as posible .
