LBC Express order from lazada

I ordered an item from lazada and its been almost a week since the order was verified and shipped through lbc.upon checking today my tracking number [protected], i found out that theres shipment issue and that i have to get in touch with you.whats with that issue?
Ive been trying to call the number showed here in your costumer channel, but no one is answering.
I also tried to call lbc puerto princesa branch, pero walang sumasagot sa phone nio.
Ang hirap nio nmng ma reach.

LBC Express parcel

Please deliver my parcel that was sent from Mindanao last Tuesday, November 21, 2017 with tracking number [protected]. I haven't received it until today. I supposedly used the items on my wedding day but it's very disappointing that my wedding day had passed without receiving the parcel. I tracked it but "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official care channels". Kindly deliver it asap today. Thanks

LBC Express ordered item from lazada

Di po kasi clarified na yung diniliver sa aking package is seperate, 3 item po kasi yun tas ang na deliver is dalawa akala ko po namali lang sya. Ang ginawa ko po is di ko sya ni-recieve.. So may possibility pa po bang makuha po pa ulet yung package? Dineliver po sya nung Nov. 22, 2017 @ around 3 pm

Supposedly Mareceived na yesterday afternoon yung box ko galing malaysia to davao city

Please clarify what do you mean by shipment issue?
Dapat mareceive yan ng aunty ko today.
Really appreaciate it..
And Also I do not know what customer care channel you talking about theres no such things.
Nag email na ako.tumawag sa hotline niyo Lbc wala din.
This is my 1st time and I am so dissappointed.😏😏😏

LBC Express package from malaysia

Were from southern leyte, we are now complaining about our package came from malaysia but unfortunately we did not received anything from lbc, and we tried to search our track no. But it was said that our package was delivered but the recipient moved other adress. How come? Our address is still the same.. Do you have an action for that?
Please we need your help..

LBC Express orders in lazada not yet received!

I ordered in LAZADA PHIL. last october 30, 2017. I have ordered 4 watches as an item and it was detailed that it will be shipped on Nov.3-14, 2017. It's been 3 weeks & yet I have not received the 3 remaining items I have ordered. How come that the 4th item was already delivered to me last week but the 3 remaining items are not yet here?! I already messaged the LBC thru messenger but they just sent me only one message saying that they still need to confirm it in Pototan Branch here in Iloilo! I am always updating & tracking my orders thru internet and one item was delivered last Nov.17, 7:20PM but there was no one left in the Rural Health Unit Barotac Nuevo which is the address.. It was detailed on the LBC tracking page that they will deliver it on the next business day.. It is already Nov. 22 & still no delivery yet from LBC. I am hoping that you will have an action with this matter. I badly needed those items. PLEASE!

LBC Express undelivered

Good day po, hindi daw po nadeliver yung parcel sa mismong bahay kasi di raw po nila mahanap at wala daw nakakakilala which is impossible naman po kasi may tao naman po dun during that time at complete details po yung nakalagay. Ano po maaaring gawin? Pick up nalang? Eh pano po yung delivery charge? Wala po bang refund yun kung sakali? Thankyou po. Cagayan delivery hub, kung pwede e.deliver na nila yung item sa bahay. Nabigyan na po sila ng instructions ng consignee, siguro naman di na sila maliligaw pa haaaysst. Waste of time na po sobra

LBC Express parcel/package

I have a parcel that was about to deliver last night at 7pm to the said branch but about that hour when i track again my track number number they said that there was a delivery issue so i was upset the way it goes, because it is already here in my place general santos city already but the problem that the said delivery to where my pick up branch is that there was an issue on the delivery, will you please help me track my number [protected], i hope you can help me about this problem thank you and godbless

LBC Express I can’t track mg parcel

I sent documents through LBC from
iloilo city philippines to saipan and they said it will take 10 working days. Tried tracking it since day 2 but is says tracking details not found. Tried calling the hotline but no one answered. I need an update. I believe the employee encoded and she told me to track in online. Should be there by now. But how will I know I could not even track it. LBC, poor costumer service.

LBC Express i'm complaining about the service of lbc express

Nagpadala po akong ng 5 balikbayan box to Surigao City branch scs.last oct 18, 2017.kc busy ako now lang ako nag complaint.tapos pagdating don sa Surigao City branch scs.tatlong balikbayan box ko po ay binuksan at nawawala ang ibang mga gamit ko po tulad ng mga sapatos, sabon damit at iba pa.nag sent ng mga picture ang surigao branch sa akin sa mga balikbayan ko po na binuksan at maraming nawawala.sana mabayaran nu po ang mga gamit na nawawala po.at naka insured po lahat mga box ko.eto yong ref no.[protected].i attached photos of my balikbayan box na binuksan at nasira ang aking box.kahit ganon pa man pinick up pa rin ng kapatid ko don sa Surigao lbc branch scs

LBC Express arrogant staff in lbc kuwait

We supposed to send a package from Kuwait to Philippines through LBC but the one of the staff was so arrogant.
Here is the story.
November 17, 2017 (around 1:30PM - 2:00PM; Kuwait time). My sister went to LBC Kuwait City to inquire regarding the wallet that we will send to our mom, the weight of the wallet was less than half kilo. The staff there said that it can be charge as the document rate as it is less than half kilo which is approx. KD 9.
November 18, 2017 (around 5:00PM; Kuwait time). I went there and brought the item. I explained to them the situation that it is less than half kilo and obviously I am aware that it is not a document. The staff told me (politely) that it cannot be done but he is not sure so he asked the second staff but both of them are not sure. They asked the staff who is in their right about the situation and the 3rd staff answered "hindi naman yan document ah" while shouting and very impolite. There were some exchange of words and I told to the first person that I am agreeing to pay for the charge of the regular package (not document rate) which is approx. KD 11.500. Honestly, I bought the wallet for KD 58/- so sending it with the difference of KD 2.500 doesn't matter.
While I am filling-up the form the arrogant staff again open his mouth and said the same words "hindi naman yan document". He supposed not to say any words because I already agreed with the prices. Because of what he did I took the item and left LBC. He is so arrogant. LBC staff should be thought how to treat customer properly. I am sure that that is not the first time he is treating customer like that because there were a lot of people (filipino) who goes there raising some questions and I am sure that the way he is treating customer was bad. LBC should take action on those kind of staff.
I have trusted LBC but the way this staff acted is not acceptable.

LBC Express parcel containing raffle tickets

I sent a parcel of raffle tickets in Bohol LBC branch last November 7, 2017 for
my son from Markina City. They said that my son will receive it on Nov 9, 2017. But until now he didnt receive it yet.

I have been calling the branch and still no parcel has reached my son's address. The document is very important because he needs it in school.

And I am here now in UAE so it is so hard to contact the lbc branch.

LBC Express cod overcharge

I was supposed to receive a package COD 441 pesos, i was not at home the day of delivery, the next day the package was delivered even thought i requested to keep it at the warehouse and the price was changed from 441 pesos to 500.50 pesos even thought i gave a tip of 20 pesos . Is this a common practice ? This never happened before, LBC should inquire to the customer to agree for an extra charge, especially i requested to keep the item at the warehouse !

LBC Express undelivered package since nov 11, 2017 tracking # [protected]

I have made transaction last November 11, 2017 and realized the address was incorrect so the status at your online tracking system that the package was undeliverd. So on November 14, 2017 when I found the problem, I called the LBC SM santa rosa branch to correct the address and was told by your agent JL that the package will be delivered again by Nov 15, No package came to my customer, did not receive it yet. Both your LBC hotline service I called and the LBC Facebook sent message on November 15 said it will be taken care of and the package will be delivered on Nov 16, Unfortunately nothing happened. I called your LBC sm santa rosa again talked with Mauro and Gie...very frustrating that the package was not delivered yet and they gave me number of the lbc quezon city branch to fol up the package but the numbers were not working. Seriously this is going to be very damaging to my small business since LBC is unreliable. When will be the package be delivered? I didn't get an assurance when this will be solved.

LBC Express disco light and boombox speaker

Good Day LBC!

I would like to inform you that I already report what happen to my items !

Nagreport po ako sa LBC LIMAY branch, araw araw napo ako bumabalik dun para makahingi ng update, pero lagi lng sinasabi na Hindi papo kasi nagreresponse mam, wait lng po naten response nila. Tagal nyo naman po magresponse!

Nagpaship ako sa Bacolod ng disco Light and BOOMBOX speaker! Declared value na P1, 100.00 nung November 9, 2017 then nareceived nung November 11, 2017 pagkain ng box! Parehong sira yung Item, nireport namin agad both LBC BAcolod and LBC LIMAY, gusto kopo sana mas mapabilis yung pag process nio.

Kung maari po ba na ipabalik yung damaged item from Bacolod to bataan without any shipping fee, kasi na damaged nio po. And sana po if mapalitan man or makuha ko yung declared value sana po including yung shipping fee..

LBC Express undelivered parcel

Hi. This message is regarding my undelivered parcel with LBC. I tried tracking the parcel and I found out that they had an issue with the shipment. They could have contacted the phone number provided on the parcel itself to fix the issue. I hope they can re-deliver the parcel within the day because that is a very important parcel.
They can deliver it at Karangahan Blvd., Bombon Tabaco City (beside Bulwagan ng Katarungan)

Good day, regarding my order from lazada order # [protected] with tracking # [protected], i have not received it yet, deneliver na pala nila sana last nov. 10 but i was not around for emergency reason. Sana po tinawagan nlang po nila ako since i put my contact #, i tried to track it but it was already arrived at scs returns. I am very worried because i badly need the item next week before nov. 20.
