Okay so for the last month that KFC have had there Zinger chicken special, i have gone to KFC in Greenfields and Amalinda in East London about 20 times in total i think and each time was told.. You have to wait 20 Minutes for the chicken! 20 times! Come on KFC you should do better than that.. If not then why have the special at all if you dont have on hand chicken prepared like your original stuff...

KFC rude service

i was at Sunnybank shopping centre on the 26th August aorund about 7.30pm est i went to KFC and brought 2 meals one with a drink and a toy with other meal. the young lad slammed my food on table with attude didnt offer me a bag od=r nothin. i said 2 my children thats dumb not giving me a bag, the employee asked if i called him dumb i said yes u didnt even offer me a bag he said we are ###ing busy. i was appalled with the way he spoke to a customer i asked for the manager she came out and asked what the problem was told her what had happened and as i was telling her he told me piss off didnt want to hear my ###. He repeated himself twice and as he said this he was serving another customer. The manager did not apologised or take the worker off the register did not tell him to stop talking in that manner what so ever. she just stood there and smiled. there was no consequences what so ever for the way he spoke to me. U never talk like that to a customer no matter what the circumstances are. I noticed before he served me he was serving another customer and he had attitude with the customer and a lady had said to him u didnt give me serivettes with my order can i have one pplease and he gave her a pile with attitude again. I think this is very appauling attitude and no respect for his customers. He should of been dismessed on the spot/ taken off straight away and spoken to, but i seen none of the above. This should of been dealt with professionally and it didnt. I know my rights and what is/isnt approaite as i work in Retail myself and i would never act in that manner no matter what. The think the young lad was of indian by the name of Kritik and the manager was a young lass by the name of Jess, i only got their first names. i hope u can assist me with this matter and take appropiate action and hope to hear back from you Thank you for your time. KFC awful customer service

Quite possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I ordered the "buy 8 pieces get 8 free deal". Except you have to order the $18.49 8-piece MEAL to get the free. So right off, their advertising is deceptive. But. hey, I should get 3-4 meals out of all this, right? Except:

1) This store doesn't carry the spicy chicken

2) Rice no longer available as a side (chain wide?)

3) No napkins given

4) No plasticware given

5) Out of hot sauce

6) Grilled chicken was old

7) Original recipe chicken was really old

8) One of two sides was wrong: Mashed potatoes and gravy (yuck!) instead of green beans. BOTH sides were entered wrong on my receipt so I guess I'm lucky to have rec'd mac & cheese instead of (barf!) cole slaw.

9) Two of my four biscuits were HALF biscuits. I'm supposed to eat something that looks like someone else already ate part?

10) Looking through leftover chicken I find a chicken? part that is in no way recognizable. I didn't dump the whole load out and count the parts so I don't know what someone THOUGHT it was but it's no part of any chicken I ever saw.

KFC bad tasting food

Every time, (and believe me, I've only eaten KFC chicken 4 times in my life) I eat KFC chicken, I get stomach sick or diarhea. What do they put on their chicken that makes people sick? Anyway my LAST time I was at KFC, I tried their boneless bites, to which they just released a new commercial. When I began eating them, I noticed how disqusting they tasted; they were extremely oversalted, the bbq flavour was very fake, and the chicken inside was undercooked. I was really hungry so I choked on them for the next 5 minutes, but then I felt so guilty that I have treated my body to this garbage, and I wished I could puke it out and bring it back to them. I have never felt such disqust for any food in my life, and KFC should be ashamed that their food makes people feel this way. I mean, I've tasted bad food before, food I didn't like and spoiled food, but never, never under the category Uneatable food, because that's where it really stands. Who ever eats there, don't try the boneless bites or you'll be just as grossed out.

I spent $58.00 on a 20 piece boneless meal last night at the KFC at Grant and Silverbell in Tucson, AZ last night and neither of us could eat even one whole piece. It was so incredible nasty that I thought they had had a seasoning accident and tried to eat a bite off of several different pieces and nope it is just totally gross. It was so bad that I called the store to complain and find out if someone had tried to poison us by putting something in the food and I got an instant canned response delivered in one breath attesting to how safe it is cooked and how their quality control process is, so I guess everyone is calling them and complaining about how nasty it is. We gave all of the chicken to our 3 dogs and 2 cats and it is still in the bowl today. They scooted it around and dragged a couple of pieces out, but after tasting it, they have soundly rejected it as well. For nearly $60.00 we sure could have had a much, much better dining experience. KFC is permanently off my dining list. These things are like chunks of chicken glued together by a gray slurm paste and some of the chicken was still pink inside, even thought it was glued together by the gray stuff- there is no way it was done. I don't even know what they used to season it- it tastes nothing at all like any fried chicken I have had from anywhere- really weird and super super salty and I usually add salt to the point that you can see it on fried chicken, but this is way, way too much. Their mashed potatoes tasted like they just stirred some water in the potato mix and slapped it into the container without cooking it- it had a really nasty grainy consistency that had nothing to do with potatoes. I used to love the gravy, but even that wasn't very good. Their macaroni and cheese was good-out of the whole order that was the only thing worth eating. So not worth sixty dollars!

Haha, this is THE most bizarre complaint I've ever read... I think it's from a snobbish gourmand who just wants to show how superior and sophisticated they are... you know the type... I've eaten at KFC for 50 years and never had a complaint, certainly never wanted to "puke up my food and give it back to them, " PLEASE! KFC has zillions of happy customers, lined up around the block to get Boneless Bites and everything else because they are SO DELICIOUS... now take their cole slaw... I LOVE cole slaw and have bought every brand for miles around, including that of the most expensive delis, and homemade, etc etc and STILL I can't find a cole slaw better than KFC's! I ran into a guy on my elevator the other day with my KFC bag and he said "Mmmm! Got something good, eh?" and I said "Oh, it's only a pint of cole slaw, I just like theirs the best and make a special trip to get it. I think theirs is the best!" He looked at me somewhat contemptuously "Hmp! EVERYBODY knows that!" haha Well actually in 50 years I don't think I have ever met anybody who hated KFC except this CANADIAN, well what does that tell you HAHAHA. (If it's American, they hate it!)

KFC old stock of happy box for kids

I'm so disappointed with the services of kentucky fried chicken and how there high standards have dropped over the last period of time. I have friends that also don't want to make use of kentucky anymore even though you crave for the smell and taste of the product. The packaging has got smaller and the choice of your meal. But yet the price goes up.
Now last night I went to my nearest store in parklands to get kentucky for my wife and I as well as a chicky treat happy box for our grandson that is by us for the weekend. They always look forward to getting the toy, it means more to them than the contents inside for them to eat. I asked the cashier behind the counter what toy is available, he was unsure what was on promotion and no advertisement in the shop of what was on offer for the kids to choose from as you would find in any of the kfc stores like mc donalds does, the children can see the toys and choose what they possibly could get.
The cashier looked under the counter and came out with a couple of dark blue packets which you could not see what the toy was, I told him it's for my grandson a boy, he opened the packaging of two of the items and I myself wondered what the toy was supposed to be, one looking looking a knife sharpener, another suppose to be a torch. I just told the cashier give me the thing with the disc
I received the happy box with logo collect all 4! Of the last airbender in 3d with ben ten alien force coming up next on the flip side of the box and our meals then went home, only to discover once I got home placing the meals on the counter I took the toy out and it was not even the toy according to the promotion advertised on the happy box.
After taking out all the contents in the packaging to my surprise noticing then a leaflet with wii on and a competition to win 1 of 25 nintendo wii consoles, but the competition closed already 31 january 2010.
So to my understanding we and other clients have been cheated on in supplying the public old and incorrect promotional products, i'm attaching the asaid photo's of the product that was given and would like the correct product that is supposedly to be with the chicky treat happy box. You now have one very unhappy 5 year old boy and also many other kids

My contact details are nick rheder [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com and would like immediate response or I take this complaint to kfc international

KFC terrible customer service

To who it may concern,

My recent visit to my local KFC was terrible, i was charged full price even though i presented a coupon at the time of purchase, i ordered a 19.99 family special with a coupon for 4.00 or 5.00 dollars off redeemed online, but wait that's the whole story, i was using your drive thru service and when i finally got to the window i was told that i didn't have enough money so i explained to the young lady working the drive thru windiow that you can just put the food aside and i'll be right back, so i went i got home my sister was wondering why i didn't have enough money, so i quickly went back top pick up my order and drove off but shortlyafter i got home my sister checked the receipt and noticed that the coupon i presented was even honored and charged the full price and what makes me really upset is that i wasn't even short of money the first place because of the coupon i had.

So my sister took it as that and that we needed to just call in with our receipt number and explain what had happen to the manager, we called but was put on hold for 30 minutes ubtil i decided to call back but this time no one answered, the phone just keep on ringing so my nsister decided to call with a different phone number and this time someone answers immediately, again we were put on hold after explaing to the manager the situation, after nearly 20 minutes the manager came back on the phone explaing that there wasn't anything she can do since we left and she was fully aware that the worker made a mistake and that we were charged extra but never apologize, mentioned that she couldn't help us any further, not even coupons which i was told by corporate that they would take care of the matter but instead youyr worker seemed upset and said it was our fault and loss, my sister and i was so surprise by her attitude, i mean we were litterly shocked in disbelief of what she said, so the very next day my sister called back corporate and explained the whole story again with the end result indicating that we would receive a voucher for a free complete replacement meal so until now we haven't received anything, not an email or call back but instead we were left like people who bother this company with simple problems, so my friends and i decided just to never do business with your company again or even bother emailing back until i keep receiving an email with a coupon for your chicken.
So your company seems not to pay attention to customer service issues but instead just keep sending coupons to people that aren't your customers, please don't ever send anything to my house unless it's a dam good coupon like you said you were gonna do the first place.

My co workers are aware of this issue and are avoiding your terrible service company as well as writing Opra show regarding this american fast food company that she recommended, not just me i'm trying to get more to do the same because i'm very disgrased by your terrible service.

KFC I am pretty upset about my experience with kfc in blackheath

I am pretty upset about my experience with KFC in Blackheath. This is the second time now that I get given my order with some items missing in it or completed incorrectly.

I ordered the 8 piece combo that comes with mash, mini loaves and a coke. I requested to have chips instead of the mash and mini loaves. On the 2nd window the cashier confirmed that I requested chips instead of the mash and mini loaves. Upon getting home I discovered that there were no chips but instead there was the mash and gravy with no mini loaves.

I looked up the shop's telephone number with directory enquiries shortly afterwards to complain but no one was at hand to answer the telephone - the telephone I number used is [protected].

It is unfortunate that one now has to check that one's order was filled correctly. I don't think I will be visiting the Blackheath shop again.

KFC kentucky fried chicken do not deliver on promise

My wife and I visited the KFC in Silverton with the hope of purchasing 2 specials of a zinger, milkshake and chips for R30. After queing for approx. half an hour, we were informed by the staff that the milkshake machine was broken. My wife and I espesially visited KFC for this special that was displayed within the franchise and frequently advertised.

We left the store and drove to the KFC in Gateway, Pretorius street. After queing for approximately 15min. we were once again informed that their milkshake machine was broken.

KFC lady behind the counter could not speak clearly

Last night we visited KFC Cape Gate and ordered our food, first the lady behind the counter could not speak clearly and I had to ask her to repeat what she had asked. We fot our food and left and only at home my 13 year old daugeter checked her burger and reliased that is not what she ordered. The two wraps for my wife and I was tasteless and we both binned it. My daugter also did not eat her burger. Both my daugters agreed we will never buy in from KFC again as the value and service and quality is sub standard. Sorry KFC this is the 3rd complain I lodge on HP and would be the last as we will never visit you again. Certainly your nice pic's of the food at your stores is not what you pack in the containers - Take pic as you serve your food and then display it no one that walks in there will then buy it. Good luch to you all.

KFC half-cooked chicken pieces with meal

I have spoken with the KFC careline and received reference number C1009130. I contacted KFC on 12 August 2009. My wife and me bought the big meal box and took this food to the resort where we were staying for the weekend. As we were eating it, the burgerchicken was fine, but the loose piece in both my box and my wife's box were half-cooked. We had to throw these pieces away in the dustbin. Even though KFC called me from a Cape Town number - the Bela-Bela store still has not called me. I am looking for compensation for these pieces that I had to throw away. This is not the first time that certain KFC outlets serve half-cooked cicken pieces, and I had to throw these away, specially when I am not eating the food inside the outlet. I have wasted a lot of money on all this wasted food - and now I would like to receive compensation from KFC for all this wasted money.

They dont cook it done here either, i just quit eating chicken at kfc because of that, in addition to the people that work there are so incompetent that cant even make change & because of the video's i watched on PETA.ORG that showed the abusive way their main supplier treats their chickens at the slaughterhouse-Not even a chicken deserves that kind of abuse!Doubt that you will get a refund on the un-cooked chicken pieces especially since you threw them away instead of returning them to kfc store where you bought them.

KFC family restaurant

I went to eat in the restaurant with my husband and 2 children aged 4 and 3 months. Part way through my meal my baby was hungry and I was told there were no facilities to warm up baby bottles. Which ended in me and my family having to leave to find somewhere that did accommodate my baby's needs.
I feel that if u welcome families into your restaurant then you should have facilities available, if other places can have them then why can't a big company like kfc.
It was a special treat for my family and it upset our day out.

KFC smelly and non fresh chicken

me and my wife go to 24 hours KFC Satok [protected]) to have our supper. on 15th Aug 2010, 01:05:40 AM, as printed on the bill attached.

we order 1 pcs of Original Fried Chicken and 1 pcs of Spicy Fried Chicken, the Spicy Fried Chicken is totally not fresh at all. my wife was pregnant, for the 1st bite, i thought pregnancy women should have a weird or different taste on the spicy chicken wing. when she pass me the other half, i told her this chicken is totally "damage " or very un fresh and smelly. i take a smell on the chicken's bone, it smell like a "dead body".

the chicken bone look dark at the side, look at the photo attached.

it totally different from the "good" chicken at side. see photo.

we told the waitress to take a look on it, she didn't say anything and walk away.

this is their motto...(KFC is the largest fast-food chain in Malaysia and Brunei, serving world famous Original Recipe fried chicken which contains secret blend of 11 herbs and spices. Apart from serving finger-licking good food, we continuously aim for high quality and are committed to ensure food safety by stringent control to maintain our standards.)

very disappointed after many years of support!

KFC customer service

HI ALL,
I want to know who does go to kfc in ss2 often(maybe once in a while)? Did they greed you with a smile or even have a pleasant face?I'm so frustrated with the staff in ss2, they don't greed me, when i call on the phone for early reservation they speak so rudely. When i arrive they even ask if it was me whom call just now!(they too tell me i speak too soft and they can't hear me!)OK that is not all. When i request for two bottle of chillies sauce for whole two bucket of chicken they tell me they can't give me because i'm not entitle to get it( for GOD sake thats two bucket of chicken and they aspect me to walk of with a few small packet of sauce?hell no!) So i go softer, I said" instead of two bottle which u say u can't give me, can u please give me ONE Bottle?" No... That is what she tell me.Hey, i'm not the first time buying in KFC and they sure can give me a bottle atleast.Lets make it this way, if anyone was having in their meal in KFC i can easily finish 1/5 bottle of sauce. Why can't they give two bottle of sauce with more than 40 piece eat with? And i left with a frustration and it was not the only time i face such rudeness in KFC ss2.And most time i was attended by a SUPERVISOR thats what makes me so MAD.

KFC undersized pieces

I paid $28.99 for a 12-piece grilled chicken meal which included 3 side dishes. When I got home and opened the "bucket", it was only about 1/3 full. The size of the chicken pieces was so small, I thought they had started cooking PIGEON! I have written to KFC, but I'm not anticipating an answer. I will not return to KFC. I need the most "bang for my buck" and KFC is no longer a good value! Protect your wallet...BOYCOTT KFC!

KFC dangerous food

RE: KFC on 4303 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, TX‎ (Lemmon and Wyclif)

We've called the Dallas Health Department regarding the above KFC location. Many people have gotten horribly sick eating there. We got terrible diarrhea all day and night and threw up now and then right after we ate at that location.

The place itself is very dirty. The employees and specially the manager look and sound very angry and just seem that they don't want to be there. It's a very sad and scary place to eat. We should have just walked out, but it was lunch time and we just had 1/2 hour to eat. We did eat there, but got badly sick.

KFC ketchup

In hong kong kfc stores, when I order chicken, even one bucket... I need to ask for ketchup before I would be given a pack. Is it not automatically being given? For which purpose are these packets of ketchup prepared for then? Aren't they for chicken? And for god sake, one bucket, they will give you one tiny pack of ketchup? Common sense please! And if you ask for 1 or 2 more packets, sometimes an annoying face will be given to you by staff! Hey management, please train your staff! Or are they trained not to give ketchup unless the customer ask? And today I am so mad, I asked my husband to buy a take home fried chicken to me... 2 pcs + a french fries... Both need ketchup. But he brought these take home kfc things to me without a single packet of ketchup, so annoying because I have no ketchup at home too. I was so angry with my husband why he didnt ask for ketchup. And he asked me back... Isn't it being given automatically? I cant answer him, , can you please anwser us kfc management?

I totally agree! KFC is FAST FOOD. To wait 20 minutes is NOT fast food.

I only like ribs from KFC but everytime they asked me to wait 30 minutes so they can fry it there and then.

KFC rippoff on meals & rude supervisor

After waiting 15 minutes at the counter to be served, with only one person in front - was served by the shift supervisor. Was told that it didn't matter that I didn't want chicken wings in my dinner box, the rules were that it had to have at least two because head office says so. Was told that if I didn't want them, don't buy that meal. Another customer beside me placed an order with another staff member, asked for the same lack of chicken wings and got what he wanted!? When asked why the supervisor couldn't make the same executive descision, she said " see you later". When I explained that there is a very good reason why people don't like paying up to $3 for a chicken leg, with no meat on it, she said "I don't make the rules, goodbye".

KFC poor service - lying mgmt - lack of product

I pull through their drive-thru at 10:45pm and ask for an 8-piece, white meat, extra crispy meal which comes with 2 sides. I choose mashed potatoes for my 1st side and corn on the cob for my 2nd side. The guy says they have no corn. Since we really don't eat any of the other sides, we opt for double mashed potatoes.

They then tell me that they are out of extra crispy chicken and it will be 11 minutes until they will have more.

So I pull into the parking lot and wait 15 minutes.

15 minutes later... I again pull up to the drive-thru and ask if they now have extra crispy chicken. They say yes. Ok... So I place my order again for an 8-piece, white meat, extra crispy meal with double mashed potatoes.

When I pull up to the window, the guy who took my order (apparently the manager) was bringing a bag out to another person who had placed an order for extra crispy chicken. So some other worker... a spanish girl with her hair pulled back packed up my order and sent me on my way.

I get home and open my bucket... There is no extra crispy chicken in it... There is no white meat in it... In fact... there isn't even 8 pieces in it... My bucket contained 4 original thighs and 3 original legs... 7 pieces... Not only couldn't the girl distinguish between original chicken and extra crispy, nor white or dark meat, but she also couldn't count to 8.

So I call the store... The guy who took my order answers... I tell him what happened... He apologizes and says he took my order but today was his first day. He tells me to bring it back and he will give me the correct items. I ask for his name. He says it's Melquin. I ask what the girl's name is. He tells me that he's not sure which girl it was but that she already left for the night. WHAT? How does he NOT know who it was BUT at the same time he knows that she left for the night? Yeah... ok!

So I drive 10 minutes back. It's now about 11:25 when I get back there.

I pull up to the window and the guy is there. I ask for the manager. He tells me he is the manager. This is the guy who just told me on the phone that it was his first day. And to boot... The girl who he didn't know who she was that apparently already left for the night, was standing behind him sweeping the floor.

So I call him out on the first lie about it being his first day, and then about the girl who filled my order not being there.

I give him back the bag of food that I got the first time... He asks me if I want the extra crispy chicken. I say ok. So he then says... It'll be 15 minutes because we don't have 8 pieces. WHAT?!?!?!?!?

I told him to forget it and demanded my money back. I drove home... Hungry... It was now an hour later than when I placed my original order... I call the corporate number... A REAL PERSON answers... at like 12:30 at night... Who'd have thought?

So I go over everything that happened. She robotically reads me the monotonous scripted apology and takes down my info with the promise that it will be forwarded to higher management.

So I guess I am waiting to hear from some higher management either from the corporate office or the location itself.

This has to be THE WORST KFC in the history of KFC's. If the Colonel were still alive, he would literally [censored] his pants if he saw how these clowns were running his business into the ground.

I don't recommend going ANYWHERE near this place. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else... ANYWHERE else!

Sory. Had to step out on a call. I was never angry at anyone. Simply defending myself when people come at me as a result of not having the whole story or understanding what they are reading. You can judge me all you want. I never said I was better than anyone. In fact, it was Tammy who first took a stab at me being an EMT to begin with. Again, I will not hesitate to stand up for myself when someone wants to take a jab at me. None of this changes the fact that the service at the KFC is horrible. I don't have to think I'm better than someone else to complain about poor service. That is what this board is here for... Is it not? So why then do other members seem to get all twisted when someone posts a complaint? The reason some of the comments were removed were because they contained sexual and violent threats aimed at my family from some derranged member. I could care less if someone disagreed with my complaint. Everyone has a right to their opinion. But to start posting vulgar obscenities towards my family and children for posting a complaint about chicken is absurd. I can see now that posting complaints on this so called complaint board is a waste of time. Instead of people taking note to avoid similar situations, you instead constantly bash the poster for months after. Unreal.

Thank you Brenda. You prove my point entirely. Most users on here just like to chime in and put someone down for defending themselves. For your information, Tammy, like other's went off on me because she misread something, in addition to not having the entire story. Tammy acknowledges this in her last post. However, you... like Tammy feel the need to bash me for defending myself again. This board is useless. What's the use of making a complaint on a complaint board if you're just going to be bashed for making a complaint. Isn't that what the "Complaints Board" is for? Guess I misunderstood the reason the board is here.

My point is, is that yourself and others who do not have the whole story, feel justified in attacking me for my comments... Which were in fact replies to harsh, vulgar attacks from other users. I never attacked anyone on here. I simply defended myself when attacked by other users. To this day, Trevor is the only one who stood by my side and was witness to the comments made by "Irish". I'm sure I can expect to have another user like yourself attack me next week as well without having the whole story. How does the old saying go? "Ignorance is bliss"?

Update by Cooldivide
Aug 05, 2010 9:24 am EDT

Trevor even quotes the other guy "Irish" in defense to me. My comment below Trevor was also in response to "Irish's" comments. Can you see now why I am so defensive at this point? Because people like yourself are taking a story that is half there and attacking me for basically saying my KFC experience was poor. This is ridiculous.

And where do you get off attacking someone for being an EMT? God help you if you ever need to call 911 for help. We volunteer our time to help people. We don't get paid for it. And as for your comment that it's the doctors who do all the work, thus degrading our efforts even more... Most of us are med students volunteering our time while we are in school, in addition to our regular day jobs and classes. We know a lot more than cpr and driving fast, but you can paint the picture any way you like, because you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

Also... If you read Trevors posts again, you will see that he was standing up for me... He was quoting a post from a user named "Irish" whos posts have been removed. My responses that you are claiming to be attacking everyone were all directed at this user named "Irish" who was very hostile and foul mouthed and made threatening remarks against me and my family in response to me making a complaint. He apparently had some serious issues which caused him to be banned form the forum, thus removing his posts which you can no longer view.

If you read my original post, all I did was outline my experience. Every comment left by others were pretty much attacking me for even making a complaint. Many of which were removed by the admin here for the use of foul language. Unfortunately some of my responses to those comments have remained on the thread, giving an inaccurate picture of the conversations that really took place here. So you can think what you want. The fact still remains that the service at the KFC I went to is horribly poor. They do not seem to care either, as they never even bothered to follow up on my original complaint to them.

Excuse me, but I am being attacked for making a complaint about poor service at KFC. unfortunately, many of the earlier comments containing the attacking posts were removed for foul comments. So you are not getting the whole picture. Many of my comments were responses to the harsh words of others. So your opinion is coming from a very narrow view of the actual conversations that have been had on here.

Trevor agred with me, so why would I respond to him in a derrogatory manner. Does it make sense at all? The comment I left after his post does not even refer to his post. It was clearly left for someone else in response. So again... you are just another person who has not gotten the whole story, attacking me for responding to other foul mouthed complaints.

It's easy to attack someone when you don't have the whole story. Makes people feel good I guess to chime in and attack others when they don't have their facts straight.

Unfortunately, at the time of night when my shift ended there were not many options available. And for anyone that will say I should have ordered a salad from McD's or Wendys... I hate to tell you but their Salads contain about as many calories as a Bic Mac... Much worse for you than eating a KFC extra crispy breast minus the skin.

Update by Cooldivide
Aug 05, 2010 8:50 am EDT

The original chicken is steamed, leaving much of the fat from the skin in the chicken. The fried one contains less fat. Go figure.

Wow... Thank you for the foul mouthed response. Just goes to show how low class you really are. You are also apparently too inept to read the posts correctly. Trevor and I agreed with each other. The post of mine that you are referring to was in response to someone else's post that contained a ton of foul mouthed remarks, much like yours does. I will be reporting your comments as well which will be removed the same as the other one was.

Actually, a KFC extra crispy chicken breast (with the skin removed) is the healthiest choice for anyone on a diet compared to other fast food options. For example, a skin-removed extra crispy chicken breast is only 2 points in the weight watchers diet system, compared to an average 10 points for a fast food burger. The chicken itself is not the kiler, it's the fried skin. This is why I order the white meat (breasts) only... Which is why I was disgruntled after waiting an hour for my order only to get home to a bucket full of nasty legs and thighs, and not even the correct number of pieces. Not to mention, they charged me an extra $6 for my white meat only request. So not only did they give me an incorrect order after an hour wait... They charged me a premium for it. So yes, I have every right to be disgruntled at their service. As for calling people employees... I can't see how anyone who is NOT an employee would take so much offense to my complaint.

I usually do check my order actually. But I had gotten off a 16 hour shift and thought I could put a little bit of faith in someone filling my chicken order. People put their faith in me all day long to not kill them in the process of saving them. I guess my complaint stems from the fact that these people have no pride in their work. I've worked fast food when I was 16 and I know for a fact that it's not rocket science. My order was not complicated. It was 8 pieces of chicken in a bucket. I probably would have been more forgiving if I had placed a huge order with many items and something got screwed up.

I think you need some serious mental help. Maybe even some meds. Go crawl back under your rock. Apparently you're just a troll who has nothing better to do than make rude comments on people's complaints. you should take a break and come up with some new material. If this is the best you got, then that's pretty sad all in itself.

Actually, no. I'm a 36 y/o emt who just finished working a 16 hour shift saving people. I don't think that I should have to check my order when their task is far from rocket science to begin with. All they do is read the order and fill it. And they couldn't get that right. As for pointing out that the girl was spanish, I was describing her to him so he could tell who I was talking about. I suppose you are a minority who has gotten profiled in the past which makes you jump on the race card the minute someone says the word spanish. In addition, the same employees were there every time I was present. It also wasn't his first day as he had claimed. He was pretending to be a new employee on the phone and I caught him in his lie when I went back, as stated in my complaint. My guess is that you are one of the sad, undereducated employees that work there and feel that you must defend your crew. Go crawl back under your rock. You are obviously an employee of KFC to have taken it as such a personal matter. They need to close this KFC down. I guess you would have to find another job if they did though... huh?

The cashier who took my money was the same person getting my food. I immediately told her to wash her hands and I did not want that order. If you are handling the cash you should not be handling the food.

brenda you did nothing wrong, if he didnt have the comments from the poster he did not agree with then everyone would know what was going on. all the other threads leave the ignorant rants from the trolls on their thread so other people can join in and help them out. but james felt that he needed the comments from irish removed. Also it wont matter to him that you said you were not attacking or bashing him he will still take it to heart and be angry.
