I'm 66 years old. I visited your Pacific Missouri location and all I can say is shame on KFC. Drugs being done on and in the establishment, really. This is the worse case of management I've ever encountered. Also the manager her name badge said Phala doesn't have any management skills what so ever her employees were so far behind that us customers asked why she's not helping out, the answer we got from her is she doesn't know how to do these jobs. Apparently she doesn't know how to manage/supervise either. Plus she smelled like weed. Really. Wish I could be the supervisor of this location. I could just sit and text like Phala does too. This would be the easiest job for me too. I like KFC but as for me and all 200 family members that live near this location we or our friends won't be returning. Thanks for your time. Hope you do something soon. Customers are the ones suffering. Thanks again for your time and help.

Well I have a big complaint about Kfc about the hot wings I went to a Kfc here in miami and I asked for fresh hot wings like I have been doing for the past 20 years and at this Kfc where I have gone for the past 5 years where the manager was Thomas Bryant where he is no longer there u guys moved him farther away but I asked for hot wings and I waited over 25 mins and the wings I got were burnt beyond recognition it was a disgrace and the manager there Juan said that the wings changed and they all come out like that wow and even the bone was burnt really so I asked them to make me more and they came out ok so I will never go to that kfc and notice that I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and Thomas Bryant is one of the beat managers you have and the manager u have at the Kfc on 24 st and Sw 8 st Kfc Taco Bell is a disgrace nasty dirty lobby trash over filled It's in Miami Florida 2375 Sw 8 st Miami Florida 33135

As customers waiting in the drive-through for at least 10 to 15 minutes no staff responded. Came inside the KFC and reported the incident to the store manager Yassica, But was told she usually doesn't work this store even when told to check her headset she stated oh it's off well it was on and how she doesn't even know how to operate it. Only two staff members working. The two staff members working Yessica and Marcel. Time arrived 1:18 we waited in drive thru then came inside order finally takin at 1:41pm. And while waiting on our order she still never exchanged her headset nor checked the driver-thru at all.

My parents are 55 & 56. Dad is in a wheel chair, mom has a walker. The went up to KFC 3 times. They don't go that often. The last ALL 3 Times the workers said they were out of original recipe. I don't think they were out. I think they were low life loser high school kids that didn't want to work or serve and lied. Please call me at [protected].

I'm an ex employee of the Pacific Missouri location at 1922 W. Osage. Sept. 17th, 2018 was my last day worked. I was always called to work on my days off. They got rid of John and hired Phala. She doesn't know how to be a supervisor. She has know knowledge of how to do any of the jobs if she needs to fill-in or help if we are swamped with customers. On Saturday before my last day of work Phala grabs my dick and says I'd like to give you a chance to stay and then we can have sex every night upon closing the restaurant for the night. I was taken back by this and said I don't think so. She then proceeded to cry and said she won't know what to do when I leave because your the only one that knows how to run this place. Know one listens to me and since we do drugs on the property they think I'm now there friend. And if it gets to overwhelming I'll just play sick and walk out. She did this Tuesday the day after my last day worked. She call me on my cell and said she played sick because only her and 2 other people were there to work, and she didn't know what or how to help. I've never done any off the jobs before. I'm thinking you've been with KFC for over 10+ years and you can't do anything. I'm like damn must be nice. Since if left she still texts me wanting to know if I'm coming back so she can sit, do drugs and text all of her shift. I'm like I can I become a supervisor at that location. You got rid of John who was doing his damnest with what he had to work with. Machines not working right or at all. He was the best supervisor you had. Other employees text me and say Phala has lost all control. Maybe she's having a relapse of some kind, she mental health issues that she might need to get straighten out. I just think it's in your best interest since she can't handle her current job duties. Thank you for your time.

I made a complaint a few weeks ago. Gave you my email and my telephone number and still have not heard back. is the customer service as bad as the service in the stores. If you are unable to take care of my complaint, give me a name and phone number higher up I can reach.

I've just purchase a meal $30+ at KFC Helensvale Siganto Drive 13th Oct 2018 6.30pm
They got the order wrong, the chips were soggy and uneatable, the bread rolls stale and there was something forgein in the potato & gravy. ( not sure if it was a piece of coating off the chicken ? )
I've never had such a bad meal from KFC.
This is not acceptable when people are spending their hard earned money on a meal that was totally uneatable.
I tried to phone the store several times but it just rang out.

First time visiting store E003003 at universal City, tx. I walked into the store and it smelled bad. The floor was really sticky as if hasn't been mopped in days. The floor and windows are really dirty. I saw an employee try to sweep, did a small piece and stopped. He didn't even try to mop. I hope this place turns around because it's right next to a militay base. I will try this place out again within a month, I hope to see it in a better shape.

Been to drive-thru at this location 2x in 2 weeks and had my order wrong 100% of the time. $5 thigh/drum Fill Up odered both times; asked for extra crispy thigh &wing with Cole slaw instead of potatoes. Told no problem. First time got thigh & drum- the rest was fine. This time got things and a small PIECE of a wing, original recipe after the girl asked me specifically if I wanted extra crispy & I said yes, extra crispy. Also got mashed potatoes slathered in gravy instead of Cole slaw after being told yes, that's fine to swap for potatoes. Very disappointed...and hungry. >:(

I went today to the KFC in scottsburg indiana. I had my grandmother with me my uncle and my boyfriend. We ordered the buffet. It was only 11am and yet there was no food in the buffet unless you wanted desert. We sat to wait asked how long it would be before there would be food ready. We were informed about 15 minutes so we set and waited. Then the customers around us said they also were waiting for food. This ended up being a 40 minute wait. 8 people were in line ahead of us and when we did get chicken and biscuits they were under done and bland. The chicken had blood and no flavor. The food at the buffet was old and had flies all around it. We all just walked away. I would like to be reimbursed for paying for four buffets rude employees and under cooked food. Thus is not the first time and I am sure it will not be the last the service and quality of the scottsburg KFC is so horrible we could not eat.

I went to your 1922 W. Osage, Pacific Missouri location around September 18 and employees were doing drugs on the property, including the supervisor on duty. They also were all texting on their cells phones. The supervisor is so much into playing grab [censored] with a male employee that she can't control her staff the supervisors name badge said Phala. I was so shocked that they did this in front of customers and children. The staff taking the orders were rude, the used profane language. The one lady her badge said Liz asked me what I [censored]ing like. When I told her there was no need to curse she says who cares we can do whatever we went. Our supervisor doesn't care she's to involved with playing and having sex in the back with the cook Mitch. So she's too busy to help us. I cancelled my order and left as did the other 5 customers behind me. KFC isn't a family friendly place with all this going on. I'm also notifying the Pacific Police, and the better business bureau. This just can't happen in a restaurant. Nor should it get pushed under the rug. Also they are stealing from the restaurant safe. If the employee needs a loan they ask the shift supervisor and she allows this. Just WOW.

I ordered a 20 fill up box. I tried to change one of the sides and was told I had to get it the way it came with no substutions so I ordered another side of Mac and cheese. When I got to the window they did not add the extra side so i was then charged 3.69 instead of the $2 it should have been. When I questioned the price I was told the ticket was already closed out and could not be changed. I asked for the manager Corey and explained the situation and he said that is correct. When I tried to discuss with him all he kept saying was thank you and have a good evening. What kind of customer service is this? I work in customer service and I was always told the customer is always right. This was the worst service. I have gone to other kfc and ordered what I wanted and was given what I wanted. Next time I will drive the longer distance to get better service. Maybe this manager should go through customer service training. I would like a response that you have received this and addressed it. The KFC close to where we live is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. In the past we have purchased from both. The food has been bad in the past, but tonight was the worst. I asked for a 2 piece, dark meat, original recipe dinner, with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn on the cob. I was told they had no legs and no corn on the cob. This was at 5:00 PM. What chicken establishment has no drumsticks at the beginning of the dinner hours?
Still, I tried to be nice. I then ordered 2 thighs with mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. This food turned out to be inedible. The thighs were very under cooked, the mashed potatoes and gravy were dark and tasted like they had been cooked days ago. The green beans were floating in grease and tasted awful. Even the biscuit was doughy. I also ordered 3 chicken tenders that were so over cooked they were impossible to chew.
This place needs someone from the main office to try eating there. My receipt says it is Taco Bell # 019164 located at 6694 Highway 431 Owens Cross Rds. Al. 35763 Have I said yet, that this is the last time I will waste my money at this establishment

I stopped at the KFC in Beaver WV. Friday Oct 5, went through drive through around 4pm. Ordered the $20 bucket meal. Got home and the Chicken was so dried out, even my dogs wouldn't eat. And my dogs love chicken. Biscuits were hard as a rocks. Needless to say everything went into the trash except the mashed potatoes, gravy and the coleslaw. So I paid $20+tax for mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. Someone left the light on too long. They shouldn't be selling meat that's laid under a light that dries it out to such extreme. Plz correct this because I don't get to eat out that often and I feel it'd unfair to your customers to pay for something they can't eat. And I was so happy to get to go there thinking I was gonna get a great meal just to find it unedible. BTW. The service was fine and the employees very nice. Now I know they were laughing a good one as I was driving home. Jokes on me I guess. Plz correct this situation. Thanks, and I'll be looking forward to you reaching out to me asap.

For four weeks in a row we have been coming in on Monday & Wednesday trying to take advantage of your great specials. However when we are told they are out of Pot Pies and have no more to cook or sell. And on top of that we are told it will be 45 minutes for original recipe chicken only. I can not even begin to tell you how frustrating this is especially when your trying to feed the family of 4 and no chicken. Can you PLEASE do something about this KFC Never having chicken. I couldn't even get popcorn chicken for the 2 year old!

I use to always buy the $5 box until they changed the prices. The commercial always say $5 box and with tax it's like $5.51. For over a year the prices changed to like 6 something close to $7. My 9 year old always laugh at me when I see the commercial because I always point out that is false advertising. Even if it is some type of private ownership whatever how you put. That's cold because I always loved my KFC. From the chicken to the gravy.

Today me and my family went I ordered 10 piece half grilled half extra crispy. Got my food it was a 10 piece original took it back told them the mistake. They proceeded to tell me that was what I ordered. Then a young man in a hateful voice told me (we are not doing anymore grilled chicken so I said I have to have grilled because I am having stomach issues with fried food He stands there looks at me and says well it will be about 15 to 20 minutes I say ok. He grabs the bucket of original recipes shots me a (look) dumps it out and mumble's something I go back and sit down 30 min later they bring me 5 piece grilled no breast in it. Throw it on the table and walk away I then go back up there and say I ordered a 10 piece half grilled half extra crispy and then I am told thought u got the extra crispy I say no it was a 10 piece original u gave me I brought it back y'all throwed it away I still need my extra crispy they grabbed a box throwed in 5 extra crispy no breast very disappointed disatafied with the service felt like I was a piece of trash because I ordered grilled chicken 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a two piece meal, wing and breast, biscuit, potatoes and gravy, drink...after 22 minutes of waiting I asked why it takes so long for two pieces of chicken and I receive personal service...finally received my meal, drumstick & thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy...no biscuit...[censored] KFC...DONE

Ordered from the call centre at 7:36pm and yet I didnt even get my food and the store is now closed, absolutely pathetic that [censored] [censored] happens all the time. Try to call the store and the call centre but nothing! And then when you dont tip they get pissed as if it's a mandatory thing, I'll actually never be ordering from kfc again, one in the pen centre nasty as [censored] get sick nearly everytime I've ate food from there.

I ordered number 10, big box 3 piece meal with a drink and 2 sides, a 4 piece wing meal with 2 sides and a chicken little NO sauce. My ordered came to almost $18.00. Get in the car the man didn't put the lid correctly and it spilled. The chicken were so tiny for that price. And the chicken little had sauce that I'm allergic to. Had to wait for so long and man had an attitude. This is not the first time, it's awful. Someone should watch and you will see a lot of not so nice things going on in this KFC.
