Kentucky Fried Chicken [KFC]service

Hello, the reason for my complaint is that I am a regular customer and the last two times I have gone, I have made the orders to take on the premises, the first time I missed the chicken balls, and second request check the order I am short The fillets and I claim them and I got them but when I got home I noticed that the steaks were incomplete and the spicy wings were missing when I was there I told him to crack the order and he did not do that is the reason for my complaint.
