The manager Monica Hicks is very disrespectful to the employees yelling and degrading them in front of customers. One of the employees started crying due to the abuse of this manager. This is very unprofessional behavior and needs to be handled properly. I go into this restaurant every day and this woman is always yelling at her employees I have even seen her be rude to the customers. It has gotten to the point where I think I no longer want to go to this restaurant because of this manager is so disrespectful to people.

I came to KFC in isandovale and when purchasing the dunked meal which comes with the soda fountain the lady said it was not loaded on the system and the system only has with the buddy which costs extra on the customer yet I bought another meal which came with soda fountain, then the store did not even have salt packets or anything to give me either.
This is actually appalling how service has gone out the window towards the customer as no apology was given it was either accept that or leave hungry in their minds.

I stopped and picked up a 20 piece box of wings with my monthly takeout allowance. They were inedible, either they were overcooked or left on the warmer for hours. I was told to bring them back the next day, when I did I was told the day manager was gone and they had no proof i bought them there. They put her on the phone and she told me to come back again the next day. I am a disabled person with mobility issues. I am on a limited income and I am just asking for what I paid for.or my money back. And do not need to be told I am cheating anyone for hot wings.

Last night (5th December 2018) we wanted to go and get KFC. We went to Soneike KFC as they were on our way home. We wanted to go through the drive through as we had our dogs with us in the car. When we got to the drive through there was a notice on saying that they have technical problems and therefore the drive through is out of order.
We then decided to go to KFC Protea Heights. When we got there, there is a notice on, saying that the soda machine isn't working, they only have bottled drinks.
So off we go again, to Brackenfell KFC. Got there, a bin was standing in the drive through. AGAIN, the drive through is out of order.
We decided to go back to KFC Protea Heights, as their drive through was working, it was just the soda machine that was out of order. We waited for an HOUR in the drive through before we got our food. Not because they were busy, but because everything was so slow. I mean, a drive through is supposed to be fast but the people inside of the restaurant got their food before the people in the drive through. We ordered two fully loaded box meals, and the Colonel burger was more bread than anything else.
The service is becoming pathetic.

Today I have been bought super dinner meal from KFC- Lulu hypermarket jubail branch -KSA, and first I found a piece of steel wire in coleslaw and the chicken has under cooked and even after few bites I felt stomach ache and then loose motion and I'm going to attache the pictures for your reference .and unfortunately the receipt copy has been taken back when I collected the order from the counter. It is really disappointing that this small piece of steel wire might threatened for life if it swallowed with coleslaw. I need your urgent assistance to take action against my file complaint . And even if you want I can do examine of this meal in laboratory on my own and give u the results and 100% sure this undercooked chicken is unhealthy

I went to the KFC on 58 highway in Belton Missouri I was told they were out of original recipe chicken after I ordered a bucket and some biscuits I was asked if I wanted to go somewhere and come back in 10 minutes I told them no I was there to get my dinner for my family after leaving work the employee at the window was extremely rude and acted like I was putting her out by not wanting to take one of the other types of chicken I've been buying KFC chicken for 40 years I will never ever buy KFC chicken Again once they finally brought my order out 15 minutes later they even forgot before biscuits I ordered in the employee there brought it out was different than the one at the window and looked at me like oh sorry I'll get it great service this is awful . KFC is the WORST restaurant to treat their customers

Our family ate ordered a 16pc Chicken family basket and ate in the stock on 12:12pm 11/25/2018 (my order receipt ticket #4261). Our whole family got sick after that started from SAME day 5:30pm before we eat any dinner. I called KFC next day morning on 11/26/2018. But their manager doesn't even want to talk to me and kicked me to talk to their insurance company.
KFC is the WORST restaurant to treat their customers. I will never do KFC anymore. I will tell my experience to ALL my friends and people I could do.

Just brought home 2 meals from the KFC in Hillsboro Oregon and it was the worse chicken I've ever tasted or smelled...It wasn't at all like I remember KFC...the chicken was greasy. The thigh and leg were so small there was hardly any meat on them.
The potatoes were like soup...very runny and the gravy tasted terrible. If this is what KFC is now serving, I will never go back...most of our dinner went into the garbage.
PS...My husband said the coleslaw was good

Customer service is terrible. On 12-03-2018 at 7:00 pm I sat and waited 20 minutes for an original chicken breast. At the drive through window I was told they were out of original chicken breast and then I was asked to if I wanted a refund...or I could wait 15 minutes. How do you run out of chicken breast during dinner time?

12/3 - Central Ave location at noon time. Staff was beyond unprepared for lunch rush. Customers waited 20+ minutes without one update (to eventually find out "We ran out of chicken"). Three employees moved at a snails pace and the employee taking the drive thru orders showed a bit too much attitude towards the customers. I will never come back here and this staff did nothing to remedy this situation.

We went to Kfc Ficksburg to buy a nice meal we gave our order after looking at the board and seeing the All Star LBx Bud and the Var L/box. First off they told us there coke machine is not working and that they going to give us 440ml cold drink bottles, and the sales lady told us they going to charge us extra for these cold drinks, I asked her and don't understand why we have to pay extra. She just said sorry so I excepted her appoligie. The order was very fast amazingly fast. When we got home and I opened the boxes I was so disappointed it was not what we expected. My bun was stale and crumbled while eating it. The product inside the box was not at all what I saw on the advertised board. I do not complain but this was suppose to be a treat for me and my husband, I work for my income and I expect what I see and is willing to pay for a proper meal. Regards Lorraine Olivier

We were at the kfc at Hatfield and we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. When we finally got to the counter the lady was still busy with our food and without gloves... I realized that all of them weren't and that is absolutely disgusting. They prepare our food and we trust that it is done clean and with sanitation. Please would you address this.

I was at Canal Walk KFC yesterday.. When I got my order there were no serviates and sauces. I asked this lady that I have attached the picture of who gave me my order for serviates and she rudely said to me that she is busy and proceeded to ignore me. I stood there for long waiting and asked her if is she going to help me or not she just ignored me. I asked another lady there and that one said I wasn't the one helping you don't ask me. I am very disgusted and dissapointed by KFC employees the way they treat their customers.. I also work in retail (head office) and I find it hard to understand how one can treat a customer like trash. I will be very happy if you can take
this matter very seriously. I have attached a picture of this girl that was very rude to me because she was very happy to pose!

I buy food nearly every day from kfc green point somerset road. The food and service is pathetic. I buy food and give it away 90% of the time. Today in particular i bought a chicken and mayo sandwich which a slice of cheese. The chicken was so thinly spread it looked like butter. There was no cheese. My food was just into a bag. My crunch burger was half open, my chips were hard and my coke had fanta on the top

We have been faithful KFC lovers for nearly 50 years but the past year found it tasteless, different cut and change of coleslaw so quit buying. Today in Kemptville, Ontario I thought what the heck let's try it again. Bought a 12 piece with all the fixings and a big crunch for daughter. Took the chicken home and strange wierd cuts again and no spices on the chicken and salads tasteless. Totally tasteless and a waste of money. Why change a good product. Very sad to spend $50 and a total waste. Not much use complaing but guess it gets a vent out.

I am very disappointed to let you know that after years of loving Kentucky I had a very unpleasant experience.

I bought chicken pieces from the Hout Bay, Cape Town KFC which were very raw to the point we could not eat it.. after throwing away the first two pieces which were obviously very under cooked I started checking the others only to notice that most them were the same, under cooked.

Please will you take this up with the Hout Bay KFC, Branch as this is not up to standard.

Knowing KFC as brand thought it was be safest thing to eat during journey. But it was my biggest mistake. I had burger at above mentioned location on Sunday evening. Got major food poisoning and unwell till date. I want a proper apology or I'm going to raise it with higher authority and post my grievance on social media. It is horrible experience. Serving good quality food should ideally be priority of food chains. I will never ever think of having KFC and would spread my word to family and friends.

Chicken and waffles, I had food poisoning all night. I purchased a male approximately 7:30 PM from the Gardner KFC/Taco Bell drive-through. The workers were very jovial and engaging in conversation with them selves and Did not greet or even talk — just grab my credit card handed it back as they continued joking around with themselves. It's no wonder I got food poisoning I doubt they are following any health and safety Standard since they obviously are not following customer engagement standards either.
