KFC management

I am a mother of a employee, for some reason my daughter wanted to make a career with Kfc. Been working there for around 10 yrs. Since high school . Well lately her manager Christina has been all on her case for everything. Has even suspended her resently, and basically told her she is going to fire her .. I have tried to tell her to get out of there and stop wasting her time with this company. No hours to live, 23 to 27 hours a week, who can live off that, there are alot of kids that are still in school working there that get more hours. I know most people would not make a career with fast food but you can not have kids running stores or be in management. Someone has to do it. And my daughter for whatever reason has loyalties to this awful manager Christina. I do know my daughter and i do know she can have attitude from time to time, who don't, but how in the world is she suppose to be happy working with a bunch of kids on there cell phones and chilling instead off working and when she goes to this manager and tries to talk to her about it she takes these kids side. When my daughter has worker under this manager for years and knows she works hard. My daughter did finally leave once and had a ok job getting 35 to 40 hours a week, when this lady Christina called her and asked her to please come back. This company should take notice of long time loyal employees and make sure they are taken of.. no one can live off crappy hours except kids living at home.. The adults you have should be treated better by the company and by your managers.. I do not live in lubbock tx but do come often and always try and stop in her kfc, we don't have one where i live, and have seen with my own eyes the crap that goes on in this very busy kfc with alot of kids working. Kfc needs to learn to take care of there loyal employees.

KFC kfc forgot food and line was busy for 2 hrs

I went to KFC on 5/2/17 @12:42 pm in @ Austin, tx, [protected] Riverside Dr restaurant number Y343067 I had ordered more than a few items the forgot to put my man n cheese and biscuit in one box. I called for 2hours every twenty min the phone was busy all that time to make complaint. So no I emailed. My ticket number is 1060 cashier name was Brenda. KFC customer service morrow g.a. location mt. zion rd.

Date of service 5/1/2017 at 8:00 PM.

My husband and I went through the drive thru and before there was a greeting laughing was heard on the intercom. Finally a greeting was made. My husband asked if the restaurant accepted $50.00 bills. The response from the young lady was ' What kind of question is that?' My husband responded ' Some establishments don't accept bills larger than $20.00." Once again she laughed and said oh o.k. yes. He prepared to order but was interrupted by a male at the window who said no she can't I just pulled her drawer and no other communication was made. We pulled around, went into the store and asked for the manager. We told the manager what happened and all she said was I heard the exchange and coached her that was not the proper way to handle the situation. There was no offer to correct the situation, take the order or anything. If the store was not closing then the drawer being pulled should not have stopped the customer from ordering. even if the transaction had to be made at another cash register. There were other cars behind us in drive thru and they were served. This was poor customer service from the window all the way to the managers handling of the situation. The managing partner on the door is Theresa James. All we wanted was dinner for our family and that was not received plus the poor service. This is a poor representation of the KFC brand and should be addressed.

We arrived at the KFC MORROW at 10:50. They suppose to open at 10:30. As we walked around to open the door it was locked. However we could see a woman and some kids running around the restaurant through the window. The non uniform woman opened the door and yelled " they still closed". This is unacceptable and shows poor management! Do Better

KFC service treatment

My name is Ralph, I'm a district Manager for a company of transporters, twice a month I have to ride with some of our drivers, not only to make sure there fallowing all company protocol but that their in compliance with all traffics rules and regulations, many life's depend on good driving skills, and many of ours hundreds of customers are satisfy our services .

So know that you know what I do, I think customer services go a long way, if we do not have a good customer relation how can we be running a business correct, I have stop 2 different location to eat today, one at a location Jacksonville there services are at 100% never complain they already know me by name .

So we just have a new account so we decided to drive Tampa Mannheim Auto auction to pick up few cars there, as a District Manager well I look for safety and service .

Restaurant #G135041, after I have purchase a total off $16.79, I not only was told by an associate we do not do test drinks you must purchased a drink to test a drink, I just purchase ticket # 3002 2 meals so I have not yet seat down down to eat I have not yet serve my drink, but I can't just try out in the cup I just purchased it a little bid of lemonade, I was told I have to purchased another drink, I'm confused so keep my head down walk away, I have been a customer for KFC since I was 16 years old, my dad used to take me and my sisters after church back then you even had some clean napkin's with smell of lemon to removed grease from fingers, does were good days, I'm 50 years old and the humiliation I have received at this location and as a district manager such behavior should not go unpunished termination, demotion and more, the store manager Josh and associates were just like I was cartoon car actor.

If I paid for a service I spec that service but here I could wait to get here at home and write . I could make few phone calls tonight, FDA, OSHA, OR EPA, BACK on time was respect, so I will like a company action against this so call managers and perhaps determined if there fit for the position the hold, a good manager will provided a good service, specially the economy we are in, are we to retain customer an to let them go some place else when for years it has been a family tradition .

KFC there was a foreign object in my drink

I froze my beverage when i got home so it would be slushy and later that night i took it out and let it sit on the counter to melt a lil bit. So i finally drank the beverage and when i got down to the end i thought it was ice or something but it was the beverage spout from the fountain machine.. How gross. It could have any kind of bacteria on there or little pieces of. It could have went down my throat. So i will be contacting a lawyer

went to the drive up and after waiting a bit in the parking lot received my food went home to find my meal was missing some food so I
called and spoke to the girl very nice just said some of my food was missing and she just hung up WOW! so I was thinking strange maybe we just lost the call but NO! they wouldn't answer after that just so wrong. So I drove back and asked why would you hang up and she walked away. I said well can I paid for these items and didn't get them and if she just would have said sorry on the phone I wouldn't have even drove back but this was uncalled for. I will never return to this KFC. Thank you

KFC poor customer service from manager ashley - store y343296

On April 30th, 2017, experienced the worst customer service from a store manager. Went to store Y343296 in Houston Texas and ordered 3 orders of 2 piece chicken. Two were supposed to be original and one grilled. Once at home, realized all 3 orders were original, with no grilled included. Called the store to indicate the error and got the manager named Ashley, who was very rude on the phone to my wife.. only saying bring it back and not once ever apologizing.
I then took the orders back and the first thing the Manager Ashley said was that yes she had spoken to my wife, and basically that the original order was right, we were the ones that made the mistake when ordering.

With a real nasty look on her face took the order and replaced it with the smallest pieces.. I then asked her to replace one of the other original two piece orders, since it was now cold from my drive back to the store.. She looked again as if she had a problem...And finally returned, shoving the food over the counter and only saying "Here".. Totally rude and unprofessional..Again, never once apologizing for the error...
It's really sad, as it's this type of poor customer service that will cause customers like myself and my wife to go elsewhere...

KFC overworking employees

I was in the drive through at the Salem store yesterday around 1150 in the morning and when I walked in there was no cashier to take my order. I waited about a minute and a woman with a headset came from behind the back of the store where it looks like she was filling a drive thru order. She told me she would be with me in just a second. She waited on me very quickly and was nice. After my order was placed she spoke to someone on her headset to tell them she would be with them in just a second. During my 20 minute stay at the store I realized she was the only person working in the store to cover my eat in order for the buffet and also in the drive thru. She did a great job considering she was all by herself but I must say that KFC should be ashamed of themselves that they are working their employees like this. The worker was running around doing all the work by herself and sweating to hustle as she met customer needs. One would think that at lunch time the store would be better staffed. If I had been this young lady I would have just walked out. I am very disappointed at KFC, you guys need to take better care of your employees.

KFC services - substations

I travel all over the world logging hundreds of thousands of airline miles, and have eaten at a KFC in almost every state. No matter where I go I can order a K10 with a breast, 2 drumsticks, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, or a $20 fill-up subbing green beans for coleslaw, with one exception... Victoria Texas!

This store refuses to do ANY substitutions and would rather argue about policy instead of substituting an item that has the same price and creating a good customer experience. Since they are the only KFC in town, I am forced to either be treated like child and accept it, pay WAY TOO MUCH for what I want or eat somewhere else.

This isn't a one time occurance. The first time, I thought it was poor training, then the next time I just payed more, but now it I recognize it is an embedded culture. I lived in Victoria from 2007 to 2015 and used to do this all the time, but lately over the last year, I have noticed the change.

I hope that this can change and I can enjoy KFC in Victoria again, and improve the experience for all Victoria KFC patrons.

KFC i'm complaining about services delayed delivery

I did order from saudi arabia, jeddah, albatarji branch at 7:39 pm and I received my order at 9:05 pm... I called call center so many times but no one hepled everyone said the driver on his way sorry for being late... Although it's not the 1st time with this branch with same problem...
Then manager called me and he said no enough drivers for this much orders..

KFC totally a customer service issue

I visited your store today, 4/28, Ticket # 3342 at 5840 Old York Road - (Restaurant #K071062). I wished to utilize a coupon I received on a Go Cup - - after participating in a survey from a prior visit. The cashier, Sierra, exhibited very unfriendly/unprofessional behavior ... definitely none that would make you feel welcome. I asked questions about the purchase (as I was unfamiliar w/the product) - - I was interested in getting a spicy chicken, but was told it Did Not come w/the Go Cup. Her attitude was so negative, she referred me to the manager sitting on the floor working at the time. Her demeanor was not too much better - - she never rose from her feet to address me. Anyway, I thanked her for the explanation. Nothing else was said. Upon completing the order Sierra asked about my drink... she had left the cup sitting beside the register - - on Her side of the counter. I asked her was she going to pass it to me, or was I supposed to reach across the counter to get it? She never responded ... just lifted the cup in her hand!

Very appalling behavior - - as if it was a bother to do the job she was being paid for. On a scale of 1 - 10, she'd get a Minus. I'd prefer to find another store location to visit and patronize KFC in the future.

KFC flavor shots

My ordered were incomplete.. I just dropped by at the counter and I ordered dine out: I ordered 2 flavor shots @ 99 and 1 sisig.. In their menu flavor shot @ 99 includes: reg flavor shot, mushroom soup, brownies, reg drink... When we arrived @ home, I found out that no mushroom soup & brownies.. Take note, I ordered 2 flavor shots, that means 2 mushroom soup & 2 brownies.. I tried to called how many @ the branch but no one answered the phone... [protected], [protected].. The cashier name at receipt was Turla, April Shayne. Branch name KFC San Fernando, located @intersection, JASA.. Hope you give attention about my complain.

KFC taff: shift manager jeffrey/spencer restaurant #y300072 fishers, in

Upon entering the "restaurant" tonight, the cashier (who is apparently the "shift manager"... i.e., team lead) didn't speak to us except to say, "original or crispy." After watching two people who ordered after us leave with their food, I asked Jeffrey (nametag)/Spencer (receipt ID) what the holdup was. He said one of the items (chicken strips) needed to be made, so it would be awhile. When I asked why he didn't just let us know, he went on to argue with me about having other things to do, we weren't the only customers, etc. When our food WAS ready, Jeffrey/Spencer proceeded to toss the tray on the counter and walked away saying, "Two $5 boxes." After we left, Jeffrey/Spencer followed us into the parking lot to let us know we were "on tape" and since we didn't bus our own table to "not come back again."

Don't worry, Jeffrey/Spencer. We won't.

KFC over all experience - wait, wrong items, unavailable items

4/25/17 @7:25pm @725 Sterlington Hwy Farmerville, LA store #C002162 Cashier Janique in the drive thru total of order $27.42 I arrived in the drive thru and waited approx 15 minutes to get to the order menu, once there I waited an additional 7 minutes for my order to be taken. This location does not offer the grilled chicken so I had to place a different order. They also did not have unsweetened tea or orange drink avl at the time. Once I pulled forward she read the order back to me and gave me my drinks. She took my payment and told me to pull forward without a reason why. After waiting an additional 25 minutes I went in to get my food. Again, no reason of such long wait was given but total time spent was 50 minutes! I live 15 miles away as this is a rural community. Once home I see my order is wrong. She read it back to me correctly but I was not given the right items and additionally was given a 2pc $5.00 fill up that I did not order. The big box meal I ordered was uneatable. It was overcooked and so dry that it broke apart with little effort. The entire order was cold with the exception of the green beans which were too hot to eat. We were missing a cookie from one of the fill up boxes and had the wrong side items. The coleslaw was so runny that it had no taste at all. I would have returned it to the store if it wasn't for the fact we live 15 miles away and I had already invested 50 minutes of time getting the sub par order. Everyone in the drive thru line had to wait / pull forward and as I was waiting I notice a couple men in kfc shirts playing around in the lobby area. Not sure why it was taking so long if the chicken wasn't even warm. I would like a refund or at least the amount of this sale comped back to me in the form of a gift card for a future purchase. I have eaten here at this location before and it was sub par then to. I have one other location near my work that is really good. I will not visit this location again.

KFC employee theft / inadequate service

Hello,
I visited your Evans Mills, N.Y. KFC Resteraunt Drive thru Yesterday 03/24/2017 @ aprox 2 PM .

The Total of the bill was $25.03, I handed the Short Dark Haired boy $24 in bills, 1 $5 bill, 19 - $1 bills and an assortment of change, I told him when handing it to him I did not know what was there ie: I meant the change I was a penny or 2 off either way.

He took the $, shut the drive thru window and counted it out, he came back and told me I only handed him $19 and some change. I said to him no : I handed you $24.00 in cash and some change, he continued you still owe $4.98, I said ok I'm not going to argue with you and I gave him my debit card to charge the difference.

We did not get the ice water we asked for, or napkins, or butter for the biscuits so we had to turn around and go thru the window a 2nd time, this time the first boy did not return to the window it was another boy smaller in size than the first with short shaven hair or bald headed.

This AM : I phoned the Store and explained the circuumstances, I asked if I was speaking to the manager of the store, she said yes but acted as though she did not have any concern one way or another, offered no resolution, asked nothing about the boy who waited on me, nothing of the incident at all. I said to her you must have counted that drawer out by now? she said in defense it was counted out last night ok, Thank You have a good day, I asked her was it short or over ? she said there was no shortage, no overage, Ok have a nice day.

I would like to be reimbursed for the difference $4.98 and I would like your offices to deal with this store and the employment with in. I believe you have a theft issue to deal with.

KFC nastiness

The workers had a party for one of there workers Courtney Maynard. Courtney which is a shift leader had animals in the restaurant running around which is pure nastiness to the customers no one wants to eat around nasty ducks in the restaurant. The manager and assistant manager where all there too. All the workers they also helped theirselve to free drinks from KFC. Who wants to eat in a restaurant with animals in it.

KFC buffet rules at kfc

My family decided to visit the local KFC for dinner [protected]. I ordered the Nashville hot tenders which was pretty good. Now to my complaint, my wife and daughter ordered the buffet $8.99 and a kids $4.99 they where told that the Mac and cheese was 1 serving per buffet. I could understand that if it was posted on the sign that says All You Can Eat Buffet, no where on the sign did it say limited serving on Mac and Cheese. To top it off the lady that gave the 1 helping each to my wife and daughter was very disrespectful when they asked for it. Thank you for your time but this will probably be the last time I eat a YUM affiliated company

Saya nk buat aduan tentang KFC Petronas Section 15, Shah Alam..waktu sarapan pagi sehingga pukul 11 tp pukul 10 dh abis dgn alasan produk habis tidakbbuat lagi (egg riser & twin egg riser, ) staff kaunter nama dia Zaim .. KFC buffet

We were happy when our local KFC was renovated as the old one was always dirty. Now that it is reopened we find that the selection on the buffet is terrible. At dinner time there is seldom enough chicken. And it seems that original recipe white meat is restocked when there is plenty and the extra crispy is empty. You should be better prepared for dinner rush! and what happened to the chocolate pudding? In the past few years the price has gone up from $12 for the two of us to $20 and the service and selection has gotten worse. I may as well go to Bojangles which is closer to home anyway. Or stop at the grocery store for fried chicken!

KFC fried chicken

I would like to know why KFC has changed the receipt that Mr. Sanders
set down to be used by all of his stores. I have eaten KFC for at least 55
years and I can tell the change that was made after his death. Mr. Sanders
didn't stand for an trans fat replacement and his chicken was wonderful.
The chicken that is served at your stores are below standard. Mr. this
practice was used today with Mr. Sanders still alive; the stores that used
a different low grade recipe would have been closed. Plus the fact that
the chicken is over priced. The bucket and barrel have long since been
done away with.

KFC chicken piece size

We regularly get many dinner piece size, mostly complete meals. For the past few months we noticed the reduced size of the legs & wings, but the breasts & backs are huge! The legs in particular are so small it's a sin! We enjoy the dark meat more than white meat. This is not right, as of our last meal the other day, we do not enjoy kfc any longer. We don't want to go to poppyes, but we may have to to get normal size chicken.

The kfc we use is wise ave, dundalk, maryland 21222

Can you explain this problem?
