Jazeera Airways — flight delayed then cancel
Dear Sir or Madame,
I had a confirmed booking for your flight:

Date: 01. 12.2018
Departure Airport: Kuwait (KWI)
Airport of Arrival: Hyderabad (HYD)
Passenger: I am one of passenger
Our flight was delayed. Therefore I missed my Train HYd to guntur. I had to stay in Kuwait Airport 20hours as the next flight to Hyderabad there today no idea. There around 50+ passenger in airport.
I Appreciate staff member who just clarifying the queries there to airport close. What we do now we are not a rich people to go back and book another flight ticket. There 90% House keepers.
Now time morning 7am 02.12.18 we came airport 3pm 01.12.2018. No sufficient food and sleep. No correct information also.
I appreciate your Al Jazeera Airways to compensate me for this delayed and where I unable to reach my destination at proper time.
In future to be your guest as well.
Expecting positive response soon.
Note: As a company Owner I prefer to keep staff who could build good image of Company rather saving few dollars to reflect in yearly performance appraisals.
