I am the customer of IOC and we have been getting gas supplies from your dealer M/s cookwell gas agencies, Chinchwad, Pune. The consumer no is 2788.
Now the above agency is no more. We understood that one M/s Ganaraj Indane will serve the customers in the absence of cookwell.
But the problem is:
1.We don't get door delivery. We don't get proper response from this new Ganaraj. Now all the way we have to go to their counter for taking the delivery.
For this we are taking leave from the offices and sometimes the representative of ganraj doesn't delivery the cylinder as promised.
2.We are facing lot of hardships and till today they are shouting over phone to the customers as if we have done some crime when we insist for home delivery.
3.Some Ganaraj person collected the original receipt of the gas connection and asking us to come their counter. When contacted they simply told that unless you come here the gas cylinder will not be supplied.
Can anybody look into this issue? Is it not the IOC job for the smooth transition of your customer to some other agency?
