Honda The Glen / damaged window

I purshased Honda CR-V on 13/12/2014 from Honda The Glen and on 15/12/2014 the rear lef window was smashed by thugs. I realised later that the front left door had a deep dent which cause disturbing noise when you open it. I then informed Honda The Glen on 17/12/2014 since 16/12/2014 was a public holiday and they informed me that I must fix the damages since its my responsibility. Much as I know that it is neither their doing or mine, I thought since the car was less than 3 days old it will be covered by the car dealer. I then call them again after running around and calling companies that replace glasses who told me that the car is still new they dont have glass for my car. Honda then emailed me the invoice and informed me to pay the amount before they can order the glass window for me. My frustrations with the whole thing is that the way the dealer is dealing with the situation does not help in enjoying the car I bought from them. I even ask them if I can cancel the deal and return the car and pay total cost of damage, they did not respond. Please advise as to the best way to do to in order to be a happy customer.
