HelloFresh a delivery employee

Hello,
I work in the building of Via6 Apartment community at 2121 6th ave Seattle WA 98121 and around 4:30 4:50pm on 5/20/21 . The driver stood inside the entrance of our building trying to flag one of us for several minutes with 3 boxes at his feet. Unsure what he was trying to do and he was blocking residents from getting in and out of the building, I I finally came over to him with a cart to help him out and I asked to hold onto his id for the cart ad he all the sudden he said it not his job, hes not going up becuase of covid I then told him he had to deliver the boxes up to the apartment We just don't have room at the concierge to store resident belongings.. He then started accusing me of being racist saying cause he was colored I treat him like that and claiming I was being rude, he said he didn't appreciate me coming at him like that and how I need to not talk to him like that in which he kept saying. He was making a complete scene and I was in shock and taken back from his action towards me.
At this point my coworker intervened and tried to calm him down while he was pointing at me saying I was being rude to him and how he didn't appreciate it and how he is a person of color and I should treat him the same as everyone else and he was just trying to do his job, which I tried to tell him that's all I was doing as well. The whole situation made me shocked that he was working and treating me like that for not even finishing his own job and trying to make us do it.

Unfortunately this is not the only person we have had problems with delivering the Fresh boxes. It seems to be everyone that delivers Fresh to this building. The drivers leave them all over in the lobby never coming up to us and not bringing it to the customer. Our staff finds the boxesnin hallways and in the entrance of the building or right next to elevators and they never come up to the concierge to properly deliver customers orders.

Our delivery process is just like every other building downtown seattle in which it is secure access and have to reach out to the customer or a concierge to complete delivery. The drivers just show us the order and we give them access to the floor so they can properly deliver to customer. What has been going on has not been okay and our residents tell us to let them up and we never even talk to the drivers at all and then the resident is upset with us. This incident was the last straw and I have to say something. I was wondering if we can tell the drivers to come speak with us (Concierge) because it has become kind of a problem in random areas of the lobby. The lobby is public to anyone and is not secure at all.

Desired outcome: the delivery drivers finish delivering Fresh boxes directly to the customer and coming to the concierge for access and that gentleman working to ( 5/20/21 at 4:30pm ) never come in this building ever again.

HelloFresh Delivery

My name is Andrew Stamp. I ordered Hello Fresh for my parents on the 4th of May who live at 21 Barrier View road Leigh 0985
North Auckland.
I gave instructions to leave it at the front door. My father left instructions at the front door to leave it in the garage.
I don't even think the person the driver went there as he delivered the box to the local store which is the mail sorting Centre. My father wasn't notified and there was a card in hi P.O box saying there was a box.
There was no P.O box address on the box.
I'm really unhappy as I don't think the driver even attempted delivery and the only reason why my father realized the box was there was because I told him it had been delivered and he said it's not here. If I am going to order in the future this needs to be sorted out.

HelloFresh Order

Received order that was not requested. Their representative said my account was reactivated but I did not do it. I believe I should receive full refund rather than one half. Please respond. I should not be required to pay for something I did not request.

HelloFresh Lack of ice packs caused spoils

I have been credited for 3 weeks of bad meats and produce. Again, I get my box and the bags of produce aren't even cold. The box that used to be packed so everything stays cold is now down to 3 ice packs in a box. Once again, delivery in Florida, meat that isn't even cold.
That's almost a month before of wasting money through the company only to have to go out and buy groceries.
I can't cancel because I was credited and not refunded and will lose almost $300.
What happened? How do you go from 5 to 6 ice packs to three? The cheese in the bags aren't even cold. And I live in Florida so all that time sitting on a hot truck.

HelloFresh Unverified purchase

I was considering ordering Hello Fresh and I wanted to check out the prices and meal options. Before I could see the meal options, I had to put in my payment method. After reviewing the options for meals and selecting the ones I might want, I decided not to order. I closed out of the tab and moved on. A few days later I realized my card had been charged. I went on to check my account and saw that my delivery was being made the next day. I was never asked to verify or confirm my purchase. The online system automatically finished my order for me and I am upset that I am being charged when I didn't want to actually order.

HelloFresh Deactivated plan

I have been with hello fresh for a short while .and find the food mostly very nice.
However my husband got made redundant and so decided I had to cancel
Our money now will not stretch to this deactivated on the sunday 7th which was enough time to make sure all was ok.
This morning I had a parcell from hello fresh.I refused delivery and said i had cancelled.
Martin the driver. took a picture and took it away.
I have been online chatting with Versna whom just was not helping the situation.asking me to take snap shots of the box that the driver had already taken.
My husband Cancelled on the 7th sunday.so why did we still recieve another box and i have been charged todat thirty seven pounds.
I have just told versna my husband has been made redundant.I cannot afford this..
She really was not helping in anyway asking me silly questions.can i take a screen shot of the box ..its gone.the driver took it back

Desired outcome: my money back. I cancelled in enough time

HelloFresh We did not get our delivery today 3/15/2021

We were sent a text that our food would be delivered by 9:00 pm and we did not receive it and we did not receive a text saying it was delivered or delayed.

This is the second time this has happened and we will be discontinuing service after this week

HelloFresh Quality control issues

Almost consistently an ingredient is missing, recipe is missing or wrong recipe with enclosed ingredients. I really hated to discontinue because the menu options and quality of food is superior to Blue Apron, but problems continue to occur too often. The company really needs to take a look at the people packaging the boxes. What a shame.

HelloFresh I I cant log in, I can find a correct telephone number. The system does not allow me to log in.

I have been for a week trying to cancel my order, and I have been unable to log in and to find the correct way as they provided instructions and to click direct to my account. I can not find a telephone number to contact them. I was directed to a page where I can select CHAT or Call US and neither of boxes that I clicked worked. Look like SCAM. I need help on this.

Desired outcome: Need to contact someone to cancel my subscription and stop them to charge my credit card

I require a refund for this sum of £29.99

HelloFresh Box not delivered

We have been customers if HelloFresh for about a year and a half. We've had occasional issues with missing ingredients and late boxes, but today our box wasn't delivered at all. We contacted customer service (which took a ridiculously long time) and were told, sorry, nothing we can do but give a refund. There's no way to get our food. They can't even deliver it late. Customer service was very unhelpful. Do not assume just because you order, pay, and have it scheduled in the app that you will actually get your good because we were told "they cannot guarantee you will get your food". Appalling service.

HelloFresh Meal package

31 st August 2020. Received box on this date. Opened chicken package which was off even though use by date was 06/09/2020. Very disappointing.
This has totally put me off,
I have been using Hello Fresh for over a year.

HelloFresh Gift card services

My daughter gave me a gift card to Hello Fresh for Mother's Day that was worth $96.87. It was to cover 3 recipes for 4 people. Last week I ordered 3 recipes for 2 people since it is just my husband and I and I didn't want the food to go to waste. This week I went online to order another 3 recipes for 2 people and was told that my offer had expired because I did not order 3 recipes for 4 people last week. I only spent about $50 of the card and they are telling me they get to keep the rest because I did not do it properly. I feel that they should not have let me order what I did if they were going to make me forfeit the rest of the card. I think this is a huge scam and I w think their clients should be made aware of it.

HelloFresh last week order

Dear Sirs

I am making a complaint about my order last week. The box was leaking and the products all wet and every package was wet. the recipes were missing too. It was the first time I felt that someone hadn't bother packing it properly. In my app there is nothing to allow you to raise this though I raised this in the questions.

In a shop you have the opportunity to have a refund.

I have been a customer for some time and this is my first complaint.

Can someone revert back to me please.

HelloFresh spam calls & bad ingredients

We tried hello fresh but we didn't like it. The reasons are simple, ingredients weren't fresh, the package of meats were damaged and the liquid got everywhere; the ingredients we received were mostly old, even the signs of getting rotten. Obviously we contacted the customer service, but it was the worst customer service I've ever had. That person was cold-blooded and showed no signs of sympathy. I asked for refunds but the reply we got was "talk to Groupon" (and yes, we tried HelloFresh cuz Groupon had a deal). Both of my husband and I were upset but we thought at least we learned our lessons and we thought we were done with HelloFresh.

However, we were too naive. My husband and I are currently on vacation overseas, I got calls from a similar phone numbers and no-call-ids, when the same phone number showed up again I decided to pick up, and it was HelloFresh and asking about the experience. I straightly told the girl what happened and we will not give another try. I thought I was clear, but my husband started to receive calls from HelloFresh, after he showed no interested in purchasing the meals, he started getting calls from a no show id, and it was HelloFresh. Since then, both of us have been receiving spam calls from HelloFresh. IT IS EXTREMELY UPSETTING.

If you're want to try out HelloFresh, I really hope my review can help you to see a different light.

HelloFresh customer service

They charged me for a FREE first box, they never returned the $1 as they promised to claiming that it was only to verify my account and it would be returned because "free means free" they say on their website. Then when I called to find out why I've been charged and the dollar hasn't been returned the representative, Daniel, tells me there's nothing he will do for me and ultimately to shut up! Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I strongly recommend against using this company they certainly don't deserve your business.

They never game me credit for the pineapple they forgot to send. If they did, the account page is NOT helpful at all.

HelloFresh food delivery

Been a customer for several years- had lateness issues but the food was good.

Received my weekly food as scheduled, however, to my disappointed surprise there were several issues:

* The Pork Fujita meal was missing the heirloom tomatoes and the Mexican spice. Pretty important ingredients for a Mexican dish.
* The cilantro was black, soggy, and slimy. Couldn't use.
- Had to run to the store to get tomatoes and cilantro.
(I didn't think to take a picture) The last thing I want to do when I get home from work has to go to the store after paying top $ for HelloFresh. Maybe not fresh anymore?

I reached out to customer service and went the chat route. From the get-go, the chat representative was hostile and didn't offer any solutions. I said, you know what, cancel my next order and I'll eat the cost of the bad food and I'll go elsewhere. It was that aggressive.

The rep said, nope. I'm not going to cancel your order due to it was a day past the canceling window. and I'll shut down your account (?). Okay, what can I do?

I asked for a partial refund and after a fight to get them to do the right thing they say they'll give me $8 credit for the next meal which was 3 weeks away. Unacceptable.

Same weekly food order- the chicken with couscous:
*Tomato unusable - shriveled, mushy, and too rubbery to cut. Please see the attached picture.
* Scallions were soggy and darkened.

I didn't look in the bag before I reached out to the poor customer service.

So, I'm stuck with bad food this week. I hope next week, my last order from HelloFresh, will be complete and edible.

Hellofresh just went public. HelloFresh Chief Executive Officer Dominik Richter said:

"The company, which sells meal kits in 10 markets and remains unprofitable, set a price range of 9 to 11.50 euros a share. It's looking to raise 243 million to 311 million euros to invest in expanding its business. The shares are expected to start trading in Frankfurt Nov. 2."

Hellofresh was a great company which had ethics, great food, and good service that understood the importance of retaining their customers. No wonder they are unprofitable and it now makes sense why the food quality has slipped. HelloFresh is now obligated to the shareholders, not the customer.

Rest in peace HelloFresh.

HelloFresh Can't log into my account

What they say to me is a complete mess. I send them emails saying that I have problems with logging in to my account, they advise me to log in to it. Why? How does it work? Then they said their system doesn't recognize my email, but you keep sending messages to it. Facepalm. I don't know what I should do you to get your help. And I'm sure it'll be useful.

HelloFresh don't recommend HelloFresh

Overpriced service. Their app and constantly down and delivery is just a joke. They use UPS for sending boxes and they didn't notify me about delivery. So nobody contacted me and just left the box near the door and it was there till the next day. I called them to clarify this situation, but they refused to help me. I was scared of eating this stale food and threw it away. I guess I will never get my money back. So I'm done with them.

HelloFresh charged for nothing

My complaint has to do with their service which is bad and rude. The manager didn't let me talk to the other ones even though I asked him to redirect. They don' want to solve my problem, they actually took my money because they decided I wanted to start my account, but I didn't... So they took my money and it's useless to ask them for refund.
Shame, because I didn't expect anything like this from the delivery service.
I will surely not order anything from them.
