HelloFresh Hello Fresh changing my delivery date and taking payment out my account. Tried to cancel but wouldn't allow me to.

A customer service rep contacted me and offered discounts. I explained to the CS rep that I did not get paid until the following Friday 16th Sep and would be unable to take the meals this week. She insisted that i needed to continue with the process or I would lose the discounts offered to me. She also told me I could request the date that suited me best and so I did. I booked the 21st September, the reason, I would be paid when the payment would be taken from my account. Just before the agent left the call I checked when the first delivery was due and it stated the 13th Sep, I queried this with the CS rep, she told me that I could pause this delivery, as she quickly got off the phone. I tried to pause the delivery on the 13th and reschedule but the system wouldn't allow it. I tried to contact Hello Fresh direct but no answer, I finally decided to cancel the whole thing but unfortunately I wasn't allowed to cancel the box on the 13th Sep and you have taken £34.19 out of my account. You clearly did not allow a cooling off period which I am not happy about either.

Desired outcome: Please refund asap and I would appreciate an explanation why this has happened.

HelloFresh Fraudulent Charges

I received an offer for 10 free meals over the course of 4 boxes. The first box being completely free and the following boxes would be the cost of shipping. My first delivery arrived on August 21st and my second order arrived on the When I happen to review my bank account I noticed a $51.00 dollar charge for my first box and a $26.00 charge for my second box. When I called to cancel my next delivery set for Sunday, they said they couldn't cancel my order because it is already on the truck tom be shipped. Well tell me, how can the products be that fresh if there are sitting in a hot truck for four plus days.

Desired outcome: I want this company to take accountability their 85+ unresolved complaints.

HelloFresh The packaging of my meals I received.

I received my box yesterday, August 25, 2022 and it was torn all apart and some of the ingredients were coming out of the box. This is the first time, ever, that I have been this disappointed with Hello Fresh! I was so excited to get home and start cooking something yummy with the items in the box but, quickly, I was bothered that it would be delivered in that type of shape. I don't know why it was even brought to me looking like this but it's not right. I look forward to a fair resolution. We had to order out yesterday because we weren't sure just what was going on with this box. I have enclosed pictures for your review. Thanks

Desired outcome: I would like to receive another box with the ingredients in tact, please and a credit.

I received my 8-20-22 box today 8-19-22. The ingredients were hot, the Ice was hot, the protective liner had collapsed

Yeah because our boxes sit in a hot cargo car for five days before they reach us. There is nothing fresh about it.

HelloFresh Chicken

My Hello Fresh box came yesterday and was wet on the bottom. Not thinking much of it, I emptied the box and threw it out right away. Later on, I found out that it was TWO of my THREE packs of chicken that were ripped open and secreting the mystery fluid. Very frustrating as I now have had to re-purchase my protein outside of Hello Fresh since the lack of care that was taken by my delivery people.

I have received a letter to say I need to pay for an outstanding box and this has come from your debtors. When I log into my HelloFresh app it says nothing of the sort? Can you please help me to understand what has happened here? I have taken a pic of the app so you can see.

HelloFresh This company has welcome back scam offers and poor customer service

I was a loyal customer when Hello Fresh first started and happy with the quality of meals and recipes. After Covid started there were too many issues with missing items and quality of ingredients of meals. I quit in 2020. In 2021, I received an offer to come back with 17 free meals and 3 free gifts. When attempting to reactivate my account the promo code reflected 6 meals with a total of 70.00 off after 6 weeks. I called CS and he tried to convince me that 70.00 was the 17 meals @ 9.99 each. Math proved he was wrong but he insisted that I was wrong. I decided not to renew. Today I received another promo card asking me back and I thought they may have corrected their order system. Once again, the code reflected the same. I called CS and I told the person that this sounds like a scam and I would like to talk to supervisor. I was told that in 30 minutes a supervisor would call me. After 2 hours, I attempted to use the chat feature. Was told a supervisor would call me back and it did not happen. Beware of this company!

Desired outcome: Supervisor contacts me and honors promo code.

HelloFresh Fraudulent charges to my credit card

I called Hello Fresh two times. The first time I got Neil was at 3:10 pm CST. The second time I got Abraham at 6:32 pm. They were both impossible. I had charges of 49.93 charged to my Discover card, and I did not order anything. They will not reverse the order and credit my Discover Card. Abraham said he could give me credit for another meal with Hello Fresh, which I want no parts of. I went on their chat and was connected to Supervisor Shy, and somehow we were disconnected. I want nothing to do with Hello Fresh. I do not wish for their meals, and I do not appreciate them charging my credit card without permission. I want a full refund!

Desired outcome: A full refund to my credit card and no dealings with Hello Fresh

I was browsing the Hello Fresh site, and they charged me for a shipment I did not officially order. I called the toll-free number on August 4, 2022, at approximately 3:10 pm and spoke with Neal. He refused to cancel the order, which had not even shipped out. He said the system automatically sends an order when one reactivates their account. This is not ethical, and it is trickery. I asked for a supervisor, and he said no one was available and they would call me back within 24 hours. I do not want anything from Hello Fresh now or in the future, and I want my card refunded.

HelloFresh over charged £39.48

I was called by the sales team and was persuaded to sign up 1st box half price.

£17.24. I was charged £39.48 on 30/7/22. I was charged again £17.24 on the 1/8/22. so with in 3 days I was charged £56.72.

The sales person said it will cost £17.24. But its cost me £56.72. how can this be right?

I explained to the sales woman that I was out of work, and she said that the £17.24 will be taken out of my account when I was ready she showed me how to change the delivery date.

I cant believe it. I think I was pressured into signing up. She stayed on the line and talked me through it step by step until I got to the end to give her a number.

I cant afford £56.72. I could just about afford £17.24.

When I called customer care to sort it out, I was told it was my fault because I signed up twice. I only did what the sales woman told me to do. How did I sign up twice. She said she cant help me, and I will have to pay all of £56.72.

I'm not happy. I feel like I've been conned

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of £39.48I would like my subscription canceled.

HelloFresh delivery as well as the person that answered the phone

last week I never received my hello fresh box (this was only my 2nd one)

while on the phone with the lady (she was very nice) she said I would receive a refund for that box, and asked if there was anything else. I told her that I would like to cancel the next box for the week of July 25 because I work midnights and I only want the box when I work days (on midnights the food would just go to waste.

the lady said thats no problem that she switched it in the computer.

yay...awesome I also asked if the boxes can be left inside my door

she said she left a note on it and yes it will be put inside the door

Today my hellofresh box was delivered which wasnt suppose to be delivered till next week.It was also was out front , not inside the door. when I called and talked to the guy on the phone (brent)

he said he couldnt help because you dont take food back.

I said but I didnt order it for today the lady said she had cancelled it for me till next week

HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME

this literally just happened.

I have only had ONE box of hellofresh that went as planned.

Now Will I get a refund for the box that was delivered today because it will be going to waste .

I work midnights this week and dont eat much when I work this shift and my husband is away this week

HelloFresh deliveries

I don't know why I have to be one of the last people (88 )to get my delivery. I am literately about 20 to 25 mins away from the dispatch in grays..

I have to wait second from last which gets delivered not much before 7-8 pm. so now i have to pay extra just to get idelivered earlier.

My first delivery i received it about 8.30 pm - 9 pm this hot weather. I want the meals so i can cook one of them to start on the Monday not the Tuesday..

# Those who get their meals in the morning don't play any extra delivery charges when its between 8 am - 19 pm

Desired outcome: I already pay for delivery why should i have to pay more just for the mornings. so now i have to pay near enough £6 delivery . when others get theirs in the morning and don't pay extra.it still won't be delivered before 12 midday. .

i am a new customer first delivery 30/6 it was not delivered no card or contact hello fresh told me must have been stolen new delivery today 7/07 still waiting delivery advised 13/59 to 15/59. yodel contact wanted to know where address was considered they supposed to deliver last week what a joke been waiting all day in kitchen {in front of bungalow}no show how come all my other deliveries know where i am so i have now cancelled subscription

HelloFresh I want to complain on a Employee

On June 30, 2022 around 5:25pm. I was at Hello Fresh picking up a employee this security came out and told me i could not park in that spot he advice me where to park he was very nice a professinal. As I waited for the employee to come Tremayne Brooke approach my car and ask me to move down because traffic was building up with everyone waiting to pick up employees . Five minutes later Mr.Brooke came to my car very upset. He say move now, I said dont talk to me like that, He said move now I dont care about nothing youre talking about, i said thast a problem if you dont care SIR, I told him that i was going to report his for being so disrespectful, He stated again he did not care. Mr. Brooke said to me Iam going to get who every you're picking up fired. He was very nasty, disrespectful,unprofessional and rude to me. Please direct me to the correct her to talk to regarding Mr. Tremayne Brooke.

HelloFresh Delivery

I was hung up on twice! My cheesecake was melted the all the meat was warm. I asked for a full refund but they wouldn’t do it. I emailed pictures to three people, and was told there is no manager to help me. This is gross. All three of my family members got sick as a dog throwing up a few weeks ago after we ate. This is so gross! Food is suppose to be cold not like warm. The ice bag was melted almost all the way. Not all the food was touching the ice!

Getting harassed to pay £12 for 'special meal when the lamb mince was missing and avocado mouldy. Chicken smelt off and was slimey even though it was in date.

Will never use again- the clever business idea of selling people almost out of date low quality ingredients at a high price must be making them very rich.

HelloFresh Unauthorized credit card charges

06/23/2002 approximately 8 pm.

We were reviewing HelloFresh website to observe options and menu plans. To access menu we had to put in our debit card and personal information.

we continued to look at options the company offered and decided to not participate in any of their plans.

The following day we discovered we were billed for the items we were looking at. We tried to cancel the order and it would not work. We called customer service and they said all cancellations require 5 day notice and that they had already shipped our order. Customer service then said they could change our order if we wanted but could not cancel it.

Eventually we decided to freeze the payment on debit card and get a new one. It was the only way to get out of the billing cycle.

Dear Hello Fresh,

My brother has been trying to get through to you today, his post code is HA8 8XL, 96 Meadfield, email: [protected]@gmail.com he tried your product, enjoyed it very much, but has come into some unforeseen financial difficulty, he called you and got through some time ago and cancelled this service but received a box from you today and also you have taken the funds from his account, from you taking the funds from his account you have put him in an overdraft which comes at a cost. Please could you kindly refund back to his account today and collect the box that he has received. When he becomes in a better position to use your service then he will definitely be back in the future, thank you.

HelloFresh "FREE" offer

I received coupns for 17 free meals and thought I would try it and see if I liked it. After I chose my meals. they requested bank info, which I gave. Then realized that the meals were NOT free and they had charged me $47. I contacted them immediately and told them I need to cancel and NOT to send the meals. $ days later, I received 3 meals and my bank account was charged! I contacted again and Emmanuel stated he cancelled my account and my refund would come in 7-10 days. Well, day 11 and still no refund. I called tyhis time and firmly said I need my refund - now the guy says it will be a couple of months - because Emanuel listed it as a dispute. I repeated several times that I did not want this and requested a refund right after I had started this process. Asked to speak to someone that could help me and he just kept repeating all of the same words that nothing could be done before a couple of months!

Desired outcome: I want my refund!!! To warn others. THIS COMPANY IS NOT IN INTEGRITY!
