Refund is a lie
Both myself and my son have tried a sample order off Overnight Oats. They claim that if you ends up not looking the product you will receive a refund, but this is false. Neither of us was offered a refund. If you don't like bits of things in your oatmeal, you won't like these. I could only barely tolerate them if I dumped it in a bowl and ate immediately; sitting overnight was disgustingly slimy to me.
Recommendation: Beware, there is no refund.

I sent two emails to the *** address to cancel my subscription. I also called the *** number for customer service. But both my emails got returned and the phone message said they can't take calls. When I sign onto my account on the website it says: "Apologies for the inconvenience, we'll be right back". I called the customer service telephone number and all it says is we ain't takin' calls right now, please refer to our customer support via email - I emailed three times to cancel my subscrition and no-one confirmed it's cancelled. I just got an email yesterday sayin' my monthly subscrition gonna be on its way to my house. I don't want this no more and can't find anyone in the company to help me cancel the subscrition. They should at least have someone answerin' the phone calls and emailin' consumers back.
