They close too early on Saturdays
They close too early on Saturdays. People are still out and about, so they should stay open until at least 11:00PM. I went a couple of times and they closed at 9:40 even though they close at 10:00PM. They need to change their timings.

I was so mad because it's against the law to discriminate against people with disabilities and their service animals. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I will never go back to Yogurtland again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about their terrible treatment of people with disabilities.

Bought some yogurt from Yogurtland yesterday, I go there a lot. When I paid, the person at the counter said it was $10 for about a pound of yogurt. Usually, I only spend $4-$6. I think they might be using the wrong scale and charging people too much. That doesn't seem right.

I got $300.00 worth of eGift cards from Yogurtland on November 29, 2022. They gave me $20.00 bonus cards for every $100.00 of eGift cards, which expire on 12/31/2022. I went to some stores in *** area but they didn't take the bonus cards. Finally, one of the managers told me to talk to Corporate HQ. They didn't get back to me until after January 2023. I talked to my credit card, ***, to dispute the charge but they didn't help me. They said I can't dispute a bonus card so they gave me back the credit they gave me during the review. Then I talked to *** and *** from Yogurtland Corporate. They agreed to give me a full refund of the remaining eGift card amount which is $258.52. They gave me $58.21 back to my credit card and expired all eGift funds but they didn't give me back the remaining $200.00. They said their merchant for the eGift card told them the dispute with the credit card is still in progress. I paid $300.00 in eGift cards, had to use $41.48 in eGift funds when the bonus card didn't work because the store wasn't trained properly, got $58.52 in refund and that's it.
I provided my number to an employee, instructing him to pass it to the lady who is also a member of tge gym I go to. Instead, he threw it in the trash can, humiliating me. It would have been more considerate if he had waited until I had left. I'll attach a picture of him here.
