Heartland, Inc / Double charging me
I got talked into a subscription and when I was told that I had agreed to buy it again, I was angry. But I figured that they were right and I was wrong. Just the other night I received another call from Heartland, Inc and got the impression that they were just checking up on my account. I looked at my checking account and saw that they had taken out a payment of $59.90. Just a week earlier they took out a payment of $49.90. When I call I get a voice mail. I have left four messages in one day and no one has returned my calls. I am going to the bank first thing next week and stop payment to this sorry excuse for a company.
