When I joined was told by rep would not need to do pci compliance. Then a couple years later they changed there policies with account and set up on line only was never able to access account. Had made multiple attempts with them and was never able to access. After a couple years I found out they were charging me for no pci compliance. They had never notified me. In november of 2023 they said if I signed document and stayed with them for a year they would refund my 1500.00. And would call me before any reason that they would charge me. Because emails were not getting to me. And still were unable to get me into my account on line. Then in april of 2024 they had not refunded money. They said I needed to sign one more document but would not change the agreement date made in november of 2023. In january of 2025 I found out they were charging me again with out notifying me. So I cancelled my account in february. 14 month after agreement. Then in march I found out they took the money back. They refused to give me the money back saying the paper I signed in april changed the agreement date which they told me that the date would not change. I have had multiple other problem with this company and would recommend. Not doing business with this company. They stole 1500.00 from me. Did not stand behind their word I give them 0 stars

Recommendation: run from this company they are dishonest crooks

They used classic verbal promises as bait and switched on you, hiding endless fine print and details behind the real terms. If you have written proof that the April document wouldn’t change the November terms, then that is your ammunition. Either get a lawyer or go for a chargeback if there’s still a possibility. Do not let them walk away with renegotiating the terms after the fact — that is fraud, not a “misunderstanding.”
