Heartland review: Tried to rip me off

I brought jewelry to sell. I had it displayed in a display box and had all receipts from reputable companies. I had weighed everything first. The lady offered me a price which was somewhat low but I said yes. She put a magnet on two pieces and said they weren’t gold. Then she started to file my jewelry and put chemicals on it. It wasn’t hers yet because they hadn’t paid me. I walked out with all of my jewelry. Got a bad feeling. Since then I have purchased a jewelry magnet and chemicals of my own. I confirmed to myself that they are in fact gold. They probably would have offered a pittance for it. Glad I walked away. You’d better know what you’re if you deal with them. Very crooked.
