HDFC Bank / deactivate my credit card
Your team deactivated my current credit card without my concern. I called them to cancelled my updated card which i was not able to receive due to my traveling plans. and now I do not have any card, I requested them if they can raise the new card but they are saying, now I can not apply and I got WOW feeling. it is your mistake but they are not taking that .
I am really frustrated, I am your client from last 15 years and i always pay my bills on time but the level of services which your team is providing, I am not able to accept it.
I am struggling because of your team own mistake. what is the solution now. What I am thinking, if you want to cancel my card without any mistake then i would also see and close my rest of the NRO and NRI or salary account with your bank.
