Guess damaged goods

I purchased several t-shirts at Guess store. The quality was extremely poor as the t-shirts shrunk.I decided to return the t-shirts.The manager from guess asked me to test the t-shirt in store to prove to them it shrunk. So I prove to the store manager that they indeed did.So the manager asked me to produce the receipt. I unfortunately could only find one of the receipts and gave it to him.Now he tells me that they can’t help as they can’t find all my credit card purchases on the system.So I GUESS I’m getting ripped off. And considering that I when to all the trouble to prove that the T-shirts was of poor quality. After checking several websites I found 87 bad complaints about Guess and poor quality. I’m utterly disgusted with the way you addressing my situation as I adhere to what you asked of me.Gone are the days that you take consumers hard earned money for a ride, I’m paying for a product and service and not for you to mess me around, so I giving you the opportunity to correct this problem before the image of Guess becomes any worse because I’m quite sure that there are countless other people out there that have been taken for a ride by guess. Should you not correct the matter, there is something called the consumer protection act whilst I will using every media avenue to expose you for my miscarriage

Guess accused of washing a pair of jeans never worn

I purchased a denim for R1200-00 2 days ago. As usual when i got home i tried it on to make sure it's right. But found that when i sat down on the bed that the tear in the pants by the one knee, sort of limited my movement and made it uncomfortable. so i decided to go and exchange it considering that I should be in line with the exchange policy, not worn or washed etc. When i got to the store i got accused of washing the pants. I was shocked to discover how they treat their customers like criminals by making blind accusations like that. Only because 1 of the 3 tags were amiss, which i only noticed in the store myself. Which i assume according to their customor care policy it allows the Manageress to blindly accuse you of something you did not do. I've never been so humiliated in my life. She got 2 other people to smell and feel the pants because of course I argued the point. I've never seen anything so crazy and ridiculous in my life, staff members smelling and feeling the pants all convincing themselves it had been washed. Do you have any idea how stupid they looked to me knowing for a fact it had not been washed. What a joke! Monkey see monkey. I am disgusted.

Guess bad service

I bought a watch, in NYC, last year, and the watch became to take out the silver part.

It was bought at the Guess store, and I think that was not supposed to happen. I´ve got in touch twice, through the company email and no answer was given.

It saddens me to know that the policy of the company does not value their customers.

I had purchased Guess handbag from Dubai six months ago. However, last week the handle was broken. I just am really disappointed as I spent nearly Rs. 6000 on the bag, and I have not been able to find the same one or onesimilar one.

My wife had purchased guess watch for my birthday. And it had an issue with the time we have given it for repair but still the problem is the same kindly refund our money or replace it as soon as possible Iam. In Goa india

Its better to remove Priyanka chopra from the ambassador's brand position. Since guess is a global brand, brand ambassadors should be selected from all over the world not only from India.

GUESS Watch GWW13574L1 price IDR around 1.600.000
I Bought a Guess watch last November 2011 at Plaza Senayan Mal, Indonesia. It is a transparant plastic strapping which is got metal piece in every joining straps. After wear for 1 month the metal rusted. I went to the GUESS shop ans She told me that there is nothing they can do except change the Strap with price IDR 400.000. I was very dissappointed. How come a quite expensive GUESS watch rusted and they didnt guaranty...What a Solution change the Strap and then rusted again after 1 month? PLease GUESS come on.
Whoever who wanna buy this watch, I am telling you, its cool but rusted and NO Guaranty from GUESS, have to change Strap every Month...PLEASE

I agree about the attitude of some staff trained by Guess. The Cardiff store in UK has apalling management who make up their own rules, bully staff, patronise customers and get away with it. I agree with the fact that we spend so much money in the store and still have to put up with insecure female shop managers who abuse their authority.

Went to one store and found a shirt I loved. Was told to go to another Guess store who she said would have it. They did but would not honour the same price. The manager wouldn't budge. I asked her if she was willing to lose a 5, 000 per year customer over 20 dollars off of one shirt. I was also buying other items at full price even. Needless to say I walked. I have so many friends who shop at Guess and with the snap of a finger and a phone call they won't anymore. Amazing how some of these companies stay in businesss although to the credit of the customer service they hands down agreed that the price should have been honoured.bythe Manager at Guess. I was wearing a 500.00 dollar coat so I wouldn't imagine I was sized as a bargain shopper but it was the principal. Being a successful business owner I know that discounting 20 to make 5, 000 is a no brainer. I guess they will keep try to GUESS what the right thing to do was in this case.

Guess bag broken in less then a month

I saved for four months to purchase my very first Guess handbag due to my absolute love and admiration for the brand - and because they make super hot stuff. I made my purchase at Edgars Eastgate on my account with the intention to pay my account at the end of the month with my hard earned money. After a lot of shopping around I finally fell hopelessly in love with a black leather one. Took it home to admire and fell even more in love with it. After about 3 weeks I noticed that the leather where the bag zipped up there was bits of white sticking out from the inside of the bag. Without sounding like a total diva my heart dropped. I decided I could bear with the problem, but it continued to split much to my disappointment. I eventually took the bag back, Edgars were very snotting about refunding me. I just am really disappointed as I spent nearly R2000 on the bag, and I have not been able to find the same one or onesimilar one.

Its not that I will stop buying from Guess, as I still do, but I just really am upset about what happened. And would love to still have my bag.

Guess damaged bag in less than 2 months

On July 7th, I bought a Guess bag in Rome, Italy. (i've got the bill in my possession to prove it). I then went back to Paris, France, where I live. Now I am in Rio de Janeiro for hollydays until September 14th and I found out that the edges of the handle were peeling off! It's a sort of a rubber that's glued to the edges of the plastic parts to keep it from tearing apart (the sewed parts are still ok, though). I'd like to know what can I do, the soonest as possible (to avoid it to continue peeling through). I can send photos of the damaged parts and a copy of the bill if necessary.

I had exactly the same problem with my bag, added to which the chain broke and the butterfly logo was lost. I have been offered a voucher by way of a refund but don't want any more of their products, did you manage to secure a cash refund?

Guess prices

My Husband bought me a Guess watch for Christmas (Des 2009). He paid R1500.00 at American Swiss in Polokwane at the Savannah Branch. When we was Shopping at Savannah Mall again, we saw the exact same watch at Galaxy Polokwane at the price of R599 - How come that the price differ so much? More than half cheaper. American Swiss is not going to see me again.
I can not believe that 2 places opposite each other's prices can differ so much.

haven't recd the parcel yet dispatched on 1-10-09 from watches of switzerland (mumbai) to Guess? elite arcade ludhiana.. and today is 21-10-09.. after so many times talked with the Aramex office in ludhiana they are unable to tell me the status..aramex no.[protected]..

Bought a handbag in New Zealand in December.poor quality and peeling only Tobe told its normal wear and tear .I paid $235 NZD.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I took this bag to the store only to be told that it's normal wear and tear.Surely a bag should not be peeling after 7 months.Guess is a prominent brand and surely this is not acceptable.

after wearing the dress once, threads have come out, the dress has not been exposed to anything unusual. I was basically sat in a chair all night and still the dress looks worn and damaged.

The product looks used and its not acceptable after just one use only.

As said before the dress has not been though anything what is unusual.

I brought guess shoes in San Juan, PR, last year in Ausgust. I wore it only couple of times and they look like I brought them in some cheap store. I was not able to return it as I was on my vacation. Very dissapointed.

I brought a clutch hand bag and the silver logo has gone a rusty gold looking colour after less than 1 month. I'm not happy as it's not a cheap product. I have recipt details etc

This bag we bye it from 1 month and with the 1st use the white color changed to blackish please we need to know if we can change it or how to deal with this as we trust guess quality

I want to raise a complaint against the sales person called sherine in yas mall branch (abu dhabi) as i faced with her the worst customer service ive ever seen also she is a very bad image to such a big brand and i want an action to be taken against her . Also need to be contacted to explain what happened in details

I having been working at G by Guess for almost a few months now and I dont understand why my hours are not adding every check I get goes lower and lower and it looks crazy I want to snap . Its alot of colleges students that work there and they call out alot but they give them more hours.I dont understand why, I need help before I blow up.

A wallet was purchased from guess Dubai airport end of August and was given as a present end of September after 2 days of usage all z leather of z wallet got torn and every day it is getting worse.
This never happened with any guess product before and is really unexpected
