I was charged $3000 from a company that promptly went out of buisness. I never received any product from them. I just want GE Money to credit my account. Simple. Easy. WRONG! Does anyone have an inside number for the disputes department? This is better kept secret than the Holy Grail. Customer Srevice does not know anything and gives form answers. How can a disputes department not have a phone number? Unethical. HELP!
