We have a dispute with Frontier Communications, I spoke with four different reps and none could help. Asked to speak with a Supervisor, got Mary from the Supervisor department (whatever that means) and essentially told her I wanted to pay the bill, I only needed to understand the disputed charge was for, that is, what was the amount charged for. She kept telling me Frontier had no intention of waiving the charge and I NEVER once asked her to waive the charge I only asked repeatedly, what the charge was for, and if it was legitimate, I would instruct the Treasurer to pay it. She went out of her way to make certain I knew Frontier would not waive the charge. It was exasperating, I had to finally just give up. These people are impossible.
