well i have been expecting a parcel from china from that last 10-15 day of which i gave the shipping company my home address in bangalore, but i was told dia is no ems office in bangalore, and when i chech the shippment is lying somewhere in mumbai, right now i am in mumbai i dont know how you will help me direct the parcel to ems office i VIRAR so that i will go dia and claim it . here is the shippind address i gave.

i was sent goods worth $2750 from china to Nigeria since 11/04/2008 with tracking number EA929190946CN, but I have not received it till now.pls.I want to know the problem.

I sent sample products from Australia to India...its meant to reach in 3-5 days plus 2 to 6 days of customs clearance... Its now over 20 days and the products have not been delivered as yet... The online tracking systems says, its currently being locally transfered by Mumbai EMS to Bangalore, and thats the last update on the system... I posted a parcel from Sydney, Australia on 26 June 2008 to Hyderabad and was told it would be delivered within 3-5 working days. It has now been 15 days. Today I called up Mumbai customs/post office/god knows what to get an update on why it was waiting clearance for Mumbai for the past 12 days or so. Everyone is extremely rude in India and they are the least bit helpful. It cost me nearly $200 for the parcel (especially with all the international phone calls I just made to track it) and have just (2 mins ago) been told - the parcel is now on its way to Hyderabad and they will receive it by tomorrow. Then why would it be delayed for so long for no apparent reason?! My parcel number is EC804643815au.

By the way, will these complaints be reviewed by someone at Mumbai EMS? Otherwise I shall write to someone at the EMS head office about this poor quality of service being provided, especially after people are paying premium amounts of money to make sure parcels are delivered on time.

I have sent my document on 02 April 2008 from Melbourne to Hyderabad by EMS express courier international. I have been told that the document will be able to reach the destination in 3-5 days. However, the document has been stuck at MUMBAI EMS on 05 April 2008 until now. I really would like to know what is going on there, since the document is urgent to be received. I posted a parcel from Yokohama, Japan on 4th Mar-08 via EMS. It has not yet reached home after 10 days. I tracked it and found that it reached Mumbai Customs office on 6th March. Its been with Customs for 6 days now.
