I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom for Mother's Day. They were suppose to be delivered Friday i called to get a tracking number the lady told me she could not provide me with one.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Galveston, TXI spent my whole Friday trying to get answers but all I got was bad customer service they gave me over 10 different numbers to call I then asked for a refund and they take me thru another hoop like I will never order from them again my first and last time. The package arrived when the business was closed to the chocolate being melted and the fruit rotten like this was too much money for this awful service I feel they need to be shut down and reevaluate the meaning of customer service it's like no one cares any more about the customer just the money and that is so unfair
